To this end we are holding and offering a virtual space for community to gather and experience these benefits first hand. Especially in these challenging times of grief, uncertainty, isolation, etc., we feel that fortifying the mind, body, spirit connection, both individually and collectively, is incredibly important, and HIp Hop is one of the most powerful tools we know of to facilitate that. For those that haven’t been to one of our Freestyle Therapy Cyphers before, we provide insight and psycho-education around how and why freestyling is therapeutic, as well as do hella custom designed exercises all using freestyling as the vehicle for healing and transformation.
