Do you happen to know when Oliver made that old post/story from a while back about no longer interacting with Buddie content so he wouldn’t accidentally get fans’ hopes up? I’m curious if there’s possibly a correlation timeline wise between that post and about when the bi Buck storyline probably got shut down.
Hello!! I answered an ask a few years ago very in depth and went into when he shared that post and how/when things started changing again where he was liking Buddie content again. Here’s the ask I answered very detailed!
Here’s the actual tweet he posted.
This was all during season 3! And as I mentioned in this ask response and then further in my Oliver’s social media analysis, he started openly sharing and liking Buddie content towards the end of season 4! Which would’ve been around the time the topic of them giving us bi!Buck and possible Buddie canon would’ve been done.
He was also very vocal about his dislike for Bucktaylor as I mentioned in this ask response as well. So if we take everything he was doing during s4/s5 and compare it to what we found out today, it kinda confirms that Buddie was being discussed. And it kinda also confirms, to me at least, Buddie is still being discussed and will eventually come to fruition in the most beautiful and natural way possible!

One of the nice things about hunting for cat photos is that there's seemingly no end to them. I just found this stunning shot last night - first time I've ever seen it! 1948. Source.

Edward Hopper, City Roofs, 1932. Oil on canvas.
It shows the view from the roof of the Greenwich Village building where Hopper lived. In 1935, when a New York Post reporter asked Hopper what he did for fun, he replied: “I get most of my pleasure out of the city itself.”
