Country Sees Spike in Leaked Media

Since the leaking and release of the infamous images that have circulated across social media platforms, the Wisconsin Women's Volleyball Team is seeing a burst of overwhelming support. The surge in popularity has helped the team strive in terms of attendance, merchandise sales, and overall school spirit despite it's scandalous roots. The uptick in revenue is undeniable, and struggling programs are beginning to take notice.

Last weekend, the Carolina Elite Cheerleading Squad suffered a similar "leak" of team photos.

All dawning their uniforms, team members are pictured bound and gagged in various positions through the usage of both tape and rope. Described as a "private team bonding event" by the program, some fans and onlookers have raised suspicion, calling the leak deliberate.

Those speculations snowballed when images were discovered to be shared by some of the team members own personal social media accounts. When questioned, Cheer Captain Macy N. had this to say:

"Why be ashamed when slut shaming is so ten years ago? So I say be yourself, and stay fearless." - Macy N.

Though not all of Macy's teammates have openly expressed the same advocation, the program has since garnered valuable revenue that is sequential to the squad's survival. Similarly, the Academy of Entitlement Society knows as AES hosted a similar "leak" in order to obtain funds that the team's president claims were "owed".

All sporting their cheer uniforms, ropetied with tape over their mouths, the photos incite striking comparisons with the Carolina Elite leak. And interestingly enough, the society did not have a cheerleading team until this year. Speculations and claims of this being a cash-grab are being brushed off as gossip and hearsay rooted in jealousy of the squad's recent success by the AES.

When questioned, AES Cheer Captain Madison K. had this to say:

"Bvut I vwust vanted th playf svoccer vith year..." - Madison K.

Fair game or foul play? Regardless of the unconventional methods of funding, the research shows undeniable evidence of success and support despite some minor backlash. What this reporter wants to determine, is will this continue to be a trend for struggling teams and programs? And with jersey advertising taking on new horizons, will big brands such as Hooters and Playboy jump at the opportunity? We will bring you the answers once we know more.
