Here are two pages I made today! I find that the more I work on my bujo, the less stressed I get over making mistakes in it! I’m super here for that development! I’m taking my perfectionist walls down, one brick at a time.

I may not be an artist and my bujo may be very messy and amateur level, but at least I’m having fun. It’s helpful, I think it’s cute and it reflects my colours - flaws and all. That’s what counts! I think.

(P.S. It doesn’t show up well on camera, but there’s a ton of glitter gel pen on this page. I may have gone a little bit overboard there...

Also, I made those paint splatter stickers myself! I have some really old Graphik Paint Pens and they’re not good at anything other than leaking massive amounts of paint, so I put them to good use in the only I know how. Flinging massive speckles of paint around. Lol...)

My schoolbag is pretty cute with those badges!

Check it, they’re Critical Role badges I got from a convention, I love em. I lost my matching Jester, Caleb and Caduceus badges though... :’( That’s sad. They’re my favourite. I wore them more often, which is probably why I lost them.

My bag is totally unfunctional right now. One handle snapped off and the zip no longer works at all so the bag is just totally open every single time. I keep forgetting to swap it over though...

Online school was fine today. Got a good chunk of homework done, but I have a lot more that I want to get done tomorrow - when I have access to a printer. Yoohoo, I am so tired.

Was actually productive today! Even though I didn’t want to do anything, I soldiered through. I think I’m going to get my story fully annotated by tonight, which is a big weight off my shoulders.

I just want to be done with it all, but I want to do it WELL, and that is just the problem, isn’t it?

I do puzzles to unwind from studying. This one is really tricky. It’s the longest one my mom and I have ever spent time on, which is good! Cost effective!

The teacher gave us a really vague assignment yesterday. He has not sent any clarification, even after I emailed him to ask and I’m real stressed about it, not gonna lie.

On a happier note, first day of Halloween holidays! I’ve been doing jigsaw puzzles all day. Fun fact, when I stack the sheer amount of puzzle boxes I have, it ends up taller than me! ...I have a lot of puzzles.

In terms of productivity, I’ve made it a point to practice my monologues and other performance pieces every. single. day. I want to keep up the momentum. I hope y’all hold me accountable if I slip, haha.

There’s also dance (we’re doing tap dancing! It’s SO fun) and singing - which I’ve unfortunately fallen out of the habit of.

I fell of practice with my daily vocal warm-ups during a week where I had a sore throat. I’m recovered now, but I’m just a tad unmotivated. I need to get back to it!

[26.10.2020 | 6/100 Days of Productivity] 🎧 Lovesick Girls - BLACKPINK

Did my usual schoolwork - in the morning, which is new for me. But I liked it.

More strikingly, I went on a walk today! Out to town and next to the local river. It sounds like very little (and it is) but I’m legit proud of myself!

To be frank about it all, a mix of quarantine and depression has kept me ridiculous levels of homebound. I didn’t start leaving the house until September. Unfortunately, that is not an exaggeration.

I didn’t have the energy to pull myself into the back garden, even. I hid in a dark room and my whole sleeping schedule was turned upside down. I’d stay awake until 8am and wake up at 6pm. My circadian rhythm was all sorts of out of wack.

Hell, the first half of the year I didn’t even have the energy to drag myself to my bedroom in my own house. I used a makeshift uncomfortable bed downstairs instead. I was really on the struggle bus here.

So. I went on my first walk in months. And I went to the grocery store yesterday, also for the first time in almost an entire year.

It’s so very little, but we count our small victories here! ^^

Still getting used to these remote classes! It feels so strange, but I must admit, I’ve never been more well-rested in my life, not having to get up early for travel and all...

I had Singing Skills and Rehearsing for Performance today. Lots to do, even though proper performances are obviously out of the question. Sigh. Still hammering away at my monologues and all that jazz, even so!

Don’t get me wrong, I absolutely adore my classes and I’m endlessly grateful to be in the position I am in right now, but gosh... so much material to memorise... 😔

(P.S. A nice little (or mahoosive...) mug of green tea is my favourite drink for sitting down and getting stuck into to work! What’s yours? :0c)

I have 4 pages well-memorised for my storytelling class, so that’s nice! It’s not going as bad as I thought it was. The assignment’s due at the end of this month.

It only had to be 5 minutes... I felt my soul leave my body when I recorded myself and realised mine is 20. Minutes. Long.

Why do I always make life so much harder on myself by being wordy and perfectionistic? Deep sigh. I’m really taking the L on this one, guys.

Anyways, I’ve typed up my notes on Acting Style definitions (in various amounts of wordy detail and/or brief summary) 3 times total and it’s like over 20 pages long. Send help...

I’m really dreading tomorrow because I’m scared I’ll do a bad job. Devising in dance for an audition solo and improvising a debate in acting. Improvisation and devising dance are literally my two biggest weaknesses - it’s a one-two-punch!

I’m legitimately terrified. Wish me luck in surviving tomorrow.
