I'm sorry but I love no matter the relationship some us have independently yet collectively decided Robbie is polyamorous.
Like me with Puroblink
@redshift-corridor with Cherry x Robbie x Purah
@artisticzaati and @akkalatechlabs PuAstorRobbie
Like Robbie loves Purah but has more than enough love for whoever else people ship him with and that's beautiful.

The true authentic hopelessly romantic dumbass you
(Prompt from https://atsuzaki-playground.neocities.org/ but it was barely followed, here it is on Ao3) TW: Swearing
Person A wrapping a blanket around Person B when they are sitting on the couch and watching a show.
Link was not a person to get sick. After years of living off the wild and foraging, their immune system was tough, and their stubbornness was tougher. While Robbie wasn’t a particularly convincing man, this time Link was feeling too weak to argue.
They had finally sat down on Robbie’s couch and turned off their brain.
Something was playing on the Enhanced Slate Robbie and Purah had installed in their apartment, but Link was too out of it to pay attention. It was an adventure show? Maybe? Link starred at the ES, they saw the colours and forms but no people, they heard the sounds but no voices. Goddess, maybe they were bad.
Robbie came into the room and stood in front of Link. The only reason they could make out it was Robbie was due to his hair still being up.
Link clearly signed something, but it was too sloppy and filled with tiredness for Robbie to decipher.
“Hey babe. Hylia, you look out of it. I’ve got you a quilt, are you cold?” Link’s brain couldn’t comprehend the words being said but enjoyed the thick southern drawl that came with their boyfriend’s voice. They we’re hoping he’d talk more.
“Link. You with me Hylian?” They found Robbie’s voice comforting. Link felt like they were about to fall asleep.
“Hon-“
“Maybe if they listened to me in the first place, we wouldn’t be in this fucking situation.” Robbie muttered under his breath as he positioned Link on top of his quilt.
“Don’t slag of your partner while their unconscious, asshole” The voice of a presence came from the kitchen. Robbie rolled his eyes.
“Could you come and help? Link is a buff knight and I ain’t particularly strong.”
“Awwh, don’t undersell yourself.” Sarcasm dripped through Purah’s voice. She came over and laid the quilt flat against their sofa for Robbie to put Link down on. He put them on their side (something his dad taught him to do if he was scared someone may be sick) and grabbed a pillow to lie their head on. The sides on the blanket wrapped around Link and tucked together at their chest. They looked adorable, being wrapped up like this. Though their ghost white face made Robbie more concerned them smitten.
After getting a glass of water (just in case), Robbie sat next to Link’s head. He noticed how uncomfortable they looked straight away. He had laid their head down in such a way that the pillow looked like a mountain for their neck to climb. Even though the researcher realised this as soon as he sat, he left them as they were.
Although the problem soon arose again
“Seriously?” Purah walked into the living room, taken aback at how Robbie had laid down his partner.
“What, they’re fine!” Robbie got on the defensive all to quick for her to believe it.
Purah was a smart woman, not particularly keen sensed but smart. And when it came to Robbie, she was the smartest in all of Hyrule. Everything about his body language screamed awkward. His feet laid flat on the ground with his legs together. His arms, which usually took up half of the sofa’s headrest, balled up near his chest. Purah knew exactly why Robbie hadn’t made his partner more comfortable.
“Are you seriously too nervous to put their head on your lap?”
Robbie was taken aback by the guess, “How the hell did you know?”
A look of smugness is all he got in return, but it was enough.
Neither of them said a word as the guardian expert looked down to his knight.
“You’re a pussy.”
Robbie looked to her, “and you’re a bitch, what about it?”
The woman sighed, “Firstly – She put up her middle finger – secondly, why are you so nervous? What do you think’s gonna happen?”
Robbie thought on it. He had an answer, a clear and concise one. It was just putting it into words that was the problem.
“I… Purah I really don’t wanna fuck things up with Link. At all. It’s why I’m so careful around them. I don’t wanna do anything wrong.
“You’re different, y’know? You’re my best friend and you ain’t getting rid of me. If I piss you off, you forgive me. If you piss me off, I forgive you. It’s how we work.
“Link doesn’t need to forgive me. They don’t need to just accept my idiocy like you. If they don’t like me or something I do, they’ll leave. And I really don’t want them to leave.”
Purah smiled sympathetically to her partner in crime, “You’re selfish.”
“Fuckin’ what?”
Purah laughed. She truly was blessed with the dumbest man in Hyrule.
“You’re gonna hate me for saying this, so ‘sorry’ in advance. If Link doesn’t like you for you? Fuck them.”
Robbie looked at her, his eyes seething with disapproval.
“But do you know what?”
“What?”
“They do. You’re just too dense to realise because you’re so wrapped up in not being yourself. Case in point ‘selfish’.” Purah ended her statement accusingly pointing towards Robbie.
“How do you know they do?”
“Because you do shit like supress your accent to try and sound smarter, which is dumb in of itself you’re a fucking genius, but I know for a fact Link loves you’re accent. They’ve told me. And I know for a fact they love when you tell them about guardians. They’ve told me. And I know for a fact they love your wildly inappropriate jokes. They’ve told me.”
“Have they?” Robbie didn’t believe her; she’s lied to keep him happy before. He looked down to Link, their neck was still crocked.
“Baby, what do you think me and Link talk about when we go to Gerudo Town? Cause it’s not the latest political statement the Queen’s made. It can be about my job, sure. And Link’s latest battles. But a lot of the time, it’s you. You are our common ground. We both love you more than most things in Hyrule, talking about you is what we enjoy.”
Robbie was touched. He was sure his heart grew ten times bigger with love. “How much of that talking is berating me?”
“85%, but that’s not the point. We love you. And you gotta get stronger for Link, put away your fears. Because I can assure you to Hylia above, you, the true authentic hopelessly romantic dumbass you, is all that Link needs from you.
“Now take that pillow from under their head, for goddess’ sake.”
Link woke up a couple hours later, their neck feeling sore. They drew it to illness, however they felt less dead now, which was nice. What was nicer though was the hands that played with their hair. Soft touches massaged their scalp. They wanted to move to see the face of the ever-so handsome barer of these hands, but they didn’t want him to stop, It was a tough choice. However, the barer was the master at noticing the little things. Link’s breathing had changed.
“You awake?” Robbie’s voice was gentle, as not to wake the knight up if he was wrong.
“Barely.” The scientist smiled at the voice, which was hoarser than normal due to grogginess.
Robbie moved his hands from Link’s head, which caused Link to make a sickly groan.
“Carry on.” It was a request that made Robbie’s heart jolt. He was so scared of doing stuff like this in case it made Link panic. He was scared that he may never be forgiven. But he was being asked to. He couldn’t say no, not so something like this.
But to double check, “You sure?”
Link rolled their head ever so slightly so Robbie could see their questioning eyes. They nodded before turning back to their head back to the ES.
Okay. This was okay. He brought his hands back to Link’s head and continues playing with their golden hair.
This was Robbie being him. The hopelessly in-love fool that he was. He’d give the world to Link and Purah if they let him. And he was truly starting to believe that Link would.

Some fun Robbie HCs (Some realistic to game, some not)
Really wants to communicate with monsters, specifically Lizalfos
Music plays in his head 24/7 and he knows all the words. It's like a full on playlist up there
Dances to nothing. He could be in a silent room and it doesn't matter
Also never cares if people are starting or judging, man plays by his own vibe and no one’s taking that away.
Interrupts Impa constantly cuz it really pisses her off.
He is the first two lines of ‘verbatim’
Really good at chess. (Owns a Mario chess set because I do and projection)
Good at critical thinking games in general.
Has a killer scar over his right eye
Makes all of his goggles and other sheikah accessories by hand
Gets really funny with the type of clothes he wears, doesn't like wearing a lot of them
Has an obsession with cats. On a birthday nobody knows what to get him so they all get him these dumb cat pens, Purah get’s him a cat pen pot to hold all his cat pens.
When he gets cats, he takes pictures of them and link to put around his workspace
Favourite types of cats are mangy aggressive ones
Discussed with my dad and came to the conclusion he names all his cats ‘Mr. ---’ regardless of gender. (and I mean everyone of them.)
Really good at multiple instruments. especially guitar.
Slaps at rhythm games, has pretty much all perfect scores on Project Diva
Knows how to fucking party (i.e. gets rlly high and drunk on weekends)
He and Purah have a hate song on King Roahm (its as embarrassing as you think it is)
Asks everyone their pronouns when they first meet and asks certain homophobes every time they meet.
Kids love him and Purah as they ‘look cool’
He loves teaching kids about guardians, when he comes across a child who’s genuinely interested in them, he will defend them with his life
Can't spell piece.

(It's valentine's Day so take a cute extract from the Roblink fic I'm working on!)
“Baby!” Robbie shouted as he approached the bottom of the hill. Link smiled slightly at the word and walked over to their Sheikah.
‘Hey.’ They signed, ‘I just need to sort out Epona – Link signaled to their glistening brown stallion – and then we can get going.’
“All right, let’s get this party STARTED!” Robbie struck his signature pose as he danced alongside Link to the stables counter.
“Good to see you master Robbie.” The man the other side smiled politely.
“You too my good horsey friend.” This nickname made Link grin as they knew exactly why it existed.
‘Hi Walter’ They signed, giving Robbie the reminder that he needed.
Robbie in thanks nudged Link with his hand a little, “Walter, my pal, were just here to dock Links steed.”
Link dealt with the signings of paper and bid their horse farewell, before turning to Robbie with a look of loving determination on their face. It was those looks which made Robbie go soft. He knew Link held their relationship to the same importance that they did their work, but that look was always different. Protecting the princess? That was a job, everyone knew it. This, now? This was a time that Link could relax, and Robbie felt so damn lucky so see it.
‘ready?’ They signed
“Born ready Baby.”

Shamrock Green
For day five of @lozrareshipweek : eyes/blindfold
TW: Swearing, brief mentions of past trauma, scars
Here it is on A03
The clear sky full of constellations of dreams and hopes that are yet to be fulfilled sat above Robbie and Link, as they laid together, looking up. Well one of them was. Link’s gaze kept on getting caught on the face of their date. Namely, his goggles.
Link had grown use to the goggles that sat ever so perfectly of Robbie’s face, mainly because he had never seen the man without them. 3 Years and they had never once seen Dr. Robbie without his goggles. Had anyone? They assumed Purah had of course, and maybe then Impa as well. But had anyone outside of them seen what lays beneath the Doctors mask?
Link had pondered on the underneath of the ticking machinery. The obvious guess was eyes, but there was so much more to it than that. What colour were they? How big were the tunnels that carved through the middles? Did they have glistens of white in the iris? What if Robbie was blind. Maybe underneath that mask was two eyes that needed the help of the goggles to be able to see at all. That’s why he never took them off. Link thought about it. It would make sense. Especially with Dr. Robbie’s workmanship. He’d probably have the best sight in Hyrule. Was there just nothing? Link had seen it before, a curse of the Goddess they said it was. Not even a hint that eyes should be their, just skin. Link looked intensely at the Doctor. While pretty much impossible, Robbie could definitely see, the knights thoughts kept coming back to it. Would they mind? No. Of course not. Link would never care. Robbie, he was one to special to lose, especially because something like that.
“Tell me Link,” Link jumped slightly at the voice that came rather loudly from the engineer, “Why did you bother suggesting stargazing if you were just going to stare at me the whole time?” Embarrassment crept up on Link’s face. They had to play this off as cool. ‘Because, you’re the brightest star I can see?’ Their face had morphed into questioning, then very quickly regret. “Holy Shit, no hesitation! That was the corniest thing I’ve ever heard!” Robbie threw himself up from laying down in excitement. Link just covered their hands with their face. Then got hit with the awfully low chuckle slipped from the Doctors lips. Link physically felt they were melting to the ground. Robbie laid back down, this time on his stomach, leaning on his arms, attention turned away from the sky to the knight, “What’s got you staring? I mean, I know I’m handsome but there looked like something else.” Robbie snickered at his own dumb joke. ‘I – Link hesitated on the sign, they didn’t know how to say this – I was just looking at your goggles.’ They waited a second to see if they could see the doctor’s reaction. They couldn’t, ‘I don’t think I’ve ever seen you without them.’ Robbie’s lips parted ever so slightly, “oh, I… I’m sorry.” He brought his head to his hand’s to lift them up. This was a bad idea, Link put their hands over Robbie’s before he had the chance. “What?” ‘You don’t need to be sorry, and you don’t need to show me. To ask was insensitive of my, I apologise.’ Link was riddled with self-anger and disappointment. How dare they ask such a personal question? They know they didn’t care what would be underneath them, so why pry? For a sense of accomplishment? They were an idiot.
They heard the continuous ticking that they had heard all night stop. Shamrock green, imbedded deeply within the sockets that sat upon his face. They were rounded, slightly downturned, and squinted from a small smile to a perfect point that made Link’s heart stop. His pupils were tiny, but when he looked at Links own eyes, they blew wide. However not as wide as Links. Robbie’s eyes were stunning. ‘Why hide them?’ Link had to ask, what was the point in it? They knew that Robbie liked to be courted (although they doubted it was as respectful as the courting they grew up with) so why hide something that made him look so… divine? “It um… brings up bad memories.” Robbie rubbed his nose anxiously, something Link noticed he did a lot. ‘Your eyes?’ Link felt like a hypocrite, they themselves had trauma relating to specific parts of their body, why could Robbie not. With this thought, Link subconsciously put on their gloves. “No – Robbie laughed a little, though it was empty – the burn.” Link hadn’t noticed, or maybe just didn’t see it for what it was. Scars were so normal to them that they didn’t take old wounds to seriously at this point. But now they knew it hurt Robbie, it was unmissable. A burn traced Robbie’s left eye. It covered the soft skin underneath where darkened bags lay and travelled up to his eyebrow. There was no deformity of the actual eye, but craters of skin surrounded it. ‘I’m sorry’ Link signed softer than normal. “Eh, you don’t have’ta be. You didn’t cause it.” Robbie smiled sadly to the knight. Link had to fight the urge to cup his face, “And anyway, It’s ugly so I’m better of keeping it away.” Link used the knuckle of one of their fingers to hit Robbie lightly on the centre of his forehead. ‘It’s not.’ Link signed, a scowl now rested on their face, ‘If it brings up bad memories I get that, but it isn’t ugly.’ Robbie rolled his eye’s slightly, seeing the little movements that Link had once not been privy to proved their point. ‘I mean it. I’m not so good at explaining things so pardon me in advance – the doctor’s face turned smitten, Link really did over explain everything – but, it makes the colour of your eyes so clear, and well. Robbie.’ Link gulped slightly, ‘Robbie, it’s beautiful because you’re beautiful. You may think it’s ugly, but just belonging to you, it’s beautiful... I don’t know what caused it, and I’m sorry. If you want to hide it away because you can’t bare the memories I get that,’ Link glanced to their gloved hand, they did get it, ‘but please, never hide a part of yourself because you think it’s ugly. It’s not... You’re not.’ There was a sting in Robbie’s eyes. “Jeez, I… Thank you,” tears broke the barriers, “Thank you. I ain’t had anyone told me they were beautiful. Not like that. Not like they mean it.” ‘Well I do.’

I give you a small Roblink oneshot that takes place in the HWAOC timeline.
(Have an Ao3 link too!)
Touch, it was something that was so common to Robbie. With the hands he rested on his friends shoulders or the head that leans against their chests, when Robbie was around someone had to be prepared for a random weight that would press into the side of their body. And of course he didn’t do this with everyone. Revali said that the uninvited contact was unwelcomed, so he didn’t touch Revali. Impa would swat him away whenever he accidently lent into either her or the Princess, so he avoided touching them. Link, well Link was different. Robbie never went to graze arms with Link or place his head on their shoulders. all because of a few months ago. It was an event that still played on Robbie’s mind. He usually never overthought a situation (it’s why he did so much by accident) but this was an awful film that played whenever he found himself around the Hylian Knight.
The evening was dark and the wind was brisk, but the fire Link had so effortlessly set up seemed to thaw the air. Everyone had drinks in hand and was stood around the lake nearby, all of course except Link, who gazed at their fire with a look of solemn determination.
“Hey there Link-o!” Robbie waved his free hand and fell beside the knight.
Link waved back, short and sweet as ever.
“You alright?” The Sheikah asked, noticing Links unwavering stare.
They decided a conversation was probably due.
‘Fine thank you, Robbie. Why are you over here?’ Link signed, tearing their eyes from the blaze to the man sat next to him, ‘Sorry, that didn’t mean to be so rude.’
Robbie laughed, the dimples around his mouth reached the goggles that sat over his eyes.
“Hey don’t worry about it. I mean, I was the one who came over and bothered you”
Link shook their head and smiled. ‘I appreciate the gesture. Thank you.’
“Well gotta keep and eye out for my favourite hylian!” Robbie lifted the googles that covered his face and shot a smile at Link. It was the type that would make pretty much anyone swoon.
Link intended to sign back, but their hands got lost on the way, hovering in mid-air. They instead were encapsulated with the Maroon eyes they found infront of them.
While seeing Robbie’s eyes was not a rare or surprising occasion, seeing them like this? Link felt it was as rare as the tunic that lay over their body.
Link felt they could see every individual line that appeared in the deep red eyes. They accidentally examined every inch they could see. They were enamoured by the burn scars that sat over Robbie’s right eye. They looked like canyons with the light of the fire that casted over them. Link felt that these seconds staring at Robbie’s discoloured skin was a lifetime, and they would be fine if it was.
And then the moment broke.
“Link? You with me Hylian?” Robbie spoke grabbing the hands that had been firmly in the air for the last few seconds. Link shook out of their thoughts and looked to Robbie’s smirking face.
“Like what you see?” He brought Link’s left hand up to his lips and winked.
Link panicked and tore their hand away from the man that sat opposite them and stared with an expression that stabbed Robbie a billion times. Fear.
“Link… Are you?” Link looked away, trying to hide the tears that formed in their eyes, “oh Hylia, Link I’m so sor…”
Link had gotten up and left Robbie to finish his sentence alone. The flames didn’t seem to warm anymore.
The two had never spoke about the incident. They instead opted to avoid any mention of the night. Purah knew, of course. She seemed taken back that Link reacted to strongly to a relatively sweet gesture, but Robbie warned her not to judge. They didn’t know why the Knight acted the way they did.
“So, and excuse me for asking, why did you cry?” Zelda asked, sat at her writing desk looking at Link in the mirror.
‘It has been about 15 years since someone has touched me with kindness, and not an intent to harm or heal me.’ Link signed, ‘your highness.’
“Oh…” Zelda looked down at the papers strewn over the desk, “How did it feel?”
‘Unreal.’ Link answered, ‘almost like a dream.’
A silence fell across the room.
Link huffed to get Zelda to see what they were about to sign.
‘I wish I hadn’t cried. I feel I scared him off. What if that was it, and I’ll never feel the touch of pure kindness again.’
“Well, I can say people are afraid of upsetting you, but if you talked to them I’m sure it could be resolved,” Zelda then realised that her knight wasn’t scared of other people touching them with kindness but only those who they wanted too. She smiled in understanding and walked over to her knight, placing a hand on their shoulder, “and hey, our guardian researcher is dumb enough to do it again, just talk him next time.”
Link nodded, ‘thank you’ they mouthed.

Ahahaha brain says no but very vague in game Roblink dialogue says yes
'You really are a special one, Link. There's no one quite like you!'
Link's stomach dropped. The butterflies that had been settling in the bottom of their stomach finally started to flutter.
And that damn scientist had to be the cause. Why him. Him with his perfect hair and handsome face. With the nose that sat so far from the profile, the nose that Link had seen Purah 'boop' so many times, the nose that Link wanted to 'boop'
Maybe not boop. That's kinda childish. Maybe just look at. Observe.
That was creepy. God they were bad at this.
Robbie approached.
'Link, You okay Hylian? That was a pretty mean fight.'
Link shook out of their thoughts. They turned and- too close. Too close.
Robbie didn't seem to care.
'You did fantastically. You're incredible with your sword. I'd love to watch you train one day!'
Link was sure they were leaning backwards as the man toward over him.
'Seriously I've never seen anything like that!'
Compliment after compliment. And Robbie never noticed the look of embarrassment on the Knights face. Not until Purah came along. She said he'd give them a complex, but Link knew that she knew. As she turned Robbie away from the knight (who he was very much still talking too) she looked back and winked.
That bastard.
