bakugo : it was an accident but he doesn't want to admit it since he's a stubborn bastard. wouldn't snap out of it until he sees his (s/o) in danger or hurt and would instantly go in to protective mode cause he actually cares about them deep inside despite not showing it. then when he and his (s/o) are in bed and he thinks they’re asleep he’ll whisper a ‘i love you’ and apologise - would never actually admit it to them if they were conscious.

midoriya : ok, epitome of ABSOULUTE CUTIE - first person to admit he is wrong, would apologise profusely and pampers his (s/o) non stop. he feels so bad that his (s/o) can’t be mad at him for long cause I mean, have you seen him. his s/o would have to reassure him for months after the argument that they forgive him as he is definitely going to be feeling guilty for a while.

todoroki : would apologise the next morning and feels so bad cause he feels like he's turning into his father. hugs his (s/o) tightly, scared that they are going to leave. after a lot of reassurance he feels slightly better, his (s/o) having to tell him over and over that it is ok to have fights as couples and that it was perfectly normal to disagree with each other - its what makes us all human.

Part 2

Leon’s new neighbor has definitely caught his interest

Y/N: So this is going to be multi-part since I think that'll work best for me. I just wanted to write about a chubby single mom with Leon. I also don't know how many parts

(The title is from "Head Over Heels" by Tears for Fear)

Leon huffed a sigh as he reached his apartment building. He threw his bag onto his shoulder as he exited his car. He notices a large moving truck in a parking spot not too far from his.

“Great…” He sighs, hoping that his new neighbors are at least quiet. He walks up the stairs of his apartment building and spots a collection of boxes across the hallway from his door. As he pulls out his keys and turns to his door, he hears a female voice.

“Come on…” He turns to see a woman struggling with a key and her door. Leon tries to turn back to his own business and to ignore you, but sighs as he heads over.

“Need some help?” He asks softly, looking at you.

“Oh! Thank you!” You say shocked by the turn of events. He grabs the box from you as you unlock and open the apartment door. As you open the door for him, you place a small box in the way to prop it open. “Thank you so much.” You repeat yourself looking to him.

“It’s no problem…” He replies and finally gets a full look at you. You looked very soft, and you had a thankful smile on your lips. Your features are round and have some extra weight on your body. You introduce yourself telling him your name. “Nice to meet you, I’m Leon. Your neighbor.” He explains stiffly and a little awkwardly.

"Oh! That makes some sense, sorry. My brain is all over the place." You explain looking around your new empty apartment.

"It's alright, moving will definitely do that." Leon chuckles awkwardly.

"Mom! Did you see-" A young boy runs it, freezing when he notices the stranger with his mother.

"Hey Finn, this is our neighbor, Mr. Kennedy." You gesture to the man beside you. "This is my son." You turn to

"Oh um, please call me Leon." He insists, his body still tense.

"Um... hi..." The boy says shyly. His features looked close to yours, the only thing that didn't look like it was directly from you was his eyes. Leon gives a soft smile to him.

"It's good to meet you." He says kindly to the boy, who is moving closer to your leg. You chuckle softly at Finn's reaction.

"It's alright sweetheart." You assure him, your hand gently going through his hair. Still, he seemed less tense after Leon's introduction.

"It was really nice to meet you," Leon says softly and starts to head back to his apartment with an awkward wave.

It’d be interesting with both you and Finn now living across from him. It didn’t help that he found himself taking second glances at you specifically. He feels his cheeks heat up at the thought but tries to push those feelings away.

It had been a week and Leon kept running into you and your son. You always looked a little tired, but you somehow managed to greet him with a smile every time.

He'd never admit it but he loved when you crossed paths with him. Finn also greeted him with a smile, but he swears that kid smiled like that was his natural state.

You stand in front of your neighbor's apartment anxiously before you knock gently. It takes a moment, but he reveals himself. His blue eyes staring at you.

"Yes?" He asks with a raised blonde eyebrow.

"I... I really hate to ask this." You start out. "Finn's teacher wants a parent-teacher conference with me, but that means no one can watch him and I was wondering if you could..?" You ask him anxiously and nervously.

You watch as Leon's eyes widen, he seemingly needing a moment to fully process completely what you had asked him.

"I..."

"You don't have to say yes, to be completely clear!" You add on anxiously and worried.

"I can do it." He confirms afterward, which shocks you but also a relief fills you. Your shoulders fall after being so tense.

"Thank you so much! I really do appreciate it, like more than you know." You say before hugging him tightly, he freezes for a moment before you feel his arms around you.

"I-It's no problem." He replies softly afterward. He felt a slight blush on his cheeks form, you felt so soft. Your hug was so tight and firm.

"Thanks again!" You head off with a wave and a smile. As Leon stands there in disbelief, what did he just agree to? And why didn't he mind? He shuts his apartment door with a soft smile.

an: hope this is what you had in mind anon <33 it’s hard writing hcs in a story order sometimes but i’m learning :,)

leon!kennedy who tried to soften the blow when you found about his ex (who wasn’t his ex), your tears falling all over you face and down onto your shirt.

leon!kennedy who tries to explain to you that she was nothing, that it meant nothing to him and that she was in his past now. she was just someone he sought temporary comfort in, not someone that he loved like you.

leon!kennedy who loves you for all the reasons your not like ada, the way your so caring and kind. you put others before yourself. you love him for all that he is and ada was never like that.

leon!kennedy who watched as you tried to come to terms that another woman had once been in the same position as you. she had touched him, loved him and kissed him the same way you had and it made you sad.

leon!kennedy who told you that he didn’t feel that way about her anymore, that you were the best thing that had happened to him since. that she broke his heart (not entirely a lie) and made him hate her.

leon!kennedy who watched as you get up from the couch and go into the bathroom, shutting the door behind you. he didn’t want to lose you, he couldn’t bear it. the light in his life that was you wouldn’t be the same if you were gone. all because you found out about ada and how they used to be.

leon!kennedy who in the days following everything, does his best to give you space if you need it, reassurances if that’s what you ask for and anything that will make you not leave.

leon!kennedy who gives you the full story on everything. his entire past on how he met ada that one night in raccoon city, how she basically double crossed him. then the year in spain and then everything with her that happened afterwards.

leon!kennedy who watches as you process the story, watched you frown and try to understand all that he had gone through with ada interlinked with him. in his past, weaved like DNA. you would ask questions try to better understand, even if you were indifferent still.

leon!kennedy who understands that it takes time for you to fully get the impact ada had on him. the way he basically altered his trust in women, all of them. even just regular people he met, his trust was forever changed. leon needed you to know that he trusted you more than it was normal for him, that’s why he told you the full story.

he had never told anyone that before, had never given anyone the full truth. all the details of the lies, the double-crossing, the magic that was hidden and then revealed as a curse by ada herself all those years ago.

leon!kennedy who holds onto you, hands clasping on your back as he tries to calm you down. your not crying from him, rather for him. this was an interesting turn of events, but he knew you were just processing everything that he had dumped on you.

leon!kennedy who promised that he would never lie to you again, never hold back the truth from you as he whispered reassurances into your hair. that you were the one for him, that ada didn’t matter to him like that anymore. that you were the only one he could fully trust, understand and love unashamedly.

leon!kennedy who in the days that follow, wakes you up every morning with a kiss and a reassurance. holding you close to him in a sense that you were never going anywhere and you would never dream of it. you would never try to leave him, not when he promised himself to you, promised himself to you in all honesty.

leon!kennedy who gives a promise ring to you on your two year anniversary, promises that one day he will always be with you. he would love to marry you one day, always be with you. in all honesty, that was his promise. his promise to not look on the past anymore and instead focus on your future together.

No messages, it was just delivered. Maybe he's busy.

“Hey, love. It's me again, I wrote you a letter today and I plan on piling them up so when we finally closed the distance, I could give them to you!” chat sent.

Still no replies, your messages were on delivered but you are positive that he's in a mission. He did tell you beforehand, yet you insist on spamming his dm because it gives you comfort.

Looking back, still no reply. A mission does take a week or a month to finish but you couldn't help but worry and feel a little insecure without his assurance.

You were going to send him another message, “Hey Leon...” your finger froze and continue, “I miss you already, text me back okay?”

—Chat sent an hour ago—

Going hom to an empty house, to an empty phone and empty inbox—no response. It made you overthink, insecure and feel a painful ache in your chest, but writing your feelings down and saying your day to his dm does help, right?

“It's me again, everything just hurts, my love:(” chat sent

“Hey baby! I wrote 5 pages of letter for you, will pack a box for the things I write for you♡”

“Had a rough day from work, wish you were here nor we could call. I miss you so fucking much...”

“I wanna recall many memories with you, Leon. And yet, I couldn't recall the last time we kissed:(”

“baby, are you still there?”

“I miss you, sorry if I'm annoying.”

—Chats were sent 3 days ago—

Coming home from work as usual, leaving you extra tired, depressed and sad. Eyes were puffy from all the crying last night, still no messages from him. Must be hard for two souls bound to be in love with a distance between them.

“Baby, my heart aches, but I want you to know that I'm still longing for you, please be safe.” chat sent

You lump down on your bed, hot liquids starts to form at the back of your eyes as you cry out again. It was a tiring long day and Leon would be the first one hearing your whines and complains you tell about.

But you can't.

And you fell asleep, face down to your pillow and the plush (that looks like him) that he got for you on your side, as you suddenly awoke from your sleep. Phone vibrating as you choke a sob out, throat dry and eyes puffy.

You check your notifications, it was Leon.

Holding back your cries as you read his messages.

“Hey, princess. Sorry for responding so late. I appreciate you spamming my inbox, it made my day to see you speak about your day:)”

“don't worry about it, sweetheart. I'm here now, now what kind of stories will you be sharing hm?”

“I'm sorry, I'll make it up to you okay? I miss you too, baby. So fucking much that I'll lose my mind”

“my baby's very pretty and mine only, don't want your pretty little head be filled with those thoughts. I'm here and you can talk it out with me, what your feeling right now is completely valid:) I love you.”

“You're not annoying. I love you.”

Crying to his messages, no matter how late he is—you are glad that he is well and still the same man you fallen in love with, you read his text as he constantly assures you and replies to every messages you sent to him. Small things matter.

One message did caught you off guard, it was just sent two seconds ago: “open your door, baby. I'm here.”

You didn't believe that, he must be tired from being an agent but you try to humor him and went to your door—although you do feel a bit nervous, when was the last time you two saw each other? Six years ago, that's for sure.

Your door slowly creaks as you open it, eyes wide open and tears spilled out from your eyes as he was standing before you—bouquet of flowers in hand with your favorite chocolate and a big teddy bear beside him, “suprise, happy anniversary.” he spoke in a tired tone and lean down to kiss you and give you his gifts.

You cried, being a sobbing mess you were already are—you place his gifts nearby and jump into his arms, feeling his warmth and skin to yours.

He got inside your apartment, it was a mess and Leon lie down in your bed and you on top of him, refusing to let go. “My baby koala.” He chuckles and kisses your temple, you kept muttering your i love yous to him and spilling tears to his shirt.

“You can stop crying now.” he mutter, sitting up with you in his hand as he felt you clench your hands to his shirt—refusing to let go, you shake your head in response as you stick yourself like a glue to him.

He chuckles and let you have your way, staying like that for a few hours as he finally spoke, “I have a proposal.” he pauses, watching you twitch as your reaction, you hum to him and nuzzle closer.

“Let's live together from now on.”
