First and foremost, I want to say sorry to those who have played the demo version in the past. After a long period of reflection, I chose to remake all the drawings of the Faceless demo to sync with the art style of the final game. I also renamed the demo game to Faceless - Prologue because this part's story happens before the Faceless game. Game update: I'm still alive, out of hiatus, doing a whole bunch of stuff. There's still a lot to do but we're getting closer to the finish line 💪
Most of the things I'm working on remain spoilery. But I am putting aside some less spoilery stuff to see if I could do a stream working on them. I will post an announcement here & on Twitter when I get round to making that stream happen.

I tried to record a small preview of the new version of this RPG Maker project but my screen recorder kept freaking out so you’ll just have to take my word for it. Mainly I remade a few sprites and recolored the tilesets but the rest is the same. Eventually I’ll redesign the layout of the mansion for the current story “Nevermore” but for now here’s a link to the previous one to give you a bit of an idea what the new one will be like since I’m using a lot of the same assets.

around a year ago (maybe more) i started this one omori au fangame with rpg maker 2003 that took all the info found about the unused content and used it in the plot, sadly tho my laptop's battery inflated and i had to return it which lead to losing all work put into it, so now its nothing but lost media

I'm finally back!
RL kept me pretty busy (problems with anxiety AND with a broken pipe in the bathroom) but I was able to update the demo. Well, I also made general progresses (half of the third floor is ready, and the third floor is huuuge) but we'll talk about them in the next devlog.
What I changed, added or revamped:
- Revamped all the sound effects. I tried to get rid of all the RTP sounds. (Some survived, but I pretty much changed everything). And I added a lot more.
- Added various BGS for water, background and ambiental noises.
- Now the inventory is split in two parts: one for objects, one for books/lore/memos.
- A couple of new cutscenes.
- A little tease for the future: you'll be able to find a new object and see the entrance of a new area (but this will depend on your, uhm, approach).
- A new mini puzzle.
- Various new flavour text on the first floor - and a couple on the second, but I plan to add more!
- New objects to find (and a new book).
If you still haven't tried the demo, now it's a good time to give it a chance!

I did this final duet scene with RPG protagonists a while back, but I wanted to do another one with different characters! Only Tsugino, Claire, and Lily turned out well, though-
