Soriku Headcanon:

Riku only had long hair because he was too depressed to cut it for two years. He wasn't trying to look cool. He just didn't care about his appearance. He only cleans up after DDD because Mickey and Yen Sid pull him aside and say he has to represent as a keyblade master. And because Soras finally in a good place.

I'm actually kinda proud of this piece. I might color it later but for now it's going to stay like this. So I drew the combined keyblade from Kingdom Hearts which is basically a keyblade that Riku and Sora both share.

Sora has the left side and Riku has the right.

Though many people nickname it the gayblade because when it's summoned there is a rainbow like color schemes above it and also it's literally their keyblade which is really cute 🥺🙄

A Place Like Home

I think I am done with this! I could continue and keep tweaking it, but I think part of the process is also knowing when something is good enough and when to stop. I keep imagining them wandering to a colder sea and being close to home, but also very far away from it.

I am kinda proud of the water on the bottom right.

No one tagged me, I just wanted to. It said “Last 10” so I’m going with my ten most recent and just the first two to three lines. Finally, does not include crack fics.

“What do you mean 'she's missing'?!” Nath asked as he absently poured his cereal; it began to overflow without his notice. Marc held out his own bowl to stop cereal from going everywhere. (Marc x Nath, Miraculous Ladybug)

The carriage cushions were old, a little torn, and smelled musty. They might have been red at some point, but were now a patchy salmon color with various brown and yellow stains. (Kingdom Hearts, Riku and Sora - not romantic)

These days mornings at the lab would begin with a piece of paper laid out under an Einstein paper-weight. As usual, the sheet was written in an uneven, cursive scribble that was hard to read without squinting one's eyes and turning one's head left to right with every spin and spiral of the especially curly letters. Leon sighed and took a quick look around as he stepped out of the car. The building for the competition from the outside was gigantic, and resembled a make-shift coliseum like he recalled seeing in pictures during his ancient Greek studies. (LeonCloud, Kingdom Hearts)

Once upon a time in a far away land, a young prince lived in a shining castle. Though he had everything, his golden life was marked by tragedy when his mother died much too soon. (CloudLeon - Disney and FF)

They began when Sora was about twelve years old. They were blurry at first, too much to tell what was going on, but after a year or so they began to slowly take shape. (CloudLeon, RikuSora - KH)

Lastly, I’ll explain that why KH and FF versus just one or the other was labeled based on the game world used and character vibes/characters used.

This was a fun exercise… and makes me realize I’ve got a loooong way to go in writing.
