What OTPs in your fandom(s) do you just not get? Boy there are a few ships in the Puyo fandom I do not get at all but most of them I don't understand are usually the ships that are a yikes like EcoRin, SchezArle or AyaSig. Especially AyaSig and AyaKlug like WHYYYYYYYY would you people ship this??? But the only ship that isn't a yikes but I never really see the appeal for is SigAmi. It's probably my preferences talking but sorry everyone I just don't really see it. Unpopular opinion about XXX character?

I feel like the entire fandom will jump me for this but I don't really like the idea of Amitie being an angel mainly because I just prefer her more as the ordinary magic user. Sure she's implied to be a goddess incarnated and Puyo Puyo Quest gave her wings but honestly it doesn't have to mean she has to be an angel, she can just be an ordinary girl but with a heck lot of magic power with a magic hat. I like to think she got the wings in a Magical Girlesque fashion kind of like Sailor Moon plus she can make the wings disappear when she wants to.

So, for those who've been following my posts for a while, this was the remix I said I wasn't uploading on Tumblr until August. Here it is! This is basically a redone version of the older Puyo Battle By Moonlight, because I'm a bit of a perfectionist. Enjoy, everyone!

Arranger's Notes (yep, I put it on a remix too! watcha gonna do about it?)

As I said in my post on the original version of the song, this is a remix of Moonlight Densetsu, the well-known opening tune to the Sailor Moon anime. What I didn't mention (and what might have caught a couple moonies off guard last time) is that it also contains the slightly different opening theme from the early '90s DiC dub of the show, apparently named The One Named Sailor Moon, according to my sources.

This remix contains a little more than the previous version: it has the full DiC dub theme, plus the percussion-killing bit from Moonlight Densetsu.

The aforementioned percussion-killing part has a reference to Sailor Moon: Another Story!

Deciding on what instruments to use was HARD, especially because the melody actually uses vocals, which are pretty difficult to find an appropriate replacement instrument for.

Even harder, in the DiC dub intro, there's one section where the names of the Sailor Senshi, with the exception of Sailor Moon, are chanted. (It goes something like, "Sailor Venus! Sailor Mercury! Sailor Mars! Sailor Jupiter!" for those curious.) There is no way to reconstruct that without using vocals, so I had to put my own spin on it.

The first edition of this was to commemorate the Puyo Puyo Quest × Sailor Moon Crystal collab.

Hello, you can call me either Ars or Ark. I like to draw and write when I have the spare time, so expect some of those in my blog.

D4DJ. I've been hooked since the beginning and I follow all forms of its media, but I'm more up to date with the Live side of things. I also would like to note that I'm very invested with Esora and Ibuki.

Guilty Gear. I've just recently came back to enjoying this. I have many thoughts about the characters and it's been close to me for a long time ever since I first got hold of Accent Core many years ago. Yes, I'm a diehard fan of DizzyKy, and I main them both.

Breath of Fire. I keep coming back to this every now and then and it still keeps plaguing my mind after all these years. It's a very dear series to me.

Vtuber Kazuya Seto. I look up to him very much, I think he's also pretty entertaining.

Shadowverse. I love this card game and the lore inside it. Please play it. I'm a Sword/Blood trash lmao.

Other things I like on the side are Interactive Fictions, Fighting Games, Stage Plays/Theater, Overlord, Revue Starlight, Dragon Quest, Sailor Moon, and Puyo-Puyo/Madou Monogatari. Obviously there are other things but, these are the ones I can think of right now.

Originally in commemoration of the Sailor Moon × Puyo Puyo Quest collab, I made this remix of Moonlight Densetsu, the well-known opening theme to the Sailor Moon anime series, using nothing but Puyo Puyo instruments! Yes, I have too many of these.
