Any theories on season 2 of the owl house? I'm excited to see more Lumity interaction (especially considering there was none in the finale) but I also really want to know more about King and that little fuzzy balls backstory.

:thinking: Hmmm... I am indeed curious to know how Amity will react to all of this. I also want to know more about her place in the world and her family. How did they get to be such big wigs in social circles? What do her parents do? Why does their image matter so much to them? The Emperor is super keen on getting into the human world. I think he might have originally been a human, like Luz, and got trapped on the Boiling Isles. He corrupted, somehow, and now wants to take magic back to Earth--except, as Luz knows, if he’s human, magic doesn’t work that way. I’m curious why all the witches know about humans but humans don’t know about witches. There must have been a split somewhere--maybe they created an alternate dimension for themselves after the Salem witch trials? How did King and Eda meet? Also, did Eda MAKE Hooty or did she find him? Is he just a house guardian? Can they take him out and attach him to another dwelling? What is Lillith’s Palisman? Does she even have one? I want to see more full-aged witches besides Lillith and Eda. Maybe Amity’s parents? Also, Kikimora--in Slavic folklore they’re considered evil house spirits. Her existence and support of the Emperor reinforces this idea of the Emperor as being an intruder, an usurper of the natural order of things. Those aren’t season 2 specific theories or thoughts, they’re more...worldbuilding and general plot, but there you have it.

1. Ned Chicane from The Adventure Zone: Amnesty (Podcast)

Ned is amazing. I love Duck and Aubrey but Ned makes my heart big and happy. He’s a complex goof ball and Clint did such a good job with him and I seriously don’t think I would have loved this series of TAZ as much if it wasn’t for Ned. Keep Kepler Weird!

2. Greg from Over the Garden Wall (Animated Mini-Series)

“Over the Garden Wall” is one of my favorite shows and I think everyone who loves animation should watch it. Greg is the annoying little brother but he’s a sweetheart and I want to learn how to sew just so I can make his little outfit. In conclusion, go watch OTGW, please. 

3. Jareth from Labyrinth (Movie) 

David Bowie is so hot in this role and this was my favorite movie as a kid. It’s so weird and cool and Jareth is the best goblin king out there. Plus, the soundtrack with Bowie’s vocals is 🔥

4. Dan from Letterkenny (TV Show)

This is one of those shows everyone has seen clips of but I love it so much. I’m on the third season and it’s not as good as the first two but it’s still so good. Dan is a surprise favorite of mine because he’s basically a feminist hick and I love it. 

5. Sophie from Howl’s Moving Castle (Ghibli Movie)

Sophie is the sweetest but also a strong willed person and she’s my inspiration. I want to be her when I grow up and her whole life is goals. I watch the cleaning scene to feel motivated sometimes lol

6.  Kotarou from School Babysitters (Anime)

This is the sweetest show ever and made me create a mini genre I call baby animes. He’s a sweet little baby that doesn’t talk much but when he does, my heart melts. If you like cute things, watch school babysitters.

7. Deckard from Bee and Puppycat (Animated Web Series)

Deckard is my favorite boy. I say recipe like him all the time and his room is goals. I like his vibe and how he fits in with Bee’s craziness. I love all the characters in this show but Deckard needed a mention. 

8. Patroclus from from Song of Achilles (Book)

This book is beautifully written and makes me so happy. Patroclus as the narrator is stunning and he makes me so happy. I love him and his way of describing his love of Achilles is gorgeous. 

9. Mr. Knightley from Emma (Movie)

I want to read the book but after seeing this movie, I was in love with his character. When he said,  “If i loved you less i might be able to talk about it more” I died. 

10. Connor from Sex Education (TV Show)

His character has the best arch and I can’t wait for season three just so I can see him more. What a bisexual icon!

Do Catra and the kitras eyes shine in the dark like irl cats? If so does this ever catch Adora off guard at night?

They do, but at this point Adora is so used to it from Catra that it doesn't phase her.

She gets up at night for some water and hears some scuffling and looks over to see two eyes flash at her in the dark and she's just like

...Kyra if you get back in bed in 30 seconds I will pretend I didn't see you.

Honestly there could be demons in Adora's house and she would blame it on the kids (I say this because everything weird that happens in my house I blame on the cats). Strangely colored pile of gross smelling goo? Baby throw up. Scratches on the doors? babies sharpening claws. Bit of blood on the doorstep? Kids killed a mouse again. Cupboards all open? Kids learning how to open things.

Which lends itself to an interesting thought.

One day Hordak's imp shows up. Just like. crawls into the crib with Ezra and Kyra.

It would be hilarious for Adora and Catra to just be like....huh. Alright. And accept it as one of their own.

(I mean they wouldn't. Catra would yeet that little bastard out the window so fast you wouldn't believe it. But it's a fun idea.)

At first I imagined a stoned Catra but that’s not really how catnip effects cats irl so realistically I think it would effectively make Catra super hyper, running around at Mach 10. Which I think is way funnier :D

She loses her ability to form words and instead communicates solely through chirps and mews. Catnip overrides her human brains and she presents 200% cat behavior.
