SIMS 4 - WITCH CAREER - REALM OF MAGIC AND OUTDOOR RETREAT REQUIRED

Are you looking for a brand new Witch Career? Well, here you go! Please note, Realm of Magic and Outdoor Retreat are absolutely required to play this career.

This is an in depth, yet PART TIME, spellcasting and potion making career for your wizarding Sims. This means you'll have lots of time to complete your objectives while still earning a decent income. There are 2 levels initially, to get your skills started, and then you have 4 Branches to choose from!

You will only work 4 days a week, 6 hours per day on the first 2 levels, and 4 days per week, 5 hours per day on the Branch levels. Earnings for every branch are the same except for Absolute Alchemist, which is a bit higher due to all of the work required.

JOIN TEXT - Are you ready to take spellcasting to the next level and earn some simoleons? Whether you're cheeky and mischievous, wild and untamed, sage and practical, or want to go all the way and be a potions expert, let the spellcasting, and your future with the Simhain (Seh-wen) coven, begin!

LEVEL 1 - Budding Herbalist - To know spellcasting, one must have patience and knowledge. Start learning with some herbalism and impress the coven leaders with your ability to be one with nature.

LEVEL 2 - Getting to know magic - Feel the energy around you. Seek out the power within. Know that you have the power to wield magic and, upon deep reflection, you will henceforth decide your path.

LEVEL 2 - Acolyte - Wielding your wand has resulted in your advancement to Acolyte. Things begin to get more difficult, but you can do it, and have fun performing perilous pranks as you learn. Onward!

LEVEL 3 - Adept - You're really getting a handle on your wand and your abilities as a High Jinks spellcaster. Don't slack off now, even during those pranks you are learning and forming your magic into your own brand of power. While you are now an Adept, you have further to go, so get cracking!

- Max Mischief Skill to Level 10

- Know 5 Different Spells

- Win 3 Duels Against Other Spellcasters

- Cast a Spell on Another Sim

- 3000 Simoleons upon promotion to Master

LEVEL 4 - Master - Becoming a Master spellcaster is no small feat! The shoes you fill are quite big, and in this branch of magic, can be quite floppy. You must learn even more control and more spells in order to be able to become the vivacious Virtuoso you were always meant to be. These are your last steps to becoming the High Jinks on High.

- Reach Spellcaster Rank 5

- Win 3 Duels Against Other Spellcasters

- Know 10 Different Spells

- Cast a Spell on Another Sim

REWARD - Slinger of Spells - reduced charge gains whenever you cast a spell, protecting your Sim from death, helping them stay in the normal charge range for less failures and improved effects thanks to the school-specific Spellcaster Perks you can that that reward you keeping charge low. Slinger of Spells knocks a whopping 30% off any charge your Sim gains from any source!

Superior Sensible Sorcerer - Have you ever been told you have an old soul? Are you the one your friends and family turn to for help and advice? Sounds like you are very sensible and should head into the practical side of spellcasting. This branch will help you fulfill your potential and become a Superior Sensible Sorcerer.

LEVEL 1 - Neophyte - Your first actions as a Neophyte will be to improve and repair objects with your spells. You will also need to learn some manual skills just in case you run out of mana. What a helpful spellcaster you are!

LEVEL 2 - Acolyte - In service to yourself and others, you are quickly becoming quite the handy spellcaster to have around! As an Acolyte, you are now required to reach the rank of Adept and be an even more useful sorcerer. This means you must tend gardens and help with meals. Practice your craft and become even more useful.

- Harvest All Unidentified Plants

LEVEL 3 - Adept - As an Adept practical spellcaster, you now have the abilities to multiply small objects, and teleport yourself! These are wonderful abilities and will surely come in handy....somehow. Next, you will Master growing your magical plants anywhere, and learn how to instantly return to the Magical Realm from anywhere in the Simdom!

LEVEL 4 - Master - Your Mastery of skills is multiplying, you're gaining much needed control, and your supply of power has become electrifying! Turn your elbow grease into becoming a Virtuoso of practicality and achieve the status of Superior Sensible Sorcerer!

Wild Warlock - Being wild and untamed will serve you well in this branch of spellcasting. Curses, summoning spirits, and overall destructive behaviour are the call signs of being a Wild Warlock, so hold on tight and be prepared to be despised by many, revered by some!

LEVEL 1 - Neophyte - So, you think you've got what it takes to be a Wild Warlock. Well, we'll see young Neophyte. Show us your tricks!

- Perform 2 Mean or Mischievous Actions

- Cast a Spell on Another Sim

LEVEL 2 - Acolyte - So you've made it to the Acolyte stage. Well, bully for you. You're not even close to your final objective, so stop your lollygagging and get to work!

- Cast a Spell on Another Sim

LEVEL 3 - Adept - Adept? Adept at what? Your coven leader says you're barely adept at anything. Take that anger, that stubborn streak, and channel it into some serious spellcasting. It's the only way to survive, the only way to advance in this most destructive class of sorcery.

LEVEL 4 - Master - It's time you got to some serious spellcasting and showing your coven leader what you can do. You've shown you have a mean streak, you've shown that you're a Master, but you still have more to prove in order to becoming a Virtuoso. Buckle down, you're almost there!

Absolute Alchemist - Preferring potions over spellcasting is characteristic of many a green witch. If you are the type of sim who loves stirring a big stick in a big cauldron, then this is the branch for you. Be forewarned, however, this is a difficult branch to complete, and you will do much collecting, gardening, and potion making, all while increasing your spellcasting abilities. 'Tis not for the faint of heart, nor weak of wills. You must have stamina and mental strength in order to reach the top of this career and become the Absolute Alchemist.

LEVEL 1 - Gatherer - Gather together your ingredients and learn their properties well. You will need to understand the different plants in order to advance to making powerful potions.

- Fertilize 3 Plants

- Harvest 50 Plants

LEVEL 2 - Pot Stirrer - Pot stirrer? Yes, it's the technical term for this level of potion making. Just trust us.

LEVEL 3 - Hunter Gatherer - Every great potions master must collect, as you have learned. Your potions require some high-level ingredients, so now you need to go out and hunt down things like Alabaster, the Morcubus character, and the Fire Opal, and you must gather ingredients such as Valerian Root, Potatoes, and Mandrake. There's so much more, but you'll see that as you learn your newest potions. Even better, grow your own garden and really make those ingredients top notch!

- Complete a Collection

- Achieve Level 5 Gardening Skill

LEVEL 4 - Almost Alchemist - Your efforts have led you here, the final steps towards becoming the Absolute Alchemist. You've learned the mysteries behind many ingredients, and how they affect your potions. You've gained experience growing plants, fishing, and digging for crystals, metals, and characters. Now, the hard work continues, as you learn as many potions as you can and max out your potion making skills to reach the height of your career.

REWARD - Master Mixer Trait - Master Mixers rarely fail when using potions on themselves, which is nice. This reward is listed in every potion recipe as multiplying your final score, and with other factors such as high-quality potions and buffs like My Power Grows which is rewarded after you gain a rank up in Spellcaster, you will very rarely ever see a potion failure again.
