hey... can you guys stop drawing valerie so thin? like so thin she's unrecognizable? i know most of the phandom nowadays hasnt seen the show in a very long time, if at all, but i wonder if you all even remember what she looks like in canon?

this girl has a tummy. she's not stick thin like every other female character. and she's pretty consistently drawn like that when she's not in her suit.

which brings me to another point-- yes her entire silhouette changes when she puts on the suit. that was a terrible choice made by the original show. but we're better than the show, aren't we?

Rereading my own writing like. Wow this bitch really likes describing eyes, huh.

I like the idea of someone reading my fanfic and going, "Well, clearly the author is mentioning how pretty Jon's eyes are for the 15th time because of the Thematic Relevance of eyes to the world of the Magnus Archives," and then reading my original fiction and going, "Oh, okay. You just like eyes."
