sebastian was on a little shopping spree. he had wanted to get new skin care, make up and maybe some cute clothes. going to the mall on a day off was the best way to handle this dilemma, and he found himself there early afternoon after making breakfast and doing some yoga, beanie on his head, and a puffy jacket covering his frame, he was in his element. this was something he loved to do, and something that made him happy.
he had his tote bag swung over his shoulder, it was already filled with some items. he had some make up, lipsticks, eyeshadows and blush, with highlighter, he was trying to go with a softer look during the winter, something more on the neutral pastel side, if that made sense, and a dewy look too, because the dry winter air truly made his skin dry out, and maybe he just needed an excuse to step outside and touch some grass; not think about training so much or music, and dancing, and whatever else there was to work on, and just think about the simple things in life, like his passions, what he likes.
maybe he should go get some new cooking utensils too.
after a few more shops, he felt lighter, like a weight was off his chest. self-care was really the best type of care in sebastian’s book. his bag felt heavier, he may have went a bit overboard with the new kitchen appliances- he bought a few Tupperware, bentos and spatulas, a crepe pan- and he definitely didn’t work out enough to be carrying large hauls around; he bet he looked somewhat extra carrying so many bags, but all was fair when it came to fashion and make up!
all that was left was to finally get those sailor moon shoes collection he had seen come out recently, so when he stopped at the store, he blinked up when he noticed someone familiar walk by. pausing, he hesitated before calling out just loud enough to be heard, “jae? is that you?”

My NOTP: Any other ship involving Kuroko (though if you look further back into my blog, you’d probably call me a liar ^^;;)
MY OT3: Occasionally Kiyoshi x Hyuuga x Riko
A currently canon ship I’m okay with but don’t prefer: There really aren’t any canon ships, so...
A ship that would only work in an AU but would be awesome: Can’t really think of one.
A ship I’d like to see explored but not stick around: Sometimes I saw Sakurai x Momoi in fics, and I thought that’d be kind of cute. Honestly, I don’t mind if it sticks around.
A ship that may as well be canon: Again, KagaKuro. But also MidoTaka.
The ships I’d give my OTP pair if the other died: Like HideKane, I would rather them not. But begrudgingly AoKuro (I read a fic about this happening) and...well, I don’t know who Kagami would be with if Kuroko died.
A crossover ship I’d dig: More of a friendship, but Kaneki (from ‘Tokyo Ghoul’) and Kuroko. They both like to read, so they’d bond over that. And Kuroko and Hinata (from 'Haikyuu!!') but as cousins.
A ship that would work great in a Coffee Shop AU: AkaFuri. Furihata the nervous barista who catches the eye of a young and charming CEO of Akashi Holdings. I also think a ship involving Sakurai since he’s pretty good at making bentos, so he’d probably be good a latte art.
A ship that would work great in a sitcom AU: I feel Mitobe x Koganei would make for a laugh. But I’d also say Kiyoshi x Hyuuga as well.

Comfort Food (s): (okay so for about 9 months I had long covid before we had vaccines, which means, weirdly, my body developed allergies to a lot of foods I could tolerate previously. Old faves have *)
Cheese, big glass of Milk*, Pizza*, Tortellini Alfredo*, Miso Soup, Diet Coke*, Oat Milk Ice Cream, Teriyaki Salmon, Petit Fours*, Pastry Cream*.
Comfort Clothing: A very oversized T Shirt and nothing else or baggy pants and a velvet crop top. Very specific but it's my favorite thing to wear when I'm being cozy. I do like big sweaters but if I get overheated the feeling is ruined immediately.
Comfort Song(s): I apologize in advance but there's no way to make this short. Daydreaming means I'm always switching between a line up of songs that transport my brain to other places or set off specific feelings. Some probably don't sound comfortable per se but the familiarity is what gets me. A few have been my go-to escapism songs for well over a decade. And of course the line up is always in flux. Also, like, fanfic mood music is a must yo.

He escaped RT a long time ago. It's a whole thing that's been talked about by him. He's a safe one, don't worry.)

I'm adding this because I use a few when I'm overwhelmed and need something familiar or gentle to watch. Separate from gaming stuff.
Kennie JD - Bad movies and a beat playlist (kennie is just hysterical anyway but omg these reviews. The Twilight ones in particular get me every time.
Anti-Chef - Watch Jamie attempt to cook through Julia Child's cookbooks. It's very charming and you're always rooting for him. He's very real about the process which is nice.
Dominic Noble - Lost in Adaptation. Exactly what it sounds like. Books vs Film and TV but he's also not an ass about it so it's a pleasant experience.
nigiricco - Bento videos like every three days it's wild but imo soothing to watch.
Sophia Phan - Movie Commentaries. She's adorable.

Joconde's baking - Really soothing baking videos imo as long as you don't mind the sound of it. Like almost asmr if that helps.

The Movie Budz - More great film commentary
PBS Idea Channel - Okay so this channel has been dead for 6 years now but it's STILL full of amazing videos that I have yet to see matched in their depth and scope. Plus it's nearly all pop culture which keeps it fun an accessible. If you aren't familiar with PBSID I highly suggest sifting through the archive. There are videos on everything from The Pokemon War Theory to How Does Night Vale Confront Us With the Unknown?
Hbomberguy - The dude with the Pathologic video. His other stuff is really good too.
Folding Ideas - Video essays and commentary plus some really good deep dives into other subjects like NFTs, Flat Earthers, and the Ralph Bakshi Lord of the Rings uh adaptation?
Primitive Technology - Okay, you know those videos YT recs where it looks like two guys built a hotel out of bamboo or something but it's clearly fake? This is the guy they're mimicking.
Peaceful Cuisine - Mostly vegan and/or gluten free cooking. Most videos have an asmr version and a version with soft music playing.
Was all of that necessary? Probably not. I am now tired. To think I trimmed down what I was going to add.

2 - When I think I truly started to like them
When Keiwa passed out at Ace’s feet growling that he won’t fall for Ace’s tricks anymore. He failed but like. It was around there when I started realizing how fun of a deconstruction of the traditional heroic Rider he really was.
7 - A quote of them that you remember
“Ace is Ace” literally shattered my soul. So simple but it kills me. That tiny smile Ace gave him, and the following weeks of…
Keiwa promised Ace something, in that moment. But because of the truths revealed, he had to break it.

…And that’s why this arc is so heartbreaking.

16 - A childhood headcanon
Keiwa learned to cook and clean because Sara went numb, that first year after their parents died. She went to school, got a part time job, and paid bills with their inheritance. One day she realized how much her little brother took on and she swore to never let him know anything but happiness. She smiled for the first time in months and Keiwa had never been so happy.
20 - A weird headcannon
Keiwa is a Sailor Moon fan and somehow ends up at the same screening of Cosmos as both Ace and Neon, none of whom planned it. The DR is put on hold, and they watch it together.
23 - Future headcanon
Even thought his parents and sister are alive now, Keiwa feels alien in his own home. Sara barely even looks at him, her desire to protect him still gone forever. His parents seem surprised at how well he maintains their house — and it is a house, not his and Sara’s nice sized apartment.
He has to leave. He never realized the cost of memory. It kills him inside.
This is his family but he is not the son they got to watch grow up.

I want him to meet Kagami. They’re both such good deconstructions of the protagonist and I feel like Keiwa could offer some useful advice for dealing with OP asshole Mains (who have gone singleminded crazy over a loved one in danger.)

Keiwa is an amazing parent. Bad at figuring out the issue at first, but when he learns his kids better, he easily helps out. He might end up as a stay at home dad, and he definitely makes the kids’ bentos, when they reach school age.

The romance-obsessed girl? The one whose hobbies include flower arranging and shopping? The one who loves home-making tasks and carefully crafts adorable bento and dainty pastries? Dreams of having a flower shop or bakery? That girl???
Oh wait she’s tall and good at fighting, guess that cancels out how incredibly girly she is. 9_9

Sorry for being late, I was trying to draw the pose and failed a couple of times, that and the usual internet distractions and drama. But it's done now. Also I redesigned her school bag and bento pouch since the original were mostly made for her original uniform which I found out was mostly for middle schoolers.
Y'know that old anime trope of running late to school with a piece of toast in your mouth? Well I wanted to do a drawing on that again, this time make it better since the first one was drawn lazily.
Yeah, yeah, I know, it's a very old cliche that's been overdone to death, but there's just something so fascinating about it that I can't explain, plus you can play around with it like in "Daily Lives of High School Boys" so it isn't always repetitive.
Anyways, this takes place somewhere around the beginning of my KH universe's Dream Arc(aka DDD from girl's POV), Neashi was trying to find some normality after coming back from the dead and finally escaping the (first)Organization, and what better way to do it than to re-enter high school as a 2nd year student.
...I know it's ironic because almost everyone hates school for admittedly understandable reasons, but hey, at least it's better than being in a group that has a very toxic work environment similar to a death cult.
This drawing above shows her in a typical anime fashion similar to 90's Sailor Moon, by being late for school because she overslept, and yes Kairi and her adoptive-mother did try to wake her up but was told to go away each time until much later.
Thankfully however Neashi was able to barely make it on time thanks to all the Parkour skills she learned from the Organization's Santa Clause Project, which also earned her some respect from the other students.
