The year is 2065, Your choom told you about some preem deals going on at the Desert Foxes Nomad market set up just outside of Santo Domingo, there are these neighborhoods that have been made out of stacks of Shipping containers, these popped up to deal with the displacement of everyone in City center, you guessed it, it was the residents of Santo that felt it most, as they got shoved out, and to deal with it, they made their own little city. All the way at the end there’s one called Container District-82 aka Sunnyvale.
You get to a cal-de-sac almost, with a market and some buildings being constructed. At the end of it theres a large gated area, with its gates open of course, the smell of the market kitchen is filling the air… And you hear to your left from Sunnyvale, a small concert starting to gather around a Rapper by the name of J I H Z Z Y & B-ROC whose made a stage and is probably twerking in his Jorts RN
As you make your way into the Desert Foxes nomad market, you see a girls stall that stands out above them all… She’s made a stall out front of her Van, and her table has… Anime figures all of the same popular characters but with different defects to them (including but not limited to the coveted Bulge edition), a few issues of some… weird Manga you’ve only heard the name uttered maybe once in passing.. Cosmic Angel? She’s got a few niche records.. Yes… Even THAT Samurai album you can never seem to get your hands on. When you approach, she greets you wearing a Dr. Pepper shirt with some overalls on, but one of the straps is undone. She introduces herself as Amber Pacifica, and she can find anything you are looking for, she guarantees it.
Amber is a love letter to my husband, as his favorite band growing up was Amber Pacific and one of his favorite animals are Foxes, so we had decided to name the nomad pack the Desert Foxes, and naturally, everyone in the pack takes the last name Fox.
She & Titus kinda sprouted out of a joke about a Corpo being into poor girls and they kinda came to life.

Muttering under her breath, Lili tugs at the closely fitting clothes, shifting to try to get more comfortable. Watching her from the other side of the cart, Pipin smothers a smile as his betrothed grumbles about the "proper" clothing she had to wear for this trip to Ala Mhigo.
She had wanted to come with him to meet with his father, knowing the people of Lost Hope better than him. They wanted to go home. They wanted to be in a better place. Hopefully Raubahn would have a place and work for them.
Catching him looking at her, she scowls playfully before settling back against her seat, looking pretty and put together. Pipin knows that she is the best representative for the refugees around Ul'dah, aside from maybe his father, so he'd made the arrangements for her to come with. Truth be told, the envoy was anxious; not because of the refugees…but because this was the first time his father would meet the woman he loved.
