All I Do

When you see relationships fall apart you never think you’ll do the things you see the person do to try and get them back. But there you are with him standing there and he’s saying “I love you I’m just not in love with you anymore”, while you are in a puddle of tears. Feeling like you’ve just been slapped in the face. And there you are begging him to give it another chance. BEGGING. Double and triple texting him. Still having sex to try and get him to see that he still loves you. You shouldn’t have to convince someone to love you. And when they want to leave, not a damn thing is going to stop them.

“I don’t know what to do anymore.” My tears fell slowly down my cheeks as I faked a slight smile.

“What do you mean?” He asks.

“I’m in love with you. I’m so in love with you Steve and I have to wake up everyday knowing that will never mean anything to you ever again.” A stream of tears begin to fall.

“You know I loved you, y/n. I never would have said it If I didn’t mean it.” He whispered with sadness laced in with his words. I shook my head and stood from where we sat together.

“No, Steve. You wanted to believe that you loved me and I guess you did. But you were never IN love with me, and I’m the one stuck with the broken pieces that YOU left for me and there is NOTHING I can do.” With that, I began to walk away but stopped in the doorway.

“I hope Sharon was worth all of this Steve. I really do. Because you have destroyed anything that could ever be between us.” I grabbed the doorknob then and shut the door behind me, leaving him alone with his decisions.

All I do

Sleep late and wake up then

I'll just stay in my bed

A little afternoon, I'll go get some food

Call up anyone, to go do something fun

I bring the phone to my ear as I wait for the bowl of ramen to cool down a bit, waiting for them to answer the phone.

“Hello?” They ask.

“Hey, buck.” My voice is raspy from lack of use that last few days I’ve spent in the solace of my bed.

I hear a lot of rustling before he replies, “Y/n, hey! Uh I haven’t heard from you since-...well since..”

I chuckle sadly and say, “yeah.. I’m sorry. I just wanted to be alone for a while. It’s been rough.”

“I bet, I’m so sorry. You didn’t deserve that.” I nod though he can’t see me.

“I actually was wondering if you’d want to see a movie with me? I don’t want to go alone and I need to get out of the house.” I ask nervously. Who knows if he’d say yes? Steve was both of our friends.

“Yeah I’ll go. Pick you up in 20.”

As the movie went on and I eyed Bucky next to me, all I could think about was how Steve and I used to come here in the afternoons and hold hands while eating popcorn up to our ears. How even though the seats were small, Steve’s large form would still fit and be able to hold me when I wanted to snuggle up. Sitting straight in my seat , I felt cold and stiff. Maybe I wasn’t ready for this.

Bucky’s eyes found me and scrutinized my body language. “Hey...you okay?” I jump at his words and nod. “I-I just am used to Steve holding me during all the movies we saw... just miss it a little.” I threw him a sad smile in attempt to let him know it’s okay. He can’t fix what’s broken. His forehead creased into a frown as he lost himself in thought. Not a moment later he held out his hand. Smiling he asked, “Why don’t you hold my hand then, doll?” My cheeks went red in embarrassment but I took his hand anyways.

“Thank you, for coming with me Bucky. I just miss him, this is really hard to get through.” He nods in understanding. “I’m with you through it all, sweetheart.” I squeeze his hand in response, thankful that I had someone through these trying times.

Thinking what it'd be like if you stayed

I sat by my window, staring out at the city below while my mind was lost in thought. The sound of someone sitting next to me on my bed was what finally broke my concentration. One of my best girlfriends, Wanda, gave me a concerned smile. “Are you alright y/n?” I nod. “I’m just...I was thinking about what could have been. Where we would be right now if shit didn’t hit the fan. If Sharon didn’t come into the picture. He always told me he wanted to marry me and have as many kids as we could. Our house would be big enough for our large family and we would have a big yard for the dogs and kids to play. And now... now there’s just a big fat nothing. No big picture to look forward to, no big house with kids..nothing. It sucks so much because sometimes I still catch myself pretending that he didn’t leave me. But then I wake up from my dream and it’s like another tidal wave of heartbreak.” I sniffle and try to blink away the growing tears. “I’m just so tired of feeling like this Wanda.” She nods in understanding and brings me in for a tight hug.

“Do not let this man make you feel inferior. You are a blessing and any man would be lucky to have you. I know Bucky knows that.” I frown in confusion. “What?” She laughs at my expression and asks, “You really don’t know?” I shook my head and urged her to tell me already.

“He is absolutely in love with you, y/n. He just hasn’t acted on it because of Steve and well...you being in pain. But trust me, if he could give you the world he would in a heartbeat.” I smile at the thought. Bucky loves me? He never said anything before, not even when he took me to the movies or let me cry later in his chest. He let me talk his ear off about Steve and didn’t utter a word.

A knock then sounded at my door and Wanda rose to open it only to say, “what are you doing here?” I got up to meet her at the door to meet a pair of blue eyes I have been crying over for what seems like forever. His eyes were red, as were his cheeks.

“I came to talk to Y/n. Please.”

So tell me if there is a way

We sat at the roof my my building in silence, neither of us moving or speaking. He was the first to break the Ice, his voice shaking.

“I am so sorry.” Suddenly I’m more alert than ever.

“What?” Hes sorry?

“I’m sorry I left. I shouldn’t have ever left you. Not for Sharon...not for anybody. It was the biggest mistake of my life.” A tear slips down his cheek as his bottom lip trembles.

I stand and back away from him. How DARE he? Tears of frustration fill my eyes and suddenly I’m seething. “ FUCK you Steve Rodgers! Fuck you and your apology. Last time i checked you never were actually in love with me.” He winced at my words, but I took a few deep breaths and continued. “I know i could be difficult, damn I know I could be difficult but what i wanted was simple. I just wanted you to stay, through the good and the bad, through the fights and the accidents and just be my life partner. But you left. You decided you wanted something different than the life we planned.” A sob escaped my chest and I turn away from him to gather myself. “You told me I was it for you and It was a lie, Steve.”

Crying he replies, “No I swear, y/n it wasn’t! You are it for me! I just strayed from the path a bit but I am back on it and swear to never leave it again.”

I sniffle and let out a sad laugh. “If you really loved me Steve, you wouldn’t have strayed in the first place.”

Silence, nothing but heartbreaking silence. He stands and starts towards me.

“Please let me back in, baby. I need you and I miss you so much. I’m sorry. I love you.” I close my eyes and take a deep breath.

“No.” He freezes. “I can’t do this Steve. Not anymore. I need to fall out of love with you. I need to stop missing you.” A frown graces his features as he takes in my words.

“It’s Bucky isn’t it?”

I shake my head and reply, “It’s not just Bucky, Steve. It’s about not being able to trust you again and there being too much damage beyond repair.”

“But I do have feelings for him that I want to pursue. He was there for me in a way no one else was. When you left me.” He nods and more tears fall down his face as he accepts this. His friend taking on the love of his life.

“I-I’ll leave you alone then. Good luck.” With that he throws open the door to the stairs, only to reveal Bucky standing behind it. Steve simply nods at him before trudging down the stairs, eager for an escape. Bucky’s eyes flash to me, silently asking me if I’m alright. “Yeah I’m okay Buck.” He nods and approaches me slowly before saying, “So I guess you know how I feel about you now, don’t you doll?” I nod with a smile and grab his hand.

“Wanda told me. It’s kind of why I turned Steve away other than the whole trust thing.” His eyes widen in surprise at my words. “Really?” He asked. I nod again. “Well, fancy going on a date with me tonight then y/n?”

I smiled, a warmth spreading through my chest. Oh how good it felt to genuinely smile and feel like this again. Standing on my toes, I quickly gave him a kiss on the cheek.

“I would absolutely love to Bucky.”

His answering grin sent butterflies soaring in my stomach. Deep in my heart I knew this was going to be the start of something great.

Arsenal v Man United betting odds as Ole Gunnar Solskjaer goes for 10th straight away win

Manchester United are at Arsenal in the biggest game of the Premier League fixtures but there's plenty to get stuck into right across the card.

Manchester City and Liverpool are both short odds at home while Tottenham travel to Mauricio Pochettino's old club Southampton.

Brendan Rodgers will Fancy a chances of a first time when Fulham visit Leicester while Crystal Palace and rivals Brighton get things going in Saturday's early match.

Here's our game-by-game guide – kick-offs Saturday 3pm unless stated.

Crystal Palace v Brighton – 12.30pm Saturday

Some might call this one a 'derby' but when a team won from their last six away games heads to the Premier League ground that has seen the goals this season, the chances of a classic encounter appear smart. So, maybe not one for the neutral but on current form, the Palace fans will probably have an enjoyable afternoon. Brighton's first league win of 2019 finally arrived last weekend – against lowly Huddersfield – on the same day Palace won 3-1 at Burnley. You can only beat what's in front of you but the Eagles deserve credit for that result and they'll just solve one of their last eight in all competitions. Wilfried Zaha was on target at Turf Moor meaning he's been involved in six goals (scoring five) in his last six games. He also loves playing Brighton as opposed to his team as he improved his return of five in nine. He's 11/2 for the first goal, 13/5 in the score-win double while the hosts are a shade under evens with several bookies for the win

The same again is 11/1 with a few bookies but, now they're back on top, Pep Guardiola might fancy putting the foot down. Watford only lost one of their last six in all competitions but that was 5-0 at Liverpool and they now head for the Etihad Stadium where City have won 14 or 15, scored 50 and conceded just 11. They are 3/1 to win by a couple and 7/2 to win by three.

Liverpool v Burnley – Sunday 12pm

The Liverpool wobble that has allowed Man City to reclaim pole position has been built on draws with four of their last six league games finishing all square. Oh, how Burnley would love to make it five from seven. The Clarets have a rotten return from Premier League games against Liverpool – four points from a possible 27 – although they did come away with a 1-1 on their most recent visit to Anfield last season. Backing Liverpool to win last week at Goodison was a mistake. Taking Burnley's Ashley Barnes against Palace was not. He'll find it much harder this week as Liverpool have not conceded in five games since February 4 but Barnes is an attractive 9/2 with bet365 in the anytime market.
