Premium Deluxe Motorsport is originally a car dealership from GTA V and GTA Online, owned by Simeon Yetarian, and is the second build of our GTA to Sims 4 series - which I built way back in February but didn't release because I didn't feel like it.

This build was created using alpha CC - which most of them we created ourselves, because the cc needed for this build to make it an exact replica of the Grand Theft Auto version were impossible to find.

The exterior back area isn't 100% accurate due to lack of space but as you can see in the video it has around a 95% accuracy which is pretty good for TS4.

Hiiiii 😄! I noticed that you have opened your requests and I would like to ask you for some (platonic) headcanons of how the OM characters would react (all of them if possible) when they find out that MC is a girl with a very strong anemia (she usually has iron low) and what would they do when one day while they were taking a walk with MC she suddenly stops and tells them: "I'm sorry, but I need to sit down, I don't feel well at all, I'm getting very dizzy and I don't have strength... I feel like if I take just one more step I'm going to faint." I would like to read your headcanons about This is so I'm looking forward to it 🤗

Mammon you could absolutely get away with calling him mama/mommy in a domestic sense, however.. Hes soo subby that the moment you assign any dominance with the title, he gets turned off. That’s why I think he likes calling you mommy, because youre the one in charge. That and its hot.
