Mixed Media Journal Kit - Only $15.50

This kit is great for decorating stationary, envelopes, and cards for pen pals / snail mail

I use the same pieces for my mixed media journaling! Also great for junk journals and any art journal

Vintage aesthetic

Each kit comes with:

-(1) large two page folded picture book insert (this is from the kid’s book The Purloining if Prince Oleomargarine)

-(8) squares of scrapbook paper - vintage aesthetic, roughly 6” x 6”

-(10) sticker strip of bright orange/red stars

-(10) paper trimming / edging strips of varying sizes, colors, and thicknesses (use these to decorate edges in your journal or for paper layering)

-(2) mini tarot cards (randomly picked)

-(2) library card envelope pockets (assorted colors with glue dot for the back to easily secure them to your journal)

-(2) sheets of sheet music - varying sizes depending on the length of the song

-(3) assorted ephemera pieces “expedition” aesthetic

-(3) vintage foreign “stamp” stickers

-(1) random ribbon (some are elastic, woven, etc - random color and material)

-(1) plastic journal stencil (reusable, great for bullet journaling and snail mail)

-(8) round colored paper circles (card stock - solid color on one side, lined on the other side - four colors, two of each)

I got my witchy kit from @runamuckgirl yesterday!! I was so excited because it arrived at an earlier date than expected. This was soo cute and I'm happy because I got some items that I don't already currently have in my witchy inventory.

Here's what it contained:

- A few tarot cards that could be a standalone reading or used for tarot spells

- 3 chime candles

- a few strings (I'm not super experienced with adding string to my spells but I'm sure I'll find a use for em)

- Lemon essential oil

- Lavender essential oil

- Fluroite mini crystal jar

All items came in the bag that you see there and she was really sweet and included a bracelet in the thank you note 😊✨

So I may have gone a little overboard with shopping for supplies for my new Etsy store.... I got several hundred pieces of paper, envelopes, stickers, Washi tapes, and so much more, you guys have no idea...

But on the other hand, I am SUPER excited for my store! I’m mostly focusing on pen pal kits, stationery packs, letter writing, ephemera kits, junk journals, stickers, envelopes, cards, gift tags, etc.

What if I made a bullet journal geared for those who practice witchcraft? Like a Bujo grimoire? Would anyone buy something like that?

I spent the past hour coming up with a plan for it. It would have your natal chart, list of your tools plus crystals and oils inventory and uses, a description of your altar and a little tracker for cleansing it and redoing the design, it would have the typical stuff like monthly and weekly spreads and habit trackers, sleep log, mood log, etc. and then spaces to write out your tarot spreads and spell jars and other spells.

What do you guys think?

Music is not only good for you and for your soul! It’s ALSO good for your witchcraft!

If you play an instrument, use it in your craft!!

-Play your music into every dusty corner of your house, clearing out the stagnant energy! Play it out your open windows too, livening up your home with positivity!!

-Mess around with improvising or composing music and put your intent into the song!! Music is greatly related to emotions and intentions already! Make up a song spell!!!!!

-If you don’t know how to improv, you can play jazz! (Or even playing a CD for this if you don’t know how to play jazz) Jazz relies heavily on improvising as you go and a syncopated swinging rhythm that really goes with the flow of things (good for water spirit related magic and creativity spells!)

-Playing music or listening to music in general helps with your concentration and memory (especially classical stuff like Mozart) so play it for studying spells or to help you before a test!

-Performing music (any time you play for others) takes a lot of bravery! Do this as part of a confidence spell!

-Play walking down the street for spreading-love spells! Music makes people happy, especially live music! (I myself have played my flute out the car window while my boyfriend drove us around downtown and it’s exhilarating to be honest) - also, performing is a form of self love! Use this activity to enhance self love spells!

-Play your instrument naked!!!

-Play your instrument by reading sheet music! Play it by memory! Play made up things and nonsense things! Just play it!!!!

-Magic!!!!!!!!

-Music!!!!

-Music Witch fuck yeah!!!!!
