Hard-line conservative Reps. Boebert, Miller win primaries
Hard-line conservative Reps. Boebert, Miller win primaries
WASHINGTON (AP) — Two of Congress’ staunchest conservatives repelled more centrist alternatives to lock up Republican nominations on Tuesday, even as the party’s voters chose to turn out a six-term incumbent in Mississippi. Illinois Republican Rep. Mary Miller won her primary over fellow incumbent Rep. Rodney Davis just days after she called the Supreme Court’s decision to overturn Roe v. Wade a…

Illinois lost one House seat after the 2020 Census. So when the Illinois legislature drew a new congressional map, it tossed far right extremist Republican Rep. Mary Miller into the same new downstate district as traditional Republican Rep. Rodney Davis.
Of course Donald Trump endorsed Miller who has the same sort of mindset as Lauren Boebert, Marjorie Taylor Greene, Paul Gosar, and Madison Cawthorn.
At a Trump rally in remote Mendon, Illinois (population: 953) Miller declared that the demise of Roe v. Wade was a “victory for white life”.
Illinois Republican Mary Miller told a crowd at a rally held alongside former president Donald Trump that the supreme court’s decision to overturn Roe v Wade was a “victory for white life”.
“President Trump, on behalf of all the Maga patriots in America, I want to thank you for the historic victory for white life in the supreme court yesterday,” she said, drawing cheers from the crowd in Illinois.
This tells us something about the long-term strategy of white supremacists. They oppose abortion because they want white women, especially poorer ones, to act as baby making machines in order to keep whites in a dominant position in the United States.
The big fallacy here is that it’s not only white women who would be forced to have more babies. But don’t expect racist MAGA zombies to think rationally. All that bleach drinking and livestock dewormer eating have probably eroded their cognitive powers even more.
The Illinois primary takes place Tuesday June 28th. The new IL-15 is solidly Republican and whoever wins the primary will almost certainly win in November. *hints*

I just sat up all night praying that he won’t die.
Danny offers himself as help to Andy on the farm. It’s a new day and DI Keysell is once again keeping an eagle’s eye on Andy and Robert. Alan and Rodney check on Jack via Robert who is clearly exhausted at this point but Rodney manages to lighten the mood at least temporarily. Jack’s doctor easily persuades Keysell to leave the room post haste. Jack begins to stir.

that pipeline of anti-intellectualism to the worst/most lukewarm political opinions on leftist politics. like actually maybe you guys should know a little bit about what you're talking about and then you won't sound so foolish or have to constantly reinvent theory & discourse that was already covered extensively in the 20th century

So I did some digging and found this

For anyone wondering; Rodney Bingenheimer doubled for Davy in the episode Prince and the Paupers

Why people mislabel him as Peter? I have no idea. He doesn’t look like him at all.

Well, you didn’t look shifty then but you do now. What the hell was this 👍👍. (Part 2)
Paul does Diane’s makeup. Diane and Louise comment on how much he and Rodney appear alike to his cluelessness 😳. Robert notices Jack’s shiftiness 😂 outside the church and he has a good laugh when Jack whispers why he’s how he is currently (some really good stuff here folks). Diane and Val come face to face at the end… ‘I knew you’d come.’
