Since the core of your consciousness creation is your self-valuing, you need to know that all it takes is a small shift—a genuine intention to sense your own worthiness—in order to ignite the major results that you want. A willingness to see your true value—now and always—will initiate a positive chain reaction that can bring dramatic changes to your entire life.

Your resistance to embrace anything new into your life is creating longheads with those around you. It is not that you aren’t committed in making personal changes but the energy to do so doesn’t feel right at the moment. Underlining everything today is a staunch resolution that any changes incorporate in your life must not be flights of fantasy but practical and realistic pathways that lead to your own growth and development as a person.

Hay House: Unlock The Secrets of Card Reading (Day 3)
Day 3 of 4! The title, foretelling your future, interesting to me as it seems this is what most people think cards should do for you-when in reality they do so much more.
Tumblr media
Today we have "Foretelling Your Future: If You Can See It, You Can Change It" featuring Radleigh Valentine, Sandra Anne Taylor, Rev. Sharon Anne Klingler, and Krystal Banner
Foretelling your future: The future is not set in stone, you have free will. You have the opportunity to change anything you want to change. There are fated meetings, but you chose this life for certain reasons. Future predicting comes from trends and trend tendencies. Everything and everyone is connected. The future exists in energetic potential. Deja Vu is an important concept in card reading. Every time you flip a card, you discover energetic potential. Things change when you change your consciousness. Rephrase the questions so you are asking cards one question at a time. Ask a vague question, you get a vague answer. It is not bad to start a session off. Ask what is on your heart and mind. There is not a right or wrong way to shuffle.
This video was not interactive, but more informative and was my favorite so far! Tomorrow is the last day, the idea of the course they are trying to sell you is kind of growing on me slowly. Would you take a card reader more seriously if they were certified? Would it matter who certified them?

Movie Review: Quiz Lady
This movie suffered from outlandish characters.  And for me, those over the top character have to be paired with something more balanced.  The sisters are very different but I wouldn't call either of them... stable.  Although Sandra Oh is quite amazing, so different than most everything I've ever seen her in, even seeming to change her voice too.  She was fantastic.
In an ad for tourism, the tag line was Come to Philly, it's better than New York.  Alright city, I see you.
There was a bit of dialog "Philly fans get a bad rap but deep down they're nice" - this was after they throw a beer mug at her and she fell off the bar because she wanted to change the channel off of the Phllies game.  Philly man.  I don't think I would classify the city as "deep down nice", that Santa is still feeling the snow/ice balls the fan threw at him.
What I did enjoy about the movie was the journey of the sisters.  Annie needed to step outside her comfort zone, join the world and allow herself to live a little, while Jenny needed to settle down and accept more responsibility.  And together they found the strength to make those changes.
The charade scene was really kind of beautiful, showing how much they knew each other and cared for each other.  I loved that Jenny pushed Anne out into the world, but Anne shows Jenny what it could be if she stopped looking for the next best thing and leaned into her love of life.
The characters were outlandish but I really liked the story between them. Finding each other again, and I like to think that Jenny stayed near Anne and they continued to grow in their relationship.  And this needs to be repeated: Sandra Oh was amazing.

Quote
Consciousness is always a choice. It’s the choice to bring your awareness to the present moment, the decision to see and prioritize that which is truly important, that which is genuinely honoring and value enhancing in your life. Your constant question must be: “What am I focusing my consciousness on now?” And the question that follows is: “What might this consciousness be creating for me?”

Hay House: Heal Your Life +...Unlock Your Next Transformation-Day 1
Day 0 was pretty cool. Louise Hay and Kyle Gray are pretty amazing people just to open the show up. We have some amazing people up today, our favorite Mike Dooley is in this lineup! Let's jump in!
Tumblr media
Playing the Matrix and Getting What You Really Want - Mike Dooley (5 Hours)
Lesson 1: Understanding Miracles...A matrix is an input and an output. You happened to life. Your wish is the entire universe's command. You are a natural born creator. The number one thing holding you back from living the life of your dreams is not knowing the ground rules. Don't give your power away. Take nothing for granted. In the jungle of time and space, we are the magicians and the observers. You are already performing miracles. Ockham's razor. Life is illusion projected from source. We are the eyes and ears of the divine. You chose to be here.
Lesson 2: The Matrix...Thoughts become things, be careful to not micromanage your miracles. Main reasons for disappointments: misunderstanding and contradictions. Happiness is the ultimate end result. Thought forces circumstances. The fantastic five are livelihood, abundance, health, relationships, and appearance. Never attach to the outcome. The details are awesome, but not as the end results. Be careful what you wish for. Leave the door open for even better. Don't overuse logic, but don't discard it entirely. Cursed how's limit you and the universe in helping you.
Lesson 3: Knowing What You (really) Want...The ground rules have been laid. You have to know what you want, but you also have to have the car in drive to get what good is coming to you. Take action. Keep it general, failure becomes impossible.
Lesson 4: Getting Into The Details...Chaos theory! All manifestations follow chaos theory. Leave room for the magic to get in. Our dreams depend on one another. Think of the intended miracle's results when thinking of miracles. There is always better than what you think is best. Dress up the generalities but don't attach to them. Get excited for the details and then make a to do list. You are inheritance restored.
Lesson 5: Taking Action...Show up on a daily basis and take baby steps. Don't get caught up in the cursed how. Taking action breeds clarity. Do lots of thing and mix it up! Logic stirs up the magic. You are crazy if you do not ask for help. For every step you take, the universe takes 10,000. It is up to us to be the spark.
Lesson 6: Expedited Delivery...Busy fosters manifestation. Visualize one time a day for 5-10 minutes. Be mindful of the words you say, they are the thoughts that become things the soonest. Go crazy and have fun.
Water Whispering Ritual for Manifestation - Abiola Abrams (15 minutes)
Harness the creation power of water. Pour water, speak of a past fear. Empty it. Pour water, speak of current gratitude. Empty it. Pour water, speak of future desires. Drink the 3rd glass. Prepare a "may I be cleansed" bath. Whisper and charge the ingredients, add the ingredients. Fill the bathtub and add the water. Take the bath. Show gratitude. Stay for 12-18 minutes. Release your items and never look back.
Lucid Dreaming Made Easy - Charlie Morley (2 Hours 15 Minutes)
Intro: A lucid dream is a dream that you know is happening. Being conscious within the dream. It is similar to hypnosis. It is not about control. We are making requests to the dream.
Lesson 1: How to remember your dreams. Set intention before you go to sleep to remember your dream. Tips: Intent, Waking yourself, use your body, work backwards, don't give up on your dreams. Have a dream diary.
Lesson 2: Know your subject matter. Dream signs: signs you are definitely dreaming. There are 3 types: anomalous, thematic, and recurring. Set a lucidity trigger. Everyone has a roadmap of sleep: hypnagogic state, light sleep, deep sleep, REM dreaming sleep. Most sleep cycles are 90 minutes. The first 3 sleep cycles are mostly deep sleep with a little bit of dream. Focus on the second half of the night. Hang out in the hypnagogic state: afternoon nap, take longer to fall asleep at night.
Lesson 3: Reality Checks: looking at your hands, reading text, using digital or electrical appliances. The weird technique: do reality checks during the day. Create a habit. The colombo method: check the evidence, check the alibi. Both a dream and waking component. Shadow aspects.
Lesson 4: Slow fade into lucidity: pre-lucid, semi lucid, fully lucid, super lucid. Hypnagogic affirmation: "Next time I dream, I know that I am dreaming." MILD Technique: Mnemonic Initiated Lucid Dream. Recall a dream after it has just happened, go back to sleep after using the affirmation: "The next time I am dreaming, I remember to recognize that I am dreaming."21 times. The "wake back to bed" technique: wake up 2 hours earlier than you normally do, stay awake for 1 hour, go back to bed and fall asleep. You increase your chance to have a lucid dream by 2,000% by doing that. Try this once a week, not every day.
Lesson 5: FAC: Falling Asleep Conscious technique. Hypnagogic Drop In: set your alarm for 4.5 hours after you fall asleep, wake up and log your dream and go back to sleep, hold your awareness in the hypnagogic state and drop into the dream. Body and Breath: focus on physical sensations. Use the sensations to hold awareness. Counting Sleep: count yourself into a dream with a question to hold awareness. A classic hypnosis technique. Multiple Wake Up Technique: wake every 90 minutes after the first 4.5 hours and log your dreams. Stay calm when lucid dreaming to make it last longer.
Lesson 6: Make a Dream Plan: writing a dream plan, drawing a dream plan, creating a sankalpa (sanskrit term meaning will or purpose). We all have a lucidity tank. How to refill your lucidity tank: draw an outline of your lucidity tank on paper, think about what makes you feel more energized in the waking state, on the inside of the tank write the things that stock up your lucidity levels, think about what things make you feel less energized, write them on the outside of your lucid tank, commit to fill it up not drain your tank! Hypnopompic: if the hypnagogic is the door into sleep, the hypnopompic is the door out. Have fun and keep a schedule.
The Science of Divination - Sandra Anne Taylor (15 minutes)
You divine from intuition and conscious. Every soul in the universe is connected. The energy of the universe is interconnectedness and time. Akashic records! We contact the records when doing a reading. Answers come from the time space continuum. All time exists at the same time. The future exists in energetic potential. The phenomenon of Deja Vu. You are going to the future ahead of time in Deja Vu. You are astral traveling to the future. Deja Vu moments are tiny moments. The big moments are always in the process. Every time you turn a card, you visit a future moment. You can change what you see in the cards. The empowerment of going into the future. Look for the energy. You can do it, if you choose to.
Experiencing The Miraculous - Dr Wayne Dyer (6 Hours)
I tried to watch this but did not have time to get it all in.
Who else's world just got rocked? Anyone wants the downloads-let me know! There were 7 other courses that were for paid members, and some of that I recognized and it would of been amazing. But that is not to discredit the hours of content I received just as a free experience. Wow.
