Stargazing

"It's beautiful isn't it?" You seem to say as you look up at the stars. Vlyad looked up with you and smiled, " The sky sure does...Look there's Virgo." He pointed at the constellation.

"How do you know?"

"Because the body is there and the stars connect, they are supposed to show a woman with wings." He explains as he traces the stars.

Vlyad enjoyed it when it was just you and him. When he was away from the Shadow Knights and away with the burdens that came with it. He looked over to you and your relaxed form, how your doe eyes stared innocently at the clear night sky. He didn't need to pay attention to the sky to see the stars. He had you.

Vlyad knew that he couldn't keep this up. He shouldn't keep you around anymore yet you made him feel something. Years of isolation and training to keep his mortal feelings at bay seemed to come crashing down once you had arrived into his life and that is what scared him.

Vlyad didn't know what would happen if he suddenly allowed himself to feel again just like he would've before he became a Shadow Knight.

" Hey, what's wrong?" There it is again, his heart melting with just your words. He held your hand and kissed it, "Just admiring the stars."

zane and vylad

(whenever i refer to the ro'meave brothers relationship with each other i mean their brotherly relationship this is not an incest post)

why is it i can make zane be mean to anyone literally anyone except for vylad,

i can write zane pranking and teasing vylad but i cannot make him be actually mean when i do it makes me really sad.....anyways garroth and zanes realationship gets a lot of attention but vylad and zane or vylad and garroths relationship doesn't get as much.

so zane and vylad relationship headcanons.

My zane and vylad relationship are very different from cannon zane and vylads.

in my rewrite if we aren't counting Janus, vylad is the person zane closest to because zane knows vylad would never hurt them. zane is also close with vylad because zane knows vylad won't push them like the rest of their family does.

they both love to play video games, when they want (or have) to spend brotherly bonding time together they play video games

their favorite thing to play is world of Warcraft

when they spend time together outside the house they usually either go to the mall because there's arcades there or they go to the movies

they like going to bakeries whenever they go they get a dozen box of cupcakes and split it

vylad often takes zanes hoodies to wear since according to vylad "Their more comfy"

zane is very very sickly (as in they have lung problems bad joint pain they also get very fatigued and there have been times where zane cant move much or at all)

because of their bad health zane has had to spend up to a few months in the hospital when they were younger though usually in pdh this is not warranted and zane usually just has to stay home for a couple of days. when this happens vylad won't leave zanes side, vylad will make sure zane drinks enough water is comfy enough and eats enough

zane and vylad tend to protective of each other mainly because they have both been bullied fairly badly

they both love to pull pranks on people especially on garroth

zane does vylads makeup and is in the process of teaching vylad how to do makeup

zane also does vylads hair

vylad carries a pair of glasses with him at all times for zane

zane and vylad like to draw together

things zane would kick someone in the balls for doing he lets vylad get away with just a stink eye

To be honest, I still haven't decided which empire the Ro'Meave brothers are going to end up in first

But I personally find it funny if they landed in Mezalea after the explosive fate of their original universe

Like here's this former League of Villain member, Jerymimiahmism founder, unhinged madman murderer, former swamp ogre in his not-so-natural habitat

who does not want to join in any of the lore shenanigans his friends are doing

and just wants to show off his building skills by constructing the giant AF palace

And then all of the sudden, lore appears to him in the form of three random kids from another dimension

who decided to camp in his concrete factory for some reason (Garroth may or may not have destroyed some of the clones who came too close to their hiding spot)

and then follow him around like lost ducklings (Vylad's fault, he just started crawling after Joel and his brothers followed him immediately)

After a week of thinking of a solution, he decided to sail to his wife's empire with the Ro'Meaves in tow

And then he tells her

"Forget the blue axolotl, I have acquired us children.

"Extra: Joel presents mini Garroth to Lizzie and added "This kid wears blue, so he should count as a possible heir to the ocean, right?"

As someone who is currently rewatching all of Aphmau's series and has major brain rot over the Aphverse, i am desperate to find a fic where some of the mystreet people get somehow transported to the MCD universe. BECAUSE IMAGINE THE ANGST POTENTIAL IF MYSTREET!ZANE WAS IN THIS GROUP OMG.

MCD!Garroth having to see what he could have had with his own brother if things were different is breaking my heart.

OH OH OH BUT ALSO

Right imagine this little mystreet group is also when they're teenagers, smol little Zane being transported to a world where pretty much everyone despises him because MCD!Zane is the embodiment of evil.

Like, maybe little Aphmau and Zane get separated from the others and end up in Phoenix drop, they manage to make it to the town square where Molly is coming back from praying to Irene, and she sees Zane, the man who hurt her precious baby and used dark magic on their town. Molly then runs to alert whichever guard she can find (it just so happens that Laurence, Garroth and Dante are all leaving the guard tower for their respective patrols at that moment)

These men run to the town square, fearing the place they are sworn to protect is under attack by one of the most dangerous tyrants of their time, and they come to find not only Zane (who's looking around with a sour look on his face, and albeit a little smaller than Garroth remembers) but also the woman they spend their lives protecting (and two of said party are definitely, totally, not in love with her...)

And when i say they're teenagers, i mean the first season of PDH vibes, so Zane and Aphmau with these squeaky voices and no social skills, and Aphmau has spent most of her time looking around in awe up until that point because OH MY IRENE ZANE IT'S JUST LIKE MY GAME!!!

Laurence moves first, rushing over he knocks Zane to the ground harshly before yanking Aphmau away, to which she screams because this tall, scar covered, very scary looking version of her friend (or maybe crush depending on when in PHD this happens) has picked her up far too easily for her liking and she's worried about Zane.

Then Garroth and Dante move in, and suddenly Zane is being looked down upon by his big brother with such a look of disgust and hatred that has never happened before. Garroth loves Zane. Sure they disagree and fight every now and then, they're brothers, but Zane knows Garroth loves him and would keep him safe, and even though he wouldn't admit it, Zane loves his brother too. But the scary and hate filled man standing above him does not make Zane feel safe, and a flush of fear runs through him, followed by watery eyes and embarrassment because why is he feeling so weak and despised by one of the only men in his life who's provided a steady stream of love (unlike his dad)

And when Zane pulls his shaking hands up in surrender, with this wounded animal look upon his face, MCD!Garroth almost has to double take, because not even as children has he ever seen Zane look at him with such fear, the only man who'd ever brought fear upon Zane's face was their father, and maybe that gives Garroth his own little internal crisis because he's tried so hard to be nothing like dear old dad.

BUT ALSO, LETS PICTURE THIS

The rest of the group (let's say...Laurence, KC and Garroth) show up, and they try to find a way home without the help of the villagers of Phoenix drop, only to be attacked and have Zane kidnapped by people MCD!Zane has royally pissed off. The little group run back to Phoenix drop for help, and all the MCD lot just can't seem to understand why these little versions of themselves/their friends want to help Zane of all people so badly. It takes the Garroths having a full on row over it and Mystreet!Aph breaking down in tears to get people to help (because how can Laurence and Garroth watch a small version of the woman they love sob and not do something to try and help?) and obvi Lord Aphmau was on board the moment they asked and was going to do it alone before her Guards through out their protests and Little Garroth decided to cuss out MCD!Garroth for "abandoning his baby brother" (which is where the fight started)

...

Maybe I should write this myself...

Anyway, that's where my brain has gotten me today.
