Tales of Cybertronia: Earthspark is so good I’ve decided to add in aspects of it in this AU already

The Axiom Defense Command (ADC) was founded roughly fifteen years ago due to an incident with the Black Block Consortia threatening to kill many of the refugees that landed there. It was founded by a Joe Colton because yeah G.I. Joe and Transformers are in the same universe. But yeah this guy is not in the U.S. army as he usually is but instead he’s a resident of Axiom with previous military experience. Within a few years many people (Though most disturbingly teenagers) ended up joining the newly founded ADC. However many ended up having code names or name changes mainly as a way to protect their identities from the many enemies the ADC has accumulated over the years. Even if a lot of the time it doesn’t seem all that effective.

Known members are Marissa Bishop“Fairborn” who joined at around 17 and was in the field by doing undercover work around the time RAAT kidnapped Luke fon Fabre. Now she’s a captain running her own squad. Van Fende “Grants” a resident of Hod who joined when he was around 16, he’s usually used as the face of the ADC to put the people on his side with his hypnotic eyebrows natural charisma. Luke “Asch” fon Fabre a young man who refuses to give out his whole name due to the fact he fucking lied about getting permission to get into the ADC. He is part of Marissa’s unit. Dorothy “Dot” Malto a former member who now lives as a national park ranger in Rizei Maxia who lost her leg on a mission. She left due to unlawful arrests that they performed on some rowdy former decepticons. Tear Fende “Grants” Van’s sister who works for Marissa’s faction who recently joined.

However the ADC also has quite the shady side which is also a major reason why Dot Malto quit, known as G.H.O.S.T. (Global Hazard and Ordinance Strike Team). They tend to get their hands dirty in places where the ADC wouldn’t. Their science division lead by Saphir “Dist” Ortion is notorious for for some dodgy experiments such as their cloning of religious figure Ion. One of the GHOST clones became known as Sync and he’s been working for the ADC as a spy. Another one simply became Ion after the original died and in a way acts as a propagandist for the ADC. Ion’s bodyguard, Anise, is also an agent of GHOST giving information to the ADC. When rowdy decepticons get arrested by the ADC, they’re not given any trial or means to have loved ones contact them, instead they are “disappeared” by which I mean locked away with GHOST with only energon rations for either eternal imprisonment or perhaps to “rehabilitate” them with mnemosurgery. GHOST isn’t known to the public as such the ADC has come under fire recently for it witholding information, the decepticon disappearances, and acting well outside it’s jurisdiction. Time will tell if GHOST’s would be exposed, and if the ADC would hold together.

Their first impression:Ourito Rizei? Is that a Hingan name? I’m sure… there must be a personnel file on them… Here it is.Oh. What an odd spelling. Eorzeans punctuate their names? I wonder what it signifies. Perhaps it’s a Miqo'te thing. That would make sense. Quiet, odd, easy to work with, eager to learn… Hm, it almost sounds like I’m reading my own file. Learning to use a katana? Strange there are so many kenshi here, but perhaps the company attracts them due to its connections. Either he’s comfortably adapting to the role of footsoldier, or he’s quite adept at not standing out. Either one is fine. Both are useful skills.

Their current impression:He seems different nearly every time I see him, which is… not often. At times he seems freshly arrived from the Gold Saucer with an odd little automaton in tow, others he looks like he might be manning a stall on Sapphire Avenue. His speech patterns also shift sometimes. Perhaps I simply lack context? Someone might say the same of me. He seems much like what I’ve heard of Seeker of the Moon men. Odd, solitary, rarely seen.

What they like the most about your character:He has a quality few Eorzeans have. Restraint. It’s admirable to not feel the need to shout your presence at every opportunity, whether out of inclination or design. One shows modesty, the other wisdom.

What they dislike the most about your character:Dislike… I could find something if I gave it thought, but I don’t see the benefit to either one of us to focus on the negative if nothing presents itself. I’ve hardly an impression of him to begin with, why taint it before it’s taken full form?

What your character is for them (Friend, lover, rival etc.):Superior, I imagine… In theory, as sir Alder’s assistant, if I gave him an order he would be obliged to follow it. I’ve never had the need nor the desire. I prefer to think of myself as serving the needs of the militia, rather than placing myself above it.

A general opinion of their relationship:I would not say we have one. Our few direct interactions have been, to my recollection, half-drunken commentary over that reprehensible card game of which everyone is so fond.

If applicable, something they wish to reveal:If his reticence is borne of deliberate, calculated skill and not simple weak presence, he need not be modest. We’ve uses for covert personnel. It would be a welcome addition to his file.
