I tried finding some electric screwdriver schematics/insides for dinotrux stuffs and thought I share.

Reptool Rotillian anatomy. :P

Now you know that the part of Click-Clack's body where he hides his head inside all the time is called a clutch or torgue control ring. And the screwdriver part on his head is the chuck.

Feel free to add more. idk anything about this kind of stuff and had a hard time finding it. xD

“I’m just saying, D-structs seems like a bad friend and I think--“ Ty was cut off by the scraptool he was talking to turning around and throwing a bolt at his face. It hit him in the nose and he stopped talking for a second.

“He’s not a bad friend!” Skrap-It shouted. He stomped one of his front legs in anger and glared at them.”Our friendship is just different, and I’ll prove it!” Before Ty or Revvit could say anything else, he turned around and stormed off.”So much for trying to convince him.” Ty said.

“I say we take him up on that. I’m rather curious.” Revvit said.

Ty and Revvit watched D-structs and Skrap-It stroll by through the trees, but he didn’t pay much attention to them. D-structs either didn’t notice them or didn’t care. Skrap-It was running next to him to keep up, being just a little scraptool, and rambling about a story from his past, specifically about a time when he watched a bunch of other scraptools fight over a bolt that he snatched when they weren’t looking. D-structs didn’t seem to be paying much attention as he strolled through the forest and only looked ahead. He didn’t even glance back at him.

D-structs rolled through a puddle that had formed from the downpour last night, but when Skrap-It approached it, he began to slow down. Not because he was scared, but because the water was actually a little deep for him.

He stopped talking as he tried to walk through the water, which was already up to his chin and lifted his head.

D-structs heard the struggling and stopped. He turned around to see Skrap-It swim only a few inches before the puddle was shallow enough for him to walk again. Once he was out, the scraptool shook himself to get most of the water off and sprinted to catch up with D-structs, who slowly continued rolling when Skrap-It reached near his treads.”Thanks for waiting. Anyways, back — *skrrch* — to the story!” He said.

Ty and Revvit glanced at each other, both thinking the same thing. While they were confused about why D-structs didn’t help him, it was a little nice of him to stop and wait for Skrap-It.

The next time someone saw an example of their supposed “different friendship” was when Skya was at the lake. She noticed D-structs and Skrap-It a few ways down the lakebed and decided to watch them just incase.

D-structs was pretty close to the lake while Skrap-It ran by him on his other side. The scraptool was looking around the lake bed as if searching for something while D-structs surveyed the area. For a minute, his eyes landed on Skya, but after neither made a move to actually attack, he turned away to keep an eye out for other threats. Then his eyes landed on the water.

Suddenly, Skrap-It leapt ahead for a piece of scrap Skya hadn’t noticed before. He grabbed it and leaned on his hind legs to hold it with both front legs with a twitch. As he held it at different angles, D-structs roared and sped towards Skrap-It, but he wasn’t heading for him. He was rushing to stop the weird trux that lunged out of the water with its mouth opened wide aiming for the scraptool. Skrap-It screamed and jumped back, which was just enough to avoid the attack by a few centimeters.

D-structs bit the trux’s neck and lifted it up, which gave Skrap-It and Skya the opportunity to see some of the rest of its body.

It was really long and kind of slender, yet also tough looking. It had four legs and a long tail that slapped the water as it twisted, and the head of it kind of looked like a stretched out U or V shape. It thrashed around and hit D-structs with its lower body, but he seemed to be unfazed by it. The black and white t-trux lifted the creature up into the air and then brought it down, only inches from the ground, then back up. He did this again and again and again until the creature finally dropped something it had in its jaws.

D-structs didn’t stop there, though. He moved his head to the left and quickly spun around, releasing the creature and throwing it far back into the lake with an angry roar.

For some reason, the splash was kind of funny.

D-structs lowered his head and brushed Skrap-It out of the way, or that’s what she thought he was doing at first. He moved him back to where he was before, on his left side, and said something that Skya couldn’t understand from where she was. Skrap-It nodded and said something back. D-structs continued rolling and Skrap-It picked up the thing it dropped, which had turned out to be his piece of scrap. He sprinted to catch up with him and they carried on like nothing happened.

The third time was when Skrap-It was trying to drag half a geode all the way to the cave. Since they hadn’t fought it a while, Revvit offered to help speed up the process.

“So why are we doing this?” Revvit asked. He was on one side of the geode to push it while Skrap-It pulled. The half geode was turned on it’s outer side to make it easier to move.

“D-structs is in a bad mood and I want — *skrrch* — to help him feel better.” Skrap-It replied with slight strain in his voice. He twitched and briefly stopped pulling, but then continued. Revvit gave him a confused look a dead tree that acted as a land marker came into view“Isn’t he always in a bad mood?” He asked.

They briefly lifted the rock over a pebble in the way and continued towards the dead tree.“Not exactly. He just — *skrrch* — isn’t a big fan of talking and a lot of trux don’t usually shut up until you,” Skrap-It tugged extra hard to, but accidentally fell over onto his back,”glare at them.“ He finished explaining. He twitched and held up a single claw. Revvit took this as a chance for a break and set his end down for a moment.“But how do you know if he’s not angry?” The reptool asked.

Skrap-It shrugged and stared at the cloudy sky.“It’s the little things.” He said.

When they finally got it to the cave, Skrap-It thanked him and began dragging it to D-structs, who was standing almost motionless in the far right corner of the cave. Revvit was about to leave, but instead decided to stay and see what would happen. He ran to the right of the entrance and hid most of his body behind the wall to watch.

Skrap-It stopped halfway around the lava pool and held the geode at different angles, as if to check it. Then he set it down and walked up to D-structs. From Revvit’s perspective, he was dangerously close.”Are you — *skrrch* — up?” He asked. D-structs opened a single eye and glared angrily at him, which should’ve scared him, but Skrap-It didn’t even flinch.“I saw this cool rock and thought maybe you’d want to see it.” The scraptool said. He ran back behind the geode and lifted it up to show it to the brooding t-trux.”And look! It changes colors!” He added, shifting the rock so the crystals would change slightly in appearance.

Revvit was worried that D-structs would roar and attack him, or growl and ignore him at the very least, but he didn’t. He looked at Skrap-it and looked as if he was listening to him talk. His glare wasn’t as harsh as usual. In fact, one might say he looked almost a little happy. And then one would get smashed by his claw. Revvit turned around and began making his way back to the garage. He couldn’t wait to tell the others about this.

“Even as I left, I didn’t hear a single roar from him!” Revvit said, finishing his story atop one of the shelves. Dozer looked like he didn’t buy it, but also like he knew it was true.”Seriously? D-structs not getting mad at someone?” He asked with a shake of his head.

“It’s true, I saw it! And so did Ty — when we went out to check out the area after the downpour.” Revvit replied, gesturing to the red t-trux with his front leg at the end. The group’s eyes shifted to Ty and he quickly followed Revvit’s statement up with a brief summary of what happened.“I wouldn’t say D-structs helped Skrap-It, but he did wait for him when he got slowed down by a puddle.” He said.

“I saw them by the lake a while back.” Skya chimed in.”I didn’t know why at first, but D-structs was putting himself between Skrap-It and the lake. He was looking around and kept glaring at the water every few seconds. When Skrap-It jumped ahead, this weird thing lunged out of the water and tried to attack him, but D-structs tossed it back in. Literally. And then he pushed him so he was between him and the lake again, like he knew it was there the whole time.” She explained. Everyone went quiet.

The only sound was Ace dropping a hex nut, which startled Click-Clack and sent him running into his panic room. After a moment, Revvit broke the silence.“It seems Skrap-It was right. Their friendship might be different from ours, but clearly still a friendship nonetheless. Maybe it is the little things.” He concluded.

What’s my favorite character in Dinotrux?

Blayde! SHE IS SO COOL AND HER DESIGN LOOKS SO AMAZING!! LIKE I LOVE SHE IS GIRLBOSS CHARACTER AND SMART LIKE THE BOOTY TRAPS IN HER CAVE, THE WAY SHE FOOLED THE DINOTRUX INTO THINKING THAT GEORGE WAS IN HER CAVE BUT WASNT, AND HAVING A BACKSTORY!!

However, she was done dirty in the show. Same thing with Pounder and Spittor. I wish we get to see them again.

I do have some negatives about Blayde. D-Structs is the reason that she was evil in the first place! No because D-Structs attack Dozer and Blayde’s herd. HE LITERALLY TOOK AND DESTROYED EVERYTHING THAT THEY HAD. I would understand Blayde would have a revenge arc but instead, she just bullies other dinotrux. I don’t understand why she did that instead. Not only that, SHE JOINED THE SAME PERSON(D-STRUCTS) WHO LITERALLY TOOK EVERYTHING AWAY FROM HER!! Maybe D-Structs manipulated her to join his side or Blayde would backstabbed D-Structs in the end but no, it didn’t happen.

I wish they give Blayde more character development.. I love her. Also I feel like Blayde and Knock-It would be besties because they hate D-Structs. Also they would be unstoppable together. Same thing for Blayde and Pounder.. They are cool as besties too.
