It's so sad and frustrating that the new Hispanic fans are getting hate. I hope other people will be more mindful about this now and stop, it sucks that it got so bad that Quackity had to address it :/
I'd also be really interested in hearing more about the differences in the dynamics between the two communities if you were interested in talking about it, but absolutely no pressure if youd rather not!
I dont know how to explain it exactly, but I think the fundamental difference is the amount of years/internet growth ratio. Dynamics are just different because we (viewers and streamers) had a lot of time to shape the community and we kinds grew up and learned together.
Long explanation under the cut lol
The circle of hispanic CCs im into (Rubius, Alexby, Mangel, Auronplay, Vegetta, Willyrex, Staxx) have been here for +10 years and the most successful are Rubius (40M) Vegetta (33M) and Auron (29M) <- on YouTube. They have +10 years to shape their communities, and had to deal with a lot less people than, for example, the Dream Team has to, because they were growing at a constant pace instead of exploding like they did. This gave Hispanic CCs a lot of room to make mistakes, say a lot of shit, learn and change for better, and the people got to watch those changes and changed with them. (that's why I've complained so many times about NA twt, because all in all, these are people on their 20s with a wide audience, that had little to no time or space to learn and resurfacing sbit from years ago to attack them is just not fair).
Hispanic CCs didn't have a "boundary" list because there wasn't such a thing, but they started calling out people who did stuff out of the line, and played along the with the rest. And, since their audiences were growing at a much slower rate than any of the dteam, we got time to adapt to these changes and indirectly teach people how to behave or what is/isn't cool. For example, two years ago V went on a rant about how reuploading content is not okay saying that there will be consequences next time and the re-uploads stopped. But no one put that on a list like "Vegetta doesn't want his content re-uploaded" because that's like. Common sense. Most of the boundaries are just common sense so CCs don't have to explicitly say it and there's no need to write it down.
Now, i'm taking shipping as an example because it's what caused the whole thing with Quackity in the first place. AFAIK, Rubius, Vegetta, Mangel, Willyrex haven't said ANYTHING about shipping. Like, ever. At the time the popular couples were Rubelangel (Rubius + Mangel) and Wigetta (Willy + Vegetta). They never really had a problem with it, and their friends didn't too, so it's very common to ship them or their friends (Hell, Wigetta even commercialized the name). It's normalized. But again, we were so much younger, and we didn't really have freaks like Poppies. So in the hispanic side RPF never was really taboo, and that's why people started shipping Q with other CCs. Because it's a joke and it's normal and we have a different view of it and there's not really truthers anywhere (mostly because nowadays the streamers are either married with children or in long term relationships). Of course, NA twt has no way of knowing this was all lighthearted so they started attacking new fans. And that's why later Quackity made the thread. The new hispanic fans just need some time to learn adapt to the "rules" of the English fandom.
There's a lot of different things of course, but I don't exactly know how to explain it. It also has to do with how different both cultures are and lot of things get lost in translation (see: when people accused Ori— the girl on Dream podcast— of being a dream anti because of some out of context tweets and wrongly translated tweets). We just need to give new fans a little bit of a breathe and educate them in the dynamics of this side of the fandom without turning it into a witch hunt.

I owned too most of the wigetta books, this is part of the reason why I never understood the shipping problems in the english fandom.
Wigetta and Rubelangel fucked up and normalized my view of shipping, I will never understand discourse.

The only shipping issues I ever saw on the Karmaland fandom way back then were when certain fandom members would pester the YouTubers irl about their ships but beyond that really nobody cared about shipping at all
It was seen as super normal and wigetta even branded themselves after the shipping and Rubelangel straight up didn't care about the shipping and just laughed at it
The only place I have seen so much constant shipping discourse it's here on the DSMP fandom and it's scary. I don't get it either
