What are the Ro's from mgo favorite movies?

Hmm, that’s a good question! I’ll give a couple to give an example of what they like, though it may also contain t.v. shows as the only movies I watch generally are from the 1980s-early 2000s LMAO

Blake being the horror and action fan he is... you’d be surprised, his favorite movies are the OG Tremors with Mr. Kevin Bacon, the SECOND TMNT movie from the 90s, and probably really likes AHS, though he’s generally only a fan of 1984 and Roanoke. (Fairly certain he’d like The Haunting of Hill House and Bly Manor, too!)

Freja... you know, she actually doesn’t watch much in the way of t.v. I’d think one of her favorites is Miss Ever’s Boys, A League of Their Own, The Lovely Bones... generally speaking, the few things she DOES watch are documentaries, movies/shows about women’s rights or empowerment, LGBT+ rights or empowerment, and some that deal with horrors that happened in history.

Loche I honestly don’t know! I don’t think they’ve watched enough t.v. in their few years on Earth to have decided that yet, given they don’t generally watch stuff often unless one of the other team members put something on. I’d think they’d watch pretty much anything, though, really!

Iri strikes me as loving superhero movies, horror movies, and tends to go out their way to support African American and LGBT+ produced/centered ones as well! Their top favorites at the moment are probably Deadpool, Mr. Jordan Peel’s Us, and Sweet Home. (Oh, did I mention they like kdramas? Because they sure as piss do.

Fawn is a mix of Blake’s, Freja’s, and Iri’s interests, really. She enjoys horror, kdramas (horror or mystery only though), mystery, thriller, POC rights and empowerment or POC-made shows/movies as well as LGBT+... Right now she’s liking Evil, she’s eagerly waiting for Sweet Home S2, and one of her major favorites is the OG 1970s ALIEN movie.

Adontis... I don’t think he watches much television, mainly because it’s hard to keep his attention on it and he just generally prefers books. He does like the old-school black and white shows and movies, including soundless movies... I think one of his favs of those is probably the OG House on Haunted Hill.

Ive had such a stressful day . Its back to school so everyone is out for coffee and not everyone wears masks or improperly uses them.

Half our customers touch theirs masks to pull them away from their face to talk better. Some just wear it over their mouths and not their nose.

I had a grumpy customer who came back when i poured him a flavored coffee by mistake instead of a dark roast one. The pots had been switched and i didn't realize it so i poured the one that's usually in the dark roask area. He came back and complained so we replaced it of course.

He came back without his mask on and wouldn't even talk to me. Instead he just looked at my coworker, ignoring me completely.

I apologized for the mistake and he was just like "I HATE flavored coffee." Then left. Like come on we were being nice dude. You didn't have to be such a butt.

I feel mentally and physically exhausted and i keep wanting to get angry with myself but i need to not do that anymore.

Now im off shift but im just sorta sitting in the bathroom after the lights timer went out. Im just here in the dark avoiding people when i really just want to get up and go home. I just don't want to have to deal with anyone. Its just a short walk outside but i don't want anything or anybody.

How would the RO react if they had a nightmare about the MC's death and when they wake up the MC is nowhere to be found (they just went out to get milk at night lol)

Zeus: Nightmares aren’t an uncommon thing in their line of work. They had to learn the hard way in distinguishing what is reality and fantasy. So, realistically, they know the MC is alive and well and what they saw was simply a figment of their own subconscious. But the surreal sensations and fear that sets in are enough to leave Zeus a little overprotective, like a sign of a ‘what if you fail’ situation.

So once the MC returns from grabbing milk, don’t expect Zeus to let them go out of their sight for the rest of the night (or day, if its that bad).

Hermes: Hermes would look around their room shared with MC and, after realizing that it was a nightmare, they let out a shaky sigh and pull out their phone to leave a text to MC, asking where are they. While they do possibly believe MC is alive, they still can't shake off the dread from seeing MC's death and would end up trying to get their mind off of it by overworking themselves with their tech or even just something else - anything to drive their mind away from that horrifying image.

Hermes won't even be able to greet MC home because they're that focused on their project, desperately trying to push away those thoughts again. At least, until they flinch and jerk their eyes to MC if MC touch them. Hermes lets out a breath, one that sounds as if they have been holding for so long. They just end up wrapping their arms around MC, barely getting a question (Where the fuck have you been?) out before making a noise of affirmation that they heard your reply. If they pass out on your MC...Hahahahaha, good luck carrying their ass back to bed because they won't be waking up anytime soon.

Dionysus: They wake up in cold sweats and laboured breathing, body trembling and mind whirling. They pat the bed for the familiar warmth but when they only meet an empty space, their heart practically stops.

They just cease thinking as they hastily put on whatever clothes they can put on. This sort of panic is just pure tunnel visioning - not even tripping and accidentally scrapping themselves would snap them out of it. They'll run out of the house/apartment, calling for MC, out to even the freezing cold night. Standing outside the apartment building/house, remembering the nightmare they had, they end up squatting down and grab onto their own head. Tears end up pouring out, little mumbles of 'no, no, no...' whimper out of them...

So when MC finds them, cold and wearing thin layers of clothing, and approached Dionysus with great concern, Dionysus would snap their head up with wide eyes of disbelief. Dionysus reaches out, hands shaking as they cup MC's cheeks. "A-Are...Is it you? Really you?"

MC could be confused or more worried about Dionysus - but either way, Dionysus ends up throwing themselves onto MC with arms around the neck and face buried against MC's chest, sobbing and shaking in MC's arms.

Ares: They used to have nightmares but they have become less effective to Ares - their own reality was too real to be captured in a dream. They'll be more rattled with good dreams tho - dreams they would never believe to come true.

But with a night are like that, Ares knows to rationalize and be perceptive, so they would look for clues that indicates where MC might be or if MC is really dead (They have a good memory and something like MC's death isn't something they'll ever forget). No signs of struggle? There's no kidnap or fight (and even if there had been, Ares would definitely wake up from it). Signs of recent use that Ares knows with certainty they didn't touch but its something MC used? MC is still alive and walking. If MC is not in the apartment, Ares would try to give them a call. If MC's phone is dead? They'll growl, mumble about cadets needing to charge their phone before moving to grab a coat, glancing around the apartment for mote clues as to where MC might be or racking their brain to recall if MC would need to go out for something.

But when MC comes home and Ares is there to meet them, Ares would have a stern gaze, tugging you to them and just hold you close, burying their nose into your hair and sighing. "Go out without any notice again, and I'll start doing morning military drills on you." And they mean that most seriously. . .

Dolos: The sad thing is...They always had such nightmares. It rarely comes, but it leaves them really rattled. So when they start living with MC/got into a relationship with them, and Dolos doesn't find them, they'll start going into an absolute panic to near tears, rambling MC's name. They would have gone out in nothing but PJs and their jacket (and hidden weapons in case they're in grave danger) if MC hadn't come home right then and there. Relief washes over them and they just drop everything to pull MC tightly in a hug, sobbing uncontrollably before desperately whispering, "Don't...Don't leave me again..."

I come asking a very similar question, a certain bord left on my doorstep.

How will our ROs react to an MC who likes to keep reminders of them? (shirts, undies, who knows what they do with them...) Ares, accept my yandere ways love~

I see I have been called - I must answer.

Zeus: Honestly? They would be more disturbed that it's not categorically organized. How else would you tell between the shirt they wore last Sunday and the shirt they wore last Saturday? And if you're going to take pictures, surely there should be dates and time to mark when it was taken.

Someone might be asking. "Aren't you disgusted by all of this, Zeus?" and knowing them, they'll say "Disgusted? No, not at all. This could be [Name]'s way of coping with my absence; thus, I shall provide rules on boundaries and help them maintain a certain level of order to make the process and loneliness easier."

Surprisingly, the only rule of boundary Zeus has is that [Name] leaves any work-related and necessary essentials alone. If [Name] wishes for items of them, they only need to ask.

Hermes: Uhm...I think they would be pretty horrified, suffice to asy. Might accidentally blurt out "The fuck?" and would need time to process this little hobby of MC's. If you give them the time and space, they'll approach again and explain how they just don't usually like people swiping their stuff or keeping reminders of them because Hermes had a particularly bad experience with a...stalker.

But they had taken time to think about how it's MC the one who's doing this and...they don't feel as bad about it. In fact, they found it pretty...touching. Of course, they would want to set some boundaries, like returning their clothes (though they'd allow it if MC plans to wear them a bit more often). They don't mind if MC took their pictures, so long as they don't post it in public or share it anywhere else.

Dionysus: Completely flabbergasted, embarrassed and rambled over how sweet MC is, to keep so many mementos and want to know more about them! They do ask for why this hobby came about though, like if MC is doing this because they like Dionysus (platonically...........of course. Totally not insinuating anything more >>) or they need a target of their attention. When it's discovered as MC actually liking them, they'd be really happy and might end up having this little habit too.

Can imagine Dionysus and MC exchanging times with little notes attached like little 'hi's and 'hello :)'s.

Ares: HRMMMMM, I WONDER WHO WOULD BE SO INTERESTED IN THIS PART OF THE ANSWER?

But for real, I think Ares would be too chill about it. They wouldn't mind MC keeping little mementoes or reminders of them. Hell, they'll most likely work out more if MC's the type to want their used shirts.

The only boundary they'll draw would be the weapons: Do not touch them.

Ares isn't that materialistic. But they would be more possessive of MC. Not in a 'I'll lock you up and keep you in there' sort, but more like they'll put something on MC like a mark that says they're Ares's, like putting a scarf or jacket on them personally.

(There is a way for Ares to do this but it's just too spoilery for me 😭)

Dolos: Congratulations, you have unlocked the floodgates. Dolos would just bring you to a room where they stored paintings among paintings of you, not to mention pictures and even a damn journal of what you had done and where you went. Though they never took any of MC's clothings, they do find it hot that MC would want theirs - gave them a bunch of ideas in the future.

(This is only on romance!Dolos - Non!romanced Dolos is more respectful of MC's privacy.........plus, doubt MC's chosen RO would appreciate this behaviour at all XD)
