Don't try and guilt trip me by bringing up money and personal issues because I'm literally working class and I have many personal issues myself! It’s not even thanksgiving and I’m already getting Christmas posts on my feed. This isn’t one of those posts dunking on ppl who enjoy Christmas I just wish not celebrating Christmas was seen as an option? I don’t want anything to do with the tradition. I don’t want pity gifts that just so happen to line up with the holiday. I don’t want to celebrate any other holiday around that time either. Every year I get ppl trying to “fix” my associations with Christmas and it just makes it worse. I’m not broken. I just don’t need to find the same shit entertaining as you do.

I hope you all enjoy your holidays. Genuinely I mean that. But I won’t. It doesn’t matter how many layers of separation you try to put on it. I don’t want to celebrate fucking christmas. I’m a grown adult and that should be a normal decision I can make that will be respected.
