Chevrolet Corvette S.O. 2151 Prototype, 1954. A one-off GM Styling Department “Proposal Car”  for an abandoned 1955 facelift is to be offered at auction. The Corvette body was restyled to incorporate several new features: a decorative hood scoop, eggcrate front grille, bumper-exit exhaust tips, and a re-styled trunk design. Another element of the new design were the slanted front-fender vents, painted body color on the passenger side and trimmed with chrome on the driver side – giving GM executives two different looks to choose from. The car has undergone an 1,800 hour restoration using  period photographs to ensure that the work was as accurate as possible, including re-creating missing trim pieces.

Another one based on uhh assumptions about Meursault's personality (or at least the hints we have) and his former employers' way of work. I'm quite sure that's a delicate subject for him, hence he politely declined answering any questions in front of everyone, but I figure he'd shed some more light on it if asked by a single person. It's also funny how Gregor's the one he talks to mostly so far, sure thing there's only been 4 posts but in 2 of them Meursault has a conversation with him. Guess I just consider Greg the kind of person you'd have a good talk with.

severe weather and hail storm/ tornado watch today... :/

you'd think i'd be used to this by now since we get a couple severe storms and tornado watches like this every spring

BUT IT'S FEBRUARY

last year we had such high winds in my area that pieces of everyone's roofs were flying around the neighborhood

i heard a loud scrape and looked out my window and saw a large piece of siding had come off our roof and landed in our neighbor's yard

and then another time (also last year) a MASSIVE tree branch fell right atop our front porch. we literally could not exit out the front of the house because of how big it was! my heart stopped just to hear it come down but by some freaking miracle it didn't even scratch our windows.

first world problems, i know :/ i'm just on edge whenever this happens. the storm isn't expected until 6 pm i believe but it's always so eerie when the sky turns yellow before it starts. i hate it.

i think all business owners should have to spend 50% of their work week doing the actual job they're supposedly overseeing. since it's all apparently so easy, and they could do so much better. and also then kill themselves.
