💕 self-love time! talk about which ones of YOUR creations (edits, artworks, fanfics) you like the most then send to other creators to do the same 💕

one thing that is worth mentioning is the progress from last year; can't express how proud of myself i am, looking at a piece from 2022 that i absolutely loved (and still do, surprisingly) and a recent one from 2023

the whole creation of this character - Ragan - is something i am proud of as well; i remember him initially starting out as just a background character for Vince, a character that wasn't meant to evolve or have any set design, but now he's one of my main characters and it's been a crazy fucking journey 🤡

the amount of details i put into this seemingly simple looking man (by simple i mean no crazy cyberware, complex tattoos or hairstyles) is just fulfilling; i'm really satisfied with his design, this ref sheet that took me probably over a week to complete but will end up being redrawn in a year or two probably

also the lore for this guy 😭 while still evolving it's pretty complex and detailed (as per usual with any of my characters) and i love who he's become and i'm eager to explore him more and play with him 😌

oyeah and this piece,,, i will never fcking get over it, the hair and face is literally p e r f e c t, i really popped off here 😩

What happened in fc5?

Edit: Omg I think this might be referring to that might I made that post - if it is here's the link to it that explains LOL. I was slightly confused and wasn't sure if you were asking in general - MY BAD 💔 regardless here's my ramblings lol.

So, i could probably go on for a day straight about the plot of fc5, but here's the short of it in case you're actually thinking of playing it. It's truly a game i recommend with my whole heart... AND you get to make an OC to insert into this story as well.

The story of fc5 is you're a police deputy who's going to arrest this cult leader, Joseph Seed, who's running this 'program' in Montana called "Project Eden's Gate" with his brothers and sister. They're all extremely dangerous in their own ways and people seem to be going missing because of them. Since they have such a strong following no police up until you (the dep) have been able to get this close - So, the game starts and hey - !

You get this guy in cuffs, you get him on the chopper to take him away to jail and uh well . uh.

the chopper crashes, your fellow police officers get taken but you - you get away and run for your life!

So, now the game is: you're stuck in Montana and trying to find your friends who have been kidnapped all the while taking it into your own hands to take these people down...

there's three main regions that each sibling controls and you play through the game and liberate each area and honestly its just so much fun and pure CHAOS. I've played this game probably four times fully through and i never cease to laugh playing co-op... which did i mention you can play the whole game co-op with a friend?? best way to play imo.

anyways the whole game's story is VERY good and if you haven't played but are interested i say go for it, it has amazing characters and amazing writing and in multiple occasions on my first playthrough left me STUNNED ....

but if you aren't thinking of playing and are just wondering "why the hell is Gothie yapping about this Joseph guy - and who's Dennis?!" well i can just explain that too LMAO .

Personal care questions for Mael: 🌸 💅 ✨️ please?

I was able to take a second break at work today so I'm using it to answer these because I have the Brain Rots 😎

🌸Mael isn't s t i n k y by any means, but I feel like he has a very like... "Natural Masculine Smell" heheh or something kind of earthy and natural and dark? If I had to give him a signature scent it would be something like this (A dark forest at night. Moss and cypress, blood and warm fur. A whisper of gunsmoke, and a drop of sweet resins.)

💅🏽I feel like his nails are naturally slightly pointed probably when he lets them grow out, but just because of how active he is they end up short, sometimes broken down too short. He doesn't paint them or anything, but if Daeran suggested it he might try it?

✨He's actually one of my few OCs who doesn't have any really significant marks! He doesn't have freckles or any moles or birthmarks, but I feel like he likes freckles and probably wishes he had them. I know it's different, but he is a little on the hairy side though? He has chest hair and actually kind of thick arm/leg hair, but it's generally kind of fine and light so it's not super noticeable I think.

Vendrik really likes the word damn. He says it a lot for minor and major things, for serious and silly things. Damn, damn you, damn this, damn damned damn, dammit. It doesn't have any particular punch, either. He just says it.

18. How easy is it to become their enemy? the answer for jori is here!

i think it would be very difficult to become lottie's enemy. she tries to be so open to everyone because night city is so full of people willing to backstab their so-called friends in a heartbeat. this way of thinking has come back to bite her in the ass but she refuses to change.

19. How easy is it to become their friend? it's pretty easy for both of them! they're both easy to get along with and they enjoy listening to people talk about their interests! the only thing is that jori is less likely to check something out if you tell her too. not out of spite or anything but just that most of the time she's just not looking to pick up another show or book or game or whatever.

30. If they had the chance to be famous would they take it? If they are famous would they rather they weren't? so im gonna be a little cringe and finally mention that jori is a streamer. she wouldnt call herself famous but she is well known. if she would get anymore attention than she has now then she'd absolutely hate it. famous people have their lives speculated about, people act like they know you personally, people take photos if you without your consent, ect. that would absolutely stress her out to the max. lottie agrees too. she likes how private and quite her life is and she wouldnt trade it for anything.

41. Do they learn from their mistakes? yes, they both do. but sometimes jori forgets and she either needs to be reminded or she'll go through a situation and have to a have an 'oh yeah...' moment.

💛 What are their favorite activites to do together?

so cassidy and reid used to be together a few years back in their maxtac days! it was not the healthiest relationship of all time but they had their moments, and most of their favorite activities together revolved around just hanging out together in the same space without worrying about work for a bit. watching movies together, both reading a book and occasionally ranting about something that was happening in the chapter, going on a trip to the grocery store and running some other errands, stuff like that :^)

🤎 How do they comfort each other?

cassidy always wanted to comfort reid through physical touch, despite it hurting himself because of his fucked up nervous system. he knew that holding reid helped calm him down instantly and wanted to be there for him, but reid simply never let cassidy that close :( he didn't want to show weakness, even in the comfort of their own home, which often resulted into reid pushing cassidy away and attempting to work through something all by himself which he really wasn't that good at

reid wasn't great at comforting cassidy, mainly because he always got uncomfortable whenever people seemed upset. the best he could do was sit with cassidy and try to get him to talk about it, talk him through what was upsetting him and try to rationalize it, to ground cassidy and leave him less in his own head about it. and it helped to a degree; just in general having reid close already helped a lot but cassidy was too scared to ask for that, and he could've really used the comfort of a hug or a kiss but he knew reid wouldn't give him that so he never asked for that either :(

🍬 Who is their biggest supporter (friend, family, etc)?

this one is fun because literally nobody supported their relationship LMAO obviously their families were out of the picture with cassidy's family being dead since he was 8 and reid having cut ties with his own family after he left home, but also neither of them really had any friends (reid has some maxtac colleagues he hung out with from time to time, and cassidy was simply not liked on the workfloor on account of him being too soft for the special ops force). their colleagues mostly just didn't care about their relationship but whenever they were faced with it would mostly just roll their eyes at it and move on with their day

🥡 What does a relaxing night in look like for them?

very similar to their favorite activities answer i think!! reid often got home late from work after already having visited a bar or two and would either go back to work instantly or just go to bed, but on rare occasions he would join cassidy on the couch and they'd watch a tv show together (not even a good one but something they could complain about together) :^) usually on their own side of the couch though. but sometimes if it was cold in the apartment reid would curl up against cassidy instead and also eventually fall asleep there, and cassidy would carry him to bed and then fall asleep with his arm wrapped around reid instead of at the own side of his bed. those really were his favorite kind of nights

10 for all of your dragon age ocs, don't hold back

SO sorry for taking so long to get to this!! Have had a busy past few weeks ^u^ I couldn't get all of my DA ocs into this, so I'm answering for our Triplet Champions/Hawkes, mainly because our new da2 playthrough has us thinking of them.

Do they have any regrets? Gareth Gareth is tough to answer for! On one hand he has regrets, often very very specific ones, but at the same time he tends to refuse to see those regrets as consequences of /his/ actions. Especially when, during most of the events of Act 1 and 2, he wad paired up with both his triplet siblings, most the time during these acts, he tends to push off his mistakes onto Yvonne and Maurevar in a 'I'm so sorry for my brother/sister's actions. I'll do everything to make it right.' attitude Maurevar Kind of tying into Gareth's answer, absolutely. Good ammount of it is feeding off his brother's point of view, and believing himself to be the cause of a majority of issues, when that's rarely, if ever, the case. Key thing about Mo is that his regrets, negative emotions, anything related to that tend to cause him genuine distress, despite being normally very high-strung and on edge. When these things come back to him, he's damn near unreconcialable, whether is be through anger or sadness. Yvonne Yvonne is the opposite of Maurevar when dealing with her regret, approaching it with a mix of bitterness and humor when Gareth's issues get pushed onto her. She tends to ghost or run from things that are genuinely her fault, while accepting it was her fault. Yvonne HATES being the center of attention, after Act 2 with her and her brothers being named Champion, she bolted from Kirkwall entirely, and being the center of attention in negative situations especially trigger her flight reflex.

I should probably work on my longfic, but brain says write that specific idea down you had 2 months ago, so here we are with another WIP 😅 The title (for now) is Break and Enter. The title is taken from a song by Hyper & Blue Stahli (Spotify link) which gave me this idea in the first place.

“Your security is shit at best, Ker!” Valaire barked. He was tired of this endless discussions about Kerry’s safety. “Either we up the security, or I will lay down my responsibility as your Bodyguard and security manager. Which means that MSM will send another gonk bodyguard that follows you around 24/7. Your call!” “I don’t need a bodyguard and more security. You're here with me…” Kerry tried to argue but was cut by Valaire. “I will not always be around, Ker. I nearly shot Kovachek three days ago because he just walked in here, and although it wouldn’t have been a great loss for humanity, I don’t want to shoot people. He nearly pissed himself, Jesus fucking christ!” Valaire nearly screamed the last sentence, he didn’t want to, but Kerry’s constant refusal of “being safe” at all times was gnawing at his nerves. He was constantly on edge, sometimes even to the point that he thought himself paranoid. He also had to show fans every so often out. He was done with it. “I lived here for years without intruders, it is just a coincidence.” Kerry tried again. “I know for a fact that you're lying! I know that someone stole one of your guitars, and since you have it on display again, I assume you got it back!” Valaire was now calm, he knew he had won this argument, there was no way Kerry could wriggle himself out of this.

Vendrik needs to move. It's tied to his need to feel useful, which itself is tied to his abandonment as a child. When he and his then boyfriend, Veer, were in their very early twenties, they tried raiding a Raffen camp on their own, which went very badly for the both of them and among Vendrik's injuries was severed spinal cord. The clan decided to dip into a stash of cyberware they were being paid to haul (mostly to save Veer) and the ripper completely replaced his spine with a false one. It was a basic one, nothing fancy, but it did have a financial impact on the small clan and that financial impact wasn't lost on him, especially after the chewing out he received from their leader.

This kicked him into a perpetual "last chance" mindset, where if he fucked up for any reason, that was it. That need to feel useful was dialed to eleven and the knob was broken off. He vowed to never act on any more bright ideas (especially ones that involved others) and decided to train to become stronger and more agile than he was before the injury, that way he could always be useful for anything at any time.

He's going to have a crisis in the future, when the cyberspine starts failing and becoming too difficult to maintain. He's going to start thinking he's becoming useless and a burden because he needs to pull his weight the same way he always has, or else he's making things worse. Teddy/the Aldecaldos will knock sense into him, but it's going to take a bit of effort.
