New Life #4: Barred Plymouth Rock Pullets Chicks

These little chicks will grow to be large back-and-white hens giving large brown eggs.

They are intelligent, handsome birds, willing to be friendly.

During the WWII period, this breed provided most of the eggs Americans consumed. They have now been eclipsed by more productive breeds and are relegated to cultural retirement in backyards all across the Anglophonic world.
