i think rigel legally counts as a serial killer and everyone in apf lowkey knows this but 1) he's single-handedly acted as a bodyguard for pretty much every single important person in arboret including himself for 1.6k years and therefore can get the self-defense argument in 9/10 cases. and 2) he's impossible to arrest because he can bend the bars in half and make them into paper cranes without breaking a sweat. also 3) he has the little guy charisma of a bluebird
