I saw Duke Thomas and Lava Lamp in the same sentence and I had to draw it.

Yeah, I would definitely file “Almost blowing yourself up” under “Stupid.”
Robin: Son of Batman (2015) #7
Ok I’m reading Robin War (I read Robin Son Of Batman first and I loved it, I will gush about it later.)
When I tell you I have ascended into another place of stressed out screeching.
My thought includes but isnt limited to
Oh ok
Huh?
Wait why?
What what?

*nervous laughter*
Hey could you please not do that
What the fvck is going on here on this day
*dumbfounded look*

(More wtf are repeated as I slowly descend into frikin shock)
*after the robin war*
Alfred: I hope that this wasn’t too boring for you boys.
Dick: it had its moments
Alfred: Like the one where you convinced barely trained children to help you overthrow the court of owls?
Jason: yeah like that one
“Came back a little less Noble.”
Robin War (2015) #1
Ok so I have thoughts on Robin War. They’re mainly just me gushing over particular panels or pages whilst I say little but whatever.
So first of all, I love Jason’s first scene. Like “Well, maybe the kids need him” I-
Next, this just being throughout the storyline, I really enjoyed the dynamic between the batboys - mainly Tim and Jason but also with Damian too. Like, it was just stupid and brotherly and @ DC that’s what I want.
Also speaking of Jason and Tim. I loved this bit with their starts as Robin and like the whole Tim never meant to replace Jason thing.
I’ve just read Robin War for the first time and uhhh what the fuckity fuck?! Is that where the whole Talon!Dick thing came from??? Is that why I’ve seen people be like oh DC did that and never followed it up?? DC really just was like hey Dick joined the Owls and then did nothing with that?! Hell, they gave us Ric instead!!?? Unbelievable, I hate it here.
Hey so I’m not “In” the BatFam Fandom but I love seeing the posts and I was wondering about somethings that I don’t see in those posts.
Like I know that Beyond is set in the future and most of the BatFam stuff is set in the present but like are there any popular head canons for how Terry fits/would in with the BatFam?
Like if I recall correctly the Beyond Cartoon mostly focused on Terry’s relationship to Bruce and Barbara but if they didn’t all die before the future how would Terry get along with the older Robins and other Batgirls? Or Duke and Damian who if I understand things weren’t introduced yet when Beyond came out.
Is Beyond still a running comic and does it answer any of those questions?
Also I’ve never read the comics where should I begin. Robin War sounded interesting. Was that a good arc? should I read those?
This is funny.
