Zjedzone 800kcal

Spalone 700kcal

Woda 3l

Bardzo nieplanowane wyjście z kolegą na pizzę nie wiem ile kcal ma jeden kawałek ale policzyłam 500.

Na śniadanie jogurt naturalny z borówkami, na obiad sałatka z suszonymi pomidorami, ogórkiem i mozzarellą oraz nasionami słonecznika.

Kolacja to trochę pokrojonego ogórka i 2 biszkopty a'la włoskie savoiardi z biedronki.

Zjedzone kcal przez tą pizzę są dzisiaj w zaokrągleniu więc musiałam spalić 700kcal bo bym chyba umarła z poczucia winy.

Ogólnie ta pizza zaraz po zjedzeniu wylądowała w toalecie.

Z ćwiczeń dzisiaj spacer, bieganie, trening na uda x2 i 500 brzuszków.

Jutro mam nadzieję na lepszy dzień, ogólnie jak tak myślę sobie o tym co mi daje Ana to oprócz chudnięcia Ana daje mi coś co mega kocham czyli rutynę, jestem tym typem człowieka który kocha rutynę i sztywne plany typu "wstaję, idę do pracy, dziesiąta = śniadanie itd."

Jutro plan jest taki że zaczynamy od tostów z hummusem, na obiad zjem warzywa na patelnię a na kolację zjem pudding proteinowy.
