Y’all…My PT gave me new brand new running shoes.
I just…I’m just so thankful and feel so blessed.
She’s so amazing and caring and thoughtful and Is an all around wonderful human being. I’m so happy I decided to push through the issues I had at the beginning and stick with this office.

What are the best running shoes for sweaty feet
Don’t feel bad; a lot of guys have the same issue. The most important thing you can do to combat the problem is to get yourself some breathable shoes that give you the ventilation you need. Here are nine of the most comfortable, breathable shoes for guys with sweaty feet.
From the best running shoes for sweaty feet that let you work out in comfort to casual summer slip-ons, there’s something for every guy here. We’ve even got shoes that allow you to dress up without encasing your feet in a cocoon of hot leather. If you’re looking for comfortable summer street hikers with the versatility to let you tackle the trails, we’ve got those, too.
There are running shoes for sweaty feet from Brooks and Under Armour, fantastic workout shoes from Nike, and comfortable, classic slip-ons from Vans. There are sharp versatile shoes from Forsake and OluKai, and the hottest shoe on the market from Allbirds. There’s even a funky sandal/slip-on hybrid from Men’s Journal footwear favorite Sanuk, at a price that’s certain to turn heads.
So take a look. The hot weather is here, and there’s no need to hide your feet in leather all summer long.

What are the best running shoes for military training
We’re all for a heavy gym session or chasing the base record on the O-course. That being said, the fact remains that these aren’t the best ways to get ahead in your career or running shoes for military training. It’s no secret that the U.S. military wants runners, plain and simple.
Look at old fitness standards, new fitness standards, compare PFTs across branches, and you’ll notice a trend.
If you’re not fast, the deck is stacked against you. Once you accept that career progression looks better for people like Joshua Cheptegei than it does for people like Hafthor Bjornsson, it’s time to come up with a roadmap to speed.
Get your diet in order, develop a training regimen tailored to the distance you need to run, and pick up shoes that can bring your performance to the next level.
Preparing for a sprint and a marathon require very different approaches and finding the best running shoes for military training is just as important. We’re confident the shoe for you is on this list.

Running shoes?
What brands do you recommend for sidewalk/pavement running that actually has some ethics?
Also will be friendly for wider feet/more natural running so it'll be a wider toe box and 0 drop. I'd like to have some cushion, I think, but I'm not sure that's better. I have a patellar tilt issue I'm working on with yoga and some other strength training, and I am a midfoot striker with a supposedly 'very nice' form or 'near perfect' running form, if that matters. Per the like 3 different running shoe stores I've tried to find good shoes at and... man I just don't know.
I don't like going through brands like Nike who use slave labor (also their shoes might cost a lot but they don't hold up well) and I'm looking for alternatives.
My shoes just chewed thru my toes and left me with giant blisters and I had to end my run early and then walk home barefoot which did end in more blisters but. It is what it is. I felt v disappointed having to turn off my episode of ZR because I didn't wanna just walk thru it when I'm trying to measure some running stats.
