Ok yall so heres the deal. I have fucking wracked my goddamn brain trying to come up with some interesting ideas for the UF version of Steven's Birthday for SO LONG now and tbh I just cant come up with anything worth really writing. And tbh I'm not too nuts about that ep in the first place? Soooo what im thinking is that instead of Steven's Birthday I kinda wanna more or less adapt The Answer instead (since its plot relevant) and maybe expand a bit on the framing device by adding a B plot to give the kids something to do (have a conniverse parallel to rupphie that involves Stevonnie or somethin) but still tell the story of how Garnet was formed for the first time, just skip all the stufff with Steven turning himself into a baby cause mehhhhhhhh thats kinda boring and i dont know how to approach that in UF. But yeah before i decide to actually go ahead and plan this version of things out instead i just wanted to see what y'all think of me doing a bit more of an original, expanded take on the Answer instead of Stevens Birthday. Lemme know!
