Revival of Something Long Dead

Hey y’all. Hope this reaches the deep recesses of the Sanders Sides fandom’s mind— as I was the one who was in charge of the “Floaty Ghosties Au.” I know I wasn’t THE most popular blog, but I remember being a young kid, excited and seeing my AU get hundreds of notes per post on average. Currently, I want to revitalize that sense of nostalgia, and approach with an even better frame of mind and plan, and now, I’m here today to say that I JUST might revive it.

I won’t be doing it on this blog— I’ll be doing it on a separate sideblog, which will most likely have a similar name to the original AU.

Now, obviously, as it’s been... what? Five years? Since the AU started, I’ve grown a lot as an artist, a writer, and an organizer. I think now I’m really ready to come back with a much better plot, much more dynamic poses, designs, all of it! And of course, I think I can promise myself I won’t feel burnt out. I might take breaks here and there, but now, I think I can handle it. So... yeah. I don’t expect thunderous applause or that same level of enthusiasm from the fandom. I just hope maybe some people remember that period and decide to check it out— and for anyone new? I’m so glad you get to see the upgrade first and foremost.

"They're alive, and mostly phyically okay. Mentally? No."

Roman sighs, partly a sigh of relief, and mostly a sigh of concern.

Cronus leads him to Logan's room, which has Logan, Virgil, and Remus sitting on the messy bed.

Logan - his tie is untied and his top two buttons are open, he's visibly sweating and his hair is a mess, there's a crack across the right side of his glasses, too. His white shoes are stained with blood.

Virgil - his hoodie is tied around his waist, and the dark purple shirt he's wearing had it's sleeves torn out unevenly, his eyeshadow is a mess too. The bat sitting next to him is full of blood, and so are his hands.

Remus - his sash is torn to two and his whole shirt is tattered and destroyed. His black pants have holes in them and he has bruises all over. His Morningstar, still in his bloody hands, is covered in blood as well. Remus is trying to get the blood off his... Everything, he's full of blood, some clearly not his.

Roman stares in shock, alongside Cronus, who's also shocked.

"you BITCHES went alone?! You can't win alone, are you fucking stupid?! Logan, come the fuck on, you're the smart one!!" Cronus ranted as he started to examine the sides.

"A-Are you all... Okay?" Roman muttered. He was scared, impressed, terrified, horrified, proud, angry, envious, happy, and a whole bunch of other feelings. He had no idea what to think, say, or even do! How do princes do this on a daily basis? It's such a hard job..

"we're uhh... Alive.. mostly" Logan responded with a slight cough.

Some headcanons + facts abt my side designs:

-Roman is the hairiest out of all the sides! Remus is right behind him. Janus has barely any hair (...he has scales) & Patton has just a little more hair than him. Logan & Virgil are in the middle.

-Patton has belly piercings & Logan has nipple piercings

-Roman & Patton (both he/him) are both transgender & afab* Patton gets top surgery, Roman does not, & neither of them get bottom surgery.

*Patton is a trans man, but I don't have a gender hc that sticks 4 roman, which is why I specified afab.

-Logan (he/she) is transfem & goes on estrogen, but does not get any surgeries.
