jurassic posting on main again but hear me out: Robert Muldoon should have lived so that he and Ellie Sattler could drink all of Hammond’s fancy alcohol and pass out on the inGen break room couch. I can see it so clearly. They’re best friend material. They sit for hours and bitch about their coworkers. They have a running bet on who can pull off the shortest pair of shorts. They both have days when the raptor claw scars hurt more than usual and they get real quiet and irritable but sometimes it’s better to be quiet and pissy together. They refer to each other by prefix+last names as a term of affection. They’re the only people on the island allowed to touch the shoulder mounted rocket launchers. Do you see my vision.

Alan: Oh what the hell Mr. Gennaro! It's 3 am! What do you want this time?

Gennaro: Sorry to bother but I have an important question. Would it be bad if a Hadrosaurus was to eat cat food?

Alan: What kind of question ist that? Neither cats nor cat food existed back then, why would that ever matter?

Gennaro: But hypothetically? If I travelled back in time and gave one cat food, would that be okay?

Alan: ?! What are you doing? Why would you travel back in time to give a Hadrosaurus cat food?!

Gennaro: Just... Just answer the question Mr. Grant.

Alan: I suppose no. They aren't cats. And it's CAT food.

You know what positively surprised me today? That Muldoon actually explains everything he does to Gennaro. That he answers his question properly instead of saying "You'll see in 1000 years when it's already been too late 10 times" and he gets to the crucial points quickly while still being patient. Not like a certain other man... Van Helsing 😒 Did you see how easy that was Van Helsing????? Did you?? This could've been you! But you chose not to be! 🙄 You chose to tell us about CORN instead of the vampires!
