I would first like to give a big thanks to Tiya33 on the gallery for the amazing cc free paintings, they really pulled this build together.

This was built on the 64x64 lot on the island in Windenburg, there is a thermostat in the small gymnasium as well as the small heaters from SE in the palaestra (open air garden with pool/the last few images).  I also left a lot trait free for whatever trait you want; A hot spot for VIP’s only? or maybe a romantic get away for your sim and their beau? have at it.
