The main character of Astral Drift.

Assistant engineer and field hand for a special scientist taskforce of the ENU (Earth Nations Union) that works between it, the GBRI (Great Beast Research Institute) and ADAPT (Astral Drift Analysis, Policing & Training). Sanari Abbas worked hard to reach this point in her life, overcoming many obstacles and barriers from peers and authorities alike, not the least of which being the daughter of the supervillain corporate terrorist and arsonist Infernace, Malik Abbas.

Sanari grew up in Ankara, her infancy was with her grandparents on her late mother's side, being introduced to her father in her childhood. After years of cooperation and good behavior, Abbas was granted Anti-Astral probation, with special equipment that locked his Astral Drift ability. Eventually, Sanari's grandparents would pass and it would just be the father and daughter left to make it on their own. Her grandparents instilled in her a strong moral compass as well as an adoration of her late mother Abal (She wears her mother's head dressing). It hadn't been uncommon for friction to exist between her and her uncouth father, who managed to find work as a cook while she pursued her passion to become an Astral Drift Engineer.

Sanari has no Astral Drift, but she is an Astra User, a martial arts adept capable of almost-superhuman feats of strength and agility. This is the first stage of Astral Application required for achieving Astral Drift. She has no idea what she wants her ability to be, but she continues to train in hopes of earning the approval and sponsorship of an ADAPT instructor; being the daughter of a supervillain has added higher hurdles for her to cross on her goal.

BL- BOYS' LOVE:

Series: GIVEN (2021, JAPAN)

A short Japanese BL based on a manga of the same name cast the fantastic JIN SUZUKI as Uenoyama Ritsuka and SANARI as his love interest Sato Mafuyu.

Ritsuka struggled with his feelings for Mafuyu but ultimately realized he liked him.

Mesmerized by Mafuyu's unique voice Ritsuka convinced Mafuyu to not only join his band but to write a song.

After the performance Mafuyu (who was coming to terms with the death of his boyfriend Yuki) collapsed in Ritsuka's arms on stage. Ritsuka walked him off stage and with an embrace and kiss confirmed his feelings. (Not the best kiss) but Given was pretty good.
