I actually haven't spoken about Sam Awesamdude before, so this is fun!

For those new to the game, here are the rules!

Also! Here is the definition that we at Hermits-that-craft use for Tumblr Sexyman: Hot = Evil. Twitter and Tiktok sexymen may be brought up, but be warned! They use separate, albeit similar, definitions.

So, here goes!

IRL Sam: I don't actually know shit about this man! I had to look him up to find his appearance! And look, you are my friend, but you have it down bad for HIM? Not only would I be unable to point this man out in a lineup, but I also pass like 50 lookalikes when I go to buy groceries. That's not a tumblr sexyman thats just some dude! More power to you but he is NOT a tumblr sexyman.

From this point forwards, we are talking about the DREAM SMP CHARACTER. No more discussion about the dude who looks like he'd get confused in the spice aisle.

Like C!Dream, Sam is a very polarised character! Half of the fanbase hates him, and finds him unredeamable, and the other half thinks he's done nothing wrong, though there is a small minority that understands nuance. I'm not going to get into the fandom politics as to why the DSMP fandom is like this, because it makes my job here easier! Fuck you ❤️

Now, for the half of the fandom that doesn't not like Sam, be prepared to be horrified because, like c!Dream, he is absolutely a tumblr sexyman, and a tiktok and twitter sexyman as well! Here is my reasoning:

He let someone torture a man. I'm not saying I don't hate c!Dream, I am saying that torture is evil. Therefore, he fits the criteria.

He is a cop. Evil.

I have, in fact, seen fanart of him. I know you lot have it down BAD down bad. I will in fact open up a mental hospital for you guys to raise your standards.

A lot of people are wierd about his voice. I wish I could unsee what I read on twt.

Another point is that people just generally make creeper-people mcyts hot. It's just a general point about Doc and Sam, but it's still a pattern I have picked up on. Anyways, my verdict is:

C!Sam is a tumblr sexyman. CC!Sam is not. Thank you all for having it down bad, the exits for the circus are through the windows you all jumped into.
