Mondays

Mondays are the worst.

Monday mornings are evil.

It is fair to say that every single University student...possibly every single person on the planet hates Mondays. Or at least that is what Blake always thought, especially considering her Mondays were so long. Intro to Law lecture, 8:00am - 11:00am then a computer science lab 12:00 - 4:00pm. 

‘Whoever decided it would be a good idea to have an Intro to Law lecture at 8:00am on a Monday needs to be fired’  

Blake thought as she walked out of the lecture hall, half asleep, she really didn’t do mornings.

“BLAKE!”

Okay, scratch that, almost every person on the planet hates Mondays.

Blake’s ears perked up and rotated towards the voice. Blake lifted her head and turned to scan the crowd and then she saw her...and her jaw dropped. Leaning against one of the pillar in the hallway was Yang...and she looked gorgeous 

‘Not that she doesn’t always look amazing’

Wearing ripped dark navy jeans, a loose fitting white v-neck, bomber jacket and combat boots, her aviators clipped into the front of her shirt, Yang was the definition of jaw-droppingly gorgeous. Blake felt her cheeks heat up, a blush creeping up her neck. She physically fought with herself to keep her ears upright and not allowing them to tilt forward in interest. Blake walked over towards Yang, a smile on her lips,

“Good Morning Yang”

Part of her still couldn't believe how caring and considerate Yang had been. The Alpha had filled the tub up with so much bubble bath that there was nearly more bubbles than there was water. Blake couldn't remember the last time she had the luxury of a bath let alone a bubble bath. When Yang had told her the reason behind the exorbitant amount of bubbles, Blake's heart had melted.

 

'Yang bit her bottom lip and blushed 

"I umm...I just thought you would be more comfortable this way?"

Blake cocked her head to the side, slightly confused. Yang swallowed thickly, her throat bobbing,

"Just umm...so...so you could…" Yang awkwardly brought her hands up to her own chest, making choppy circular movements "could...c-cover umm...yourself?" Seconds later Yangs eyes widened, panicked "not that I think you need to! Cuz you're" Yang's hands shot out in front of her as the Alpha raised them up and down in the air, indicating towards Blake's body "you're...you're just.." Yang cleared her throat and coughed. Her cheeks were starting to turn bright red as her blush deepened "I just...I want to help you, if…if you'll let me...but I also want you to be comfortable Blake. Comfortable and safe. That's all I want"'

Yang's back hit the mats with a low groan as she flopped down to the ground, her eyes closed and chest heaving. She draped her right arm over her eyes as she released a long sigh through her nose.

"You guys are like...super unhelpful"

Yang heard the sound of feet shuffling around her, before feeling the mat she was sprawled out on dip from the added weight of another person.

She knew it was Pyhrra without even opening her eyes, the scent of cinnamon intertwined with the Calming pheromones of an Alpha giving her away in an instant.
