23. breathless kisses

Kameron was sitting at her desk going through old reports, watching the clock tick by.

10:30, 10 minutes.

The day was long and Brooke was in a meeting so she wasn’t needed for any protection. She leaned back into her chair, fingers twirling a pen as she glanced back to the clock.

10:32, 8 minutes.

She sighed and looked through her upcoming schedule aimlessly. It was tedious and boring most days but there was always someone who made her day better.

Asia always stopped by Kamerons desk at 10:40 in the morning, feigning that she needed to fill up her water. She always came smiling brightly as if she hasn’t been in the building since before the sun came up.

It was the one part of the day everyone was busy and the hallways were empty for just the two of them. They could talk for 5, maybe 10 minutes about whatever they wanted and exchange little kisses and touches before they returned to their busy office life.

It’s not that they were ashamed of dating each other, far from it. If Kameron had her way, Asia would be attached to her side every second of the day so she could kiss her. It’s also not like the office would be upset at them for dating but it’s just a lot of attention. She likes having Asia all to herself and having their relationship just be theirs. It made it more special than how much it already was.

10:35, 5 minutes.

Kameron was getting antsy. Her nails tapped against her desk as she waited. Waiting was always the hardest part. It took everything in her not to just run down the hall and make a left into Asias office and pull her into her arms without any intent of letting her go.

She groaned and rested her head down on the desk. There was the faint sound of clicking down the carpet that perked Kamerons ears. She looked and smiled widely to see Asia coming down the hall.

Asia rolled her eyes with a smile. “Have you been waiting this whole time for me?”

“B’s in a meeting.” She said quickly, hopping over the front of her desk semi gracefully and making Asia laugh. They were standing face to face and Kamerons hands were on Asias waist, pulling her closer. “Hi.” She said softly.

Asia giggled. “Hi babe.” Her hands came up to her strong shoulders before trailing up to cup her cheeks. “Missed you.”

“Missed you more.“ her thumbs rubbed gentle circles onto her hips. She watched Asia relax into her hold, an easy smile gracing her lips. She leaned in and pecked right by Kamerons lips, giggling as she watched the redhead pout. “Gimme a real kiss.”

“It’s not 10:40 yet. You don’t get your kiss till then.” Kameron whined and rested her head on Asias shoulder.

“You’re so mean, A.” The brunettes body rumbled with a chuckle as she pet the red locks, her nails scratching against Kamerons scalp in that way that made her body melt completely into her hold.

Her arms wrapped around Asias waist as she propped her head up on her shoulder. She smirked to herself and brushed away some of the brown curls and gave small sweet kisses to her neck.

She felt her inhale sharply and clear her throat, not giving into Kameron's games. It only spurred her on more as she started to nip her skin.

"Kam." She whispered, her hands gripping a handful of her hair.

"What? I'm just waiting." She pulled way with a cheeky grin.

Asia groaned and shook her head. "You are such a child. Fine, you can get your kiss." Her eyes lit up and she pulled her closer. She brought her hands up to Kameron's cheeks and she pulled her close, finally connecting their lips.

Kameron relaxed as her soul seemed to leave her body. No matter how many times she kissed her, the reaction was still the same. That tingly rush down her spin, a wave of heat in her chest and her entire air supply leaving her. She smiled and squeezed her hips gently in her warm hands.

"I have a little more free time today." Asia mumbled against her lips. "Round a half an hour."

"Oh do you now? I do too since Brooke is working with Nicky which means they're totally going to suck each other's faces off." That got Asia to giggle and Kameron took the opportunity to slip her tongue into her mouth, eliciting a small gasp from Asia.

Kameron pulled away, still keeping one hand on Asia's waist as she closed the door gently to her office.

"Well let's not waste it, baby."
