They come to a halt, there's a sign in front of them that says "go here" while pointing at different directions, the path is split in two.

Samatoki: guess we have to split up.

Jyuto, while sighing: yeah

Samatoki, now walking all alone: aghhh, where am I even going?...

He looks up to see some mistletoe on a tree, he exclaims, "huh?! Mistletoe!!!!"

Rio, on top of the tree (shot of his mouth): heh.

We see Samatoki from above, Rio is jumping from the tree, he lands on top of Samatoki, who gets scared.

Rio, smiling: got ya ♡.

Samatoki, angry: Rio, what the fuck was that?!?!?!

Rio, calling attention to himself(shot of Samatokis surprised face): Samatoki.

Rio smiles while holding up some mistletoe.

Jyuto slept like a brick.

Samatoki could tell by his light snoring that he was dead asleep. He wondered how Jyuto could sleep so easily with that fucking storm outside.

What a fucking joke, he kept thinking. The single night they accept to have a sleepover at Rio’s camping it starts raining bullets. Now they’re stuck inside a tent and he can’t even go outside to take a stroll and have a smoke. No, he was almost sandwiched between Jyuto and Rio inside a fucking tent.

He was staring at the tent’s roof now that his eyes were finally used to the dark, while listening to the sound of the rain and hoping that the noise of his own thoughts wouldn’t wake up neither Jyuto or Rio. He couldn’t stop thinking about the rainy nights of his childhood, when he would sleep at Nemu’s room because she was scared of the thunders. He wondered if she was okay right now. While she wasn’t scared of thunders anymore he knew she still didn’t sleep well in rainy nights. Well, apparently neither did he.

Or maybe it was only because he was in a tent.

For fuck’s sake, how could Rio do that so often? How could Jyuto be asleep?

Samatoki grunted and tried to turn to the side, and he almost yelped when he saw Rio’s face staring right at him.

“Holy fuck!” He said, as low as he could to not wake Jyuto up. Which he knew that wouldn’t happen because the sound of the rain was louder.

“Samatoki,” Rio said, using his usual voice tone. “You can’t sleep?”

“Huh,” Samatoki started. “Yeah, I can’t. The rain doesn’t help.”

“Come here,” Rio said, raising the covers by his side in a sign for Samatoki to come closer.

“What?” Samatoki asked in disbelief.

“I won’t do anything weird, come here.”

The fuck does he mean with anything weird, Samatoki wondered. As if a grown man calling another grown man to cuddle wasn’t weird enough. Samatoki blinked a few times but decided to indulge Rio. He had nothing to lose.

When he approached, Rio instantly put his arm around him and pulled him closer. Now he had his face on the curve of Rio’s neck, and felt his entire body closer to Rio than it had ever been. It was far from uncomfortable, he thought.

Samatoki could feel Rio’s face buried on his hair, his warm breathing against his head. It was somehow comforting. Until he felt something different, something warmer. Rio was kissing his head.

Samatoki withdrew from him just enough to look at his face, but didn’t got away from his arms.

“What the hell are you doing?” he asked.

“Kissing you,” Rio answered with a deadpan expression.

“You said you wouldn’t do anything weird!”

Kissing is not weird,” Rio replied with the same face.

Samatoki stared at Rio, wondering if the man lived in the same dimension as the rest of humanity. But when Rio approached his face to his, he didn’t dodge it. He let Rio’s lips touch his own in a quick, light kiss.

Rio looked at him afterwards and Samatoki involuntarily nodded, which was enough to make Rio approach and kiss him again, this time for as long as two seconds.

When Rio withdrew, it was Samatoki who got closer and kissed him this time. Just as quick as Rio’s kisses had been.

They kept kissing each other tentatively, experimenting the taste of each other’s lips. It was when Samatoki tried to slide his tongue into Rio’s mouth that Rio pushed him away just slightly.

“No,” Rio said. “We can’t do anything weird. Jyuto could wake up.”

Hell, he had completely forgotten about Jyuto. Fucking dirty cop, being a cockblock in his sleep.

“Fine,” Samatoki agreed.

“We should go to sleep.”

“Yeah.”

Rio kissed Samatoki’s lips one last time before pulling him closer again, getting them in the same position they were at first, with Samatoki’s face on the curve of his neck and his own face buried in Samatoki’s hair.

Just a few minutes later Samatoki could hear Rio’s light snoring together with Jyuto’s, but Samatoki was sure he wouldn’t be able to sleep that night.

I really, really love oblivious Rio! Rio that doesn’t understand when people are flirting with him or when they show interested in him romantically and/or sexually. Rio’s brain simply works in a way where if you’re not super explicit about what you want from him he’ll assume you just want to be friends/bros/colleagues. So no matter how much Jyuto flirts with him, Rio doesn’t get it. No matter how much Samatoki finds excuses to touch him, he never understands. Jyuto and Samatoki, already in a relationship with each other, and both with a big gay crush on Rio, can’t never get to make him understand that they love him and want him to join their relationship. lmao

Okay, so. I’ve decided to make a MAD TRIGGER CREW Week in January of 2020. I chose this month bc it’s technically MTC’s month, it’s when they will release their new song.

Soon I’ll create a blog to post the rules and prompts! And maybe a Twitter account too, I’m not sure yet.

All MTC ships (SamaJyu, RioJyu, RioSama, MTCOT3) and ships with one of the MTC boys (DopJyu, IchiSama, RioDice, etc) will be welcome! And any kind of content is welcome as well, not only fanfics and art, but also playlists, edits, and whatever comes to your mind!

But most important: I’d like to know if you guys think this is a good idea? I mean, would you be willing to participate?

kinda late, but rio/samatoki for the ask ship?? (✿❛◡❛)

My opinion: It's good! Samatoki and Rio surely have a nice dynamic. I think bc Jyuto is my favorite whenever I see RioSama I wonder "but what about Jyuto?", that's why I prefer MTCOT3. But RioSama by itself is good, I picture Samatoki being hot headed like we know he is and Rio being always calm, so they kinda complete each other. It's also really hot ngl.

My headcanons:

- Rio will surprise Samatoki with random kisses when he notices Samatoki is in a bad mood.

- Samatoki won't admit it, but he loves to wear Rio's jacket.

- When Rio is using normal ingedients Samatoki LOVES his food.
