It’s so odd to me how the general fandom switched their characters’ personalities so completely. The only time I can think of Techno “denying” that he cared for something was when Ranboo gave him his axe, which was understandable considering he had recently lost Tommy. Contrary, Phil’s always been withdrawn, and for the most part avoids serious talk and sharing of emotions since he doesn’t seem to know what to do with it

Can I just say, I absolutely love the Wilbur’s pacing his lore. This isn’t so much in reference of the streams, and days/weeks between the lore bits, but of him taking irl time between lore, but when he jumps back in, it’s only been mere moments.

This is really something that the other members of the SMP don’t utilize (my mind immediately goes to Ranboo, but he’s hardly the only one. Techno could have used it if he really wanted it to only be a few days in the prison, but it’s understandable if he changed his mind for the sake of the narrative, etc.).

People will often take weeks or months off of lore, mostly due to being active irl and doing things that they’re more interested at the moment, but then when they go back to the server, they act as though time has passed there too. Although it is never specified if anything happens between this time, or even if time was pressed, they still act as though it’s been that long despite it.

That being said, thank you Wilbur for making a fluid, cohesive plot point and tying it all together nicely, even if it wasn’t all at once.
