Raicey and Tamatoa (The hermit crab) got some new furniture today! 😍

A very sweet individual donated the shell bed and arch! 😭🥰💖

The animal crossing community is literally the sweetest thing ever. I cant wait until I can pay it forward somehow.

But here we are. Living our best #BeachLife the wallpaper and paintings were QR codes I found. I made the terrible sand flooring myself 😅 and the mermaid dress is also a QR code I found 😄 (~not trying to take credit for other peoples amazing artwork😍).

Our first and second day on the island was pretty eventful! Caught many bugs, many fish, and fainted a total of 17 times from the devil tarantulas that chase you down 🙃 We also met Gulliver! And helped him find his way back home. 😄

As we all know, Animal Crosing New Horizons released while most of us are all on "lock down" from Coronavirus.

We decided to commemorate it, and name the Island after this historic virus, while also keeping in them with the island theme.

Rose, for the flower petals kept in the old plauge masks. Cove for coves found within islands. But also for the virus name, covid 19.

Welcome to our island. Please remember to practice social distancing, have good personal hygiene, wash your hands, and always listen to the rules put in place by your public officials. 🍃
