RWBY Versus XV: Jaune gives Yang Crocea Mors

Yang's eyes were burning red. Cinder ran towards the entrance to the vault, carrying a dazed Vernal in tow. She was about to chase when Jaune grabbed her arm.

"What the- Jaune, let me go!" Yang yelled, "She's about to get the Relic!"

"Just hold on a minute, Yang!" Jaune fired back, "What are gonna do exactly? Cinder sliced up your prosthetic away. You're no match for her right now!"

"We're running out of time here! You can't expect us to do nothing! Besides, she...." she felt a lump form in her throat, "She nearly killed Ruby..."

"Yang, listen to me for a second. I'm not saying to do nothing," Jaune paused for a moment and poured two vials of Burn Dust on Crocea Mors' blade. "I'm giving you a fighting chance. Here," he handed over his sword to Yang, who took it hesitantly.

"A-Are you sure?" she asked.

"Yeah. That fire will last about ten minutes. It should keep up with her Flame Tongues temporarily,"

Yang looked at the sword and back at Jaune. "What about you?"

Jaune showed her his fists and clenched them in determination. "I was planning on using these in a real fight anyway. Now's a good a time as any," Yang smirked and kissed him on the forehead before running down to the vault entrance. "Remember, it's only a rental!" He called, "I'm expecting that sword back in one piece,"

"Can't make any promises, Ladykiller," she responded. Yang gave him a two-finger salute before jumping down the vault. Jaune smiled in admiration.

The Boy King AU

So... recently I watched "The Sword in the Stone" the animated movie and then I watched two other movies "King Arthur legend of the sword" and "The Green Knight" and then I went down a rabbit whole of Arthurian legends and then I thought how this would work with RWBY and my first thoughts were to make the like Arthur but then I thought back to the Sword in the Stone and thought how Young Arthur became king in that movie and that got me thinking...

What if Oscar was Arthur and he too pulled the sword at a young age?

So, I started going down an insane path of making up a story woth Oscar as King Arthur, Ozpin and Merlin (of course), and other RWBY characters as other Characters from Arthurian legend and... uh... I even made a family tree for the whole story...

Yeah, I kind of went off the rails with this one.

So basically the whole story goes like this:

Oscar's father, the King of Vale (the one who ended the great war) never disbanded the monarchy of Vale or the other kingdoms, and became a great king, (His name is Alexander you know, aver Alexander the great) however, Alexander's half brother, who is Watts in this story, made a deal with a Witch (Guess who) for the power to take Vale for himself, and so he killed Alexander and his wife, a woman named Victoria Soleil (Hint, Hint), and also killed Alexander's firstborn daughter, her wife, and most of the Wife's family, Watts even killed his own wife. The only surviving members of the royal family are Ciel, Carmine, Oscar, and technically Jaune.

Ciel and Carmine escaped to Atlas with the help of a loyal knight, Jaune survived the slaughtering of his family by escaping with Ozpin, who also managed to escape with baby Oscar.

Oscar was then given to Tai and Summer to raise and instead of growing up as a Pine, he grew up as a Xiao-Long.

The events of the story happen when Oscar's 15. Ruby's 17, and Yang is 19.

Here's the whole family tree:

As I said, Oscar is Arthur in this story, but the family tree is a bit different.

Ciel is Morgan le Fay and remains the Older sister. Carmine is Mongause and instead of being Oscar and Ciel's half-sister, is actually their cousin. Instead it it s Terra who is their Older half-sibling

Jaune is only related to Oscar and Ciel by marriage, but Jaune is supposed to be Gawain only instead of being Oscar/Arthur's nephew, he's Oscar's Brother-in-law. It's Adrien who's Oscar's nephew and the two are actually around the same age in the story. Adrien represents Mordred, however, no one knows what happened to Adrien during the killing of the Royal Family, so it's possible the whole "Mordred" Storyline doesn't happen(?).

That's pretty much all I have as of now as I am still working on it, but man does this get my juices flowing!

Rwby fantasy au part 7 leadership

Now that are done with the introduction of the races lets see of there leader ship. Some where mention when talking about the other races.

The Dragokin is led by a chef. Which are chosen in a tournament style competition. Testing battle prowess and intelligence. Chef Sienna has been leading the Dragokin for some time now winning the last 5 tournaments. The between tournaments are usually about 50 to 70 years.

Like I said Human and Faunus are ruled by a royal family and council. The number of members being 7. The current king and queen being King Ozma and Queen Salem. While council members being James Iron, Qrow Branwen, Mina lavender, Bruce Wayne, Leonardo lionheart, Oscar pine and Glynda goodwitch.

Giants are led by the Ymir that are usually voted in to power by the people. With the current head being Summer rose. Dwarfs like I have said are led by a monarchy. So no need to go into that.

The Fae due to there nature is very hard to get information about. But from what we could gather. They tech have a monarchy led by queen and king. There names unknown but there more peace keepers between the several fairy clan leaders.

Pyrrha: I SAID I'M FINE, JAUNE! (Covers mouth) I-I'm sorry. It's just... (Sighs) Your uncle really gets on my nerves sometimes.

Jaune: Was it because he kept criticizing your form?

Pyrrha: It wasn't just that. It was the way he was criticizing. He... He made me feel stupid, and that's not how coaches should train.

Jaune: Yeah, Uncle Cid can be pretty rough to get used to, but he's just doing things the way he was taught. And, to be honest, it's how he taught me.

Pyrrha: That just makes me feel worse.

Jaune: Sorry.

Pyrrha: Don't be. I'm glad you at least tried to cheer me up.

Nora: And hey, if it makes you feel any better, I stole his goggles!

Jaune: You did WHAT?!

Thancred: The one to find Jaune, technically the 2nd scion he met. First thought he was a bit suspicious, but later, he considers a uncle figure to him.

Minfilia: The 1st Scion he met reminds him of his older sister and teases him a lot. Gets a bad reminder of destiny (Pyrrha), but respects her decision

Yda/Lyse: Really reminded him of his sister, got along well. Does go to her for DPS training

Papalymo: Enjoyed his company, when able, tried to stay with him during the Shinryu summoning but was blasted to safety

Urianger: Was really confused on his poetic speech. Does grow to care for him, Was hurt when he suffered the light warden transformation and took a while to forgive him.

Y'shtola: Accidently called her big sister (in front of everyone, didn't let him live it down), really acted like his big sister, even had him help her with research

Tataru: Partners in crime, goes to her about clothing advice. Does model for her with no issue

Alphinaud: Uncomfortably reminded of early him, became his brother (in all but name) in HW. Will always worry about him, often find these 2 playing chess (50/50) win streak

Alisaie: Thought was a Tomboy Weiss, became rivals for the most part in Stb started to gain feelings, later confirmed in ShB, going on strong

G'raha: Reminded him of Sun at first, became the next closest person he called a brother. His true partner in crime first punched him when he met again but gave a big bear hug immediately afterward

Krile: Reminds him of another one of his sisters, does know the pain of the echo well. Made sure the legacy of Eureka is documented

Estinien: Thought was cool and a jerk at first, later gained his respect through their fights and bonded on making sure Alphinaud is OK. Jaune makes sure he keeps track of his money
