sapnap has repeatedly shown that he dislikes his audience. he barely streams, barely engages with the people who enjoy his content. and he clearly has not changed or even thought about his behavior and how that would come off to his viewers, who are mostly queer/ are teenage girls (at least, on twitter). whether it's him saying "that's so aids" during an mcc pride event, or him interacting with mizkif even though he housed a groomer, it's clear that he doesn't care about his audience and would much rather have that dingy, 15 year old, white, mostly bigoted audience (think pewdiepie, mizkif, heavy lsf frogs). and even in more minor cases, like him fucking up tommy's house for the millionth time just to piss off and upset his own audience, he clearly does not appreciate what he has and what dream has done for him. it's lazy and gross, and I think it's about time he has a reality check or dips from streaming altogether.

Yeah there does seem to be a common thing where fans of ccs rush to defend them at any criticism before they can even consider if they Should be defended. Like, the prevalence of grouping real haters and general criticism together as "antis" and disregarding anyone by putting them in that group. Its so strange when these people basically end up saying bigoted (or even victim-blamey) things while getting mad at anyone who doesn't love their fav and then have to awkwardly go "but he's not a bad person and neither are his fans <3" like come dude at this point I'm genuinely curious how mask off a cc would have to go before they admit that hmm maybe they Did do something wrong....The fact that people's parasocial relationships can come before their actual morals is very disconcerting
