Something Odd About Queen Goodfey and the Twins

I was thinking about the twin reveal in Mysticons, and there was something that seemed strange about it. I don't think that simply wiping Queen Goodfey's mind would be enough to completely erase the memory of the royal twins.

The technology they have seems comparable, if not more advanced, then the technology here on Earth. As ultrasounds were around in the 50's, accoding to a livescience article by Tanya Lewis (2022), I would imagine that something similar to, if not, ultrasound would be in Gemina by the time Queen Goodfey was pregnent with Arkayna and Zarya. As Queen Goofey is rich (therefore, could pay for it if healthcare isn't free in Gemina), and seems to like feeling in control (so she would keep up with ultrasound appointments) she would learn that she's given birth to twins. Even if she kept it a secret from everyone in the palace, she would have prepared for two babies, which means two cribs, two high chairs, etc. that would give her a clue that there was a second baby. And as this would be hard to hide, I'm sure that palace staff besides the guard at the throne room would know of the baby.

I don't think the guards would be an obstacle for Nova Terron's plan. The guard at the throne room asked what Queen Goodfey will name the baby, only for Queen Goodfey to say that she has two babies to name. This implies that the guard didn't know, and as this happened before Nova Terron came, it wasn't due to the memory wipe.

This leads to the question of whether or not Queen Goodfey knew she was having twins. She seemed to not, as she said she has to choose two (where I imagine she would have chosen names already), and says that she's been doubly-blessed. Also, as the guards didn't know anything, and as I mentioned earlier, it would be hard to hide, so I imagine Queen Goodfey wasn't prepared.

Perhaps technology in Gemina wasn't always on par with Earth technology. Perhaps there was a time when technology in Gemina was far behind, and someone, either a great scientist or person from a different dimension, helped advance their technology quickly.

Ozai, feeling Zuko's forehead: He's feverish. Great. Every time one twin gets sick the other goes down too.

Ursa: Let's not panic. Maybe they've grown out of it. I saw Azula this morning. She's fine.

Azula, from the other room: *sneezes*

Ozai: Is she, woman?!

Azula, feverish: Mommy I'm sicky. *sneezes* So cold... I want my blanky!!!

Ursa: I-I can't get sick! *Nudges blanket on Azula with her foot* There! All better!

Azula: Mmmm... So hot! Is this blanky made of fire?! *kicks it off*

Ursa, sighing: Looks like I'm on plague patrol. I can kiss Dragon Empress leading role goodbye.

Ozai: Wait a minute firelily, I can take care of the twins.

Ursa: What?! You would do that for me?

Ozai: Of course.

Ursa: You are such a prince!

Azula, blowing her nose: Does no one see me dying here?!

Ursa: Well hop to it prince.

i saw a video about the Queen in Dungeon Meshi and her skin colour. and people in the comments had all sorts of theories on why she and Flamela have such dark skin. and it made me realise that a lot of people haven’t seen this page of the Adventurers Bible:
