I wanted to show off the two AU’s, and what better way than to draw them dancing!
These are my ideas for two post-PLA AU’s.
1. A decade or so passes for Ingo, and when he returns it has only been a little bit for Emmet
2. Ingo is able to return only after a little time has passed for him - but he overshoots it and ends up further in time where a decade or so has passed for Emmet.
Both AU’s have their ups and downs, have their slightly tweaked take on their twin dynamics.
But of course the biggest factor for me in these AU’s - they love each other very much! They will try their best to support each other and the pain they have experienced apart, and build a stronger relationship to last forever.

cw: giratina volo, pokehybrid au, volo centric, 3333 words,
pairing: Volo/Reader
summary: Volo escapes from his banishment and plans to forcibly usurp the powers of Arceus. Sadly, he finds himself played in a trap by the deity with a certain human sent to stop him and his own feelings.
-----
It was a lonely existence that he lived.
He lived in shadows, in a corrupted, distorted world that was unlike the one he could only observe from a distance.
Why was he banished here, unable to interact with others, you may ask? Well, the Renegade pokemon had perhaps made a certain creator deity a bit too mad with his violence. Still, Volo could not help but feel anger for his situation.
Cogita – Arceus – Whatever the damn deity wanted to call herself today, banished him to this world and prevented his reentry into the one he observed. Sure, he had foolishly attempted to stand against her and take her power as his own, but her own strength and that of Dialga and Palkia sent him here and left him. He felt his blood boil the longer he watched humanity through his empty glances.
Hisui, the land in which Arceus supposedly first made, had caught his attention for numerous reasons. It was where his first violent outburst had happened. The blond sighed.
Was this envy? Desperation? Did he want the deity that had created him and then refused to take responsibility for him to be forced to lay her eyes on him once more? He was lonely, he knew.
His long wings, shadowy and like tendrils, swished behind him as he moved. He wished to leave this place. It was both his home and his prison, but he was tired of being locked inside. Centuries of isolation could weigh heavily upon even an immortal being like himself.
His eyes landed upon the clans of Hisui, led by the two that had helped seal him. More rage bubbled up inside him. There had been enough of him waiting around.
An attack called forth from him, slashing the very fabric that tethered the space and time of where he was trapped and into the other world. Without hesitation, he stepped inside.
For a moment, there was nothing.
Then… there was everything. His body forcibly shifted in this world, wings fusing together into a singular entity and his ridges along his neck sealing into the pale flesh underneath. He gasped in a breath. Icy winds lashed around his as chilled water fell from the clouds. He tried to flap his wings, but he had not yet adjusted to his new form. The ground grew closer and closer…
And he crashed.
Volo laid on the muddy ground, eyes peering at the sky distantly. The portal slowly closed, leaving him where he was. He felt exhausted. Everything around him was too distant for him to gasp on to. His eyelids felt like lead as they slowly began to close.
Suddenly, however, a weight crawled onto him. He opened his eyes from the surprise to see a small pokemon had got onto his chest. The pokemon was egg-like and let out a small chirp, nuzzling into him. Confusion rushed through the dragon's mind. Carefully, he reached a hand out to touch the pokemon. It rubbed its cheek against his skin.
Volo felt completely awake.
A smile spread across his lips.
He had made it.
Arceus could no longer restrain him, and he would usurp her power for certain this time.
~
Time passed, Volo entirely managed to hide his features that gave away his true nature, both physically and psychologically. A merchant's guild had taken him in and employed him, much to his luck. He easily became a friendly face among the humans of the Galaxy Team and the clans. A travelling merchant who preferred to spend his time staring at ruins and artefacts rather than selling things.
He felt lucky.
His disguise had given him a perfect opportunity to go to the temple that lied at the peak of Mt. Coronet and begin his plan.
Once again, he unleashed his move and tore a rift in space and time above all of Hisui.
He watched as a poor sap was pulled through from some other place and time in the world. There was little reason for him to seek after the by-product of his destruction, however.
Over the coming days, he watched as the populace of Hisui became aware and frightened of the looming portal hovering above their lands. The person who had fallen through his portal had not a single a memory of what had happened to him before waking up in the frigid lands of the north most icelands. A certain pokemon of the lake had made sure of that.
He watched as speculations went wild, but not one dared to involve him. Volo escaped any suspicion of foul play by his friendly yet distant nature as a merchant.
Soon, the portal would force the clan leaders to act and try to stop the portal, lest it pull them in itself. Dialga and Palkia would fail, he knew. This trap of his design was impossible to stop otherwise.
That was what he thought, but then something he never could have expected came forth.
Arceus sought to spite him by bringing out a human to stand against him. Taken from out of space and time, falling through a portal similar to his own. He encountered them carefully, observing how they acted. They were nearly as confused and lost as the person he had accidentally brought through his own portal. He even challenged them to a battle to observe their capabilities there.
Needless to say, they easily beat his low level Togepi. He could feel their potential and pondered how to stop them before they became too much of an issue for him. There was something that he noted as they spoke to him, however. A twinkle of trust in their eyes toward them. He could not understand it himself, but any opportunity that bared itself to him would be exploited.
The legendary would set out to become your trusted ally. His friendly demeanour was obviously a welcome change to the harsh looks and suspicious glances of the Galaxy Team. He felt smug as he watched you head out to do your tasks, keeping an eye on you from a distance. Even scaring you once, much to your obvious distaste. You gave him a glare, but he offered you catching advice and an amicable grin.
It was only after you truly quelled a raging Noble, another side effect of his plan, that he realised that you would truly become a problem if he did not stop you. Volo felt frustrated Arceus would spite him with such an odd and cruel punishment. He felt even more mortified when you presented him a plate of Arceus.
… But Volo was no idiot. If his first plan failed, having a backup would never be a bad idea. You had a plate. A plate he knew very well could call out Arceus from her realm.
Poor you just had to be dragged into this by a cruel deity.
Volo's continued monitoring involved battles and attempts to dissuade you from your actions or helping you to the best of his abilities. It was most unfortunate that these involved your random bursts of bright smiles or blissfully ignorant words.
It was only after he found you utterly dejected after being banished from Jubilife when you had just helped everyone with their nobles that he realised something. A strange feeling had been beginning to bud within him for a quite a while. You were pitiful, truly. Brave and reliable, but pitiful. An outsider forced from your home by a deity to fulfil its job since it refused to play its game. When he called out to you, he watched as you turned to look at him, completely deflated. Even the clans had denied you assistance in your grave time of need, fearful of Team Galaxy.
He wanted to laugh at how pitiful the gods of time and space had proven themselves to be. Softly, he laid a hand on your shoulder and promised to take you somewhere for you to stay.
His campsite was certainly lacking, but it was not as though he could take you to his true home. Then you would be fully aware of how easily he was playing you. A pokemon from the team had appeared not long after you settled down. He shook his head at the action. If they truly cared for you, why would they have allowed your banishment? Volo understood your situation with ease. Which is why he decided to go with his second plan completely now. He was well aware of the plates you had collected through your journeys.
That is why he helped you mend the very disaster he had started. Gathering the power of the lake trio and using the red chain to stop Palkia and to stand beside her to stop the frenzied Dialga. He felt annoyed, watching from a distance, but amazed that you had the willpower to stand against the very people who wished ill-will upon you and stand alongside legendaries regarded as deities so easily.
Of course, he remained out of sight and away from them for good reason. One glance at him from either of those two would blow his entire cover completely away. Even disguised as a human, they would recognise him. He did not miss the glance back they would give back to his general area when he stood out too much.
Volo felt something when he watched Dialga embrace you after snapping him out of his frenzied state. Rage poured into his heart. Something about you made him want you all to himself, just as pitiful as you were during your stay in his camp. His plans were to keep you at his side after he stole Arceus's power for his own.
He would just have to convince you now, to help him with his next plan. After all, gathering the plates now on his own would be useless, as he only had a single one in his possession. Besides, he found himself oddly entranced with the idea of spending time with you.
Of course, you eagerly agreed, clearly happy to spend more time with him and wanting to know more about the mysteries of Hisui, too. Volo easily led you around the region, searching for the item required for his next plans. An unintended side effect of his plan unfortunately arose as he spent more and more time with you.
Hi chest tightened when you smiled at him, leaned against him during colder nights, hugged him after a difficult battle, or said such sweet words to him. There was no time to second guess himself at this point. He was too far into his plan to lure out Arceus once more to snatch you away and hide you in his dimension for all eternity, but, he supposed, if this plan failed, he would do just that.
Somewhere in the middle of his hunt with you, a familiar woman appeared before him and you while searching for information on the final plate he needed. Her grey eyes identical to his own, and an ancient, primordial energy swirled around her. He bit his tongue, knowing better to play her in her own domain. She just sighed and shook her head at you both. You tilted your head at her sudden appearance in the village.
“… Volo,” her voice was filled with heavy disappointment, “Have you learnt nothing?” Your gaze went between them curiously.
“Mistress Cogita, how rare to see you,” he forced a smile on his face to continue playing his part, “You know very well how deeply I love to learn about Hisuian legends and myths more than anyone.” As if he had not watched them develop over time from his prison as her unwanted child. She shook her head.
“You haven't then, I suppose,” her attention shifted to you, “He hasn't been too awful, has he?” You shook your head and turned to him with a sweet grin.
“I… I really like him, actually,” your voice was soft, “Doing all this with him has really made me see how much he loves his hobbies…” Cogita's eyebrow raised curiously.
“… I see,” she turned away from them both and gave one last look over her shoulder, “The Pixie Plate is in the Ancient Retreat. You know the place well, Volo.” With that, she walked out of the village and disappeared.
You looked at Volo curiously. He sighed and made up a story about her being his grandmother. They were distant, and that is why he never mentioned her before. You believed it easily. Assembly much easier than you would have believed her to be, the very being you were working towards summoning.
When he told you the story of Giratina, himself, as you walked to the remote location of the location given to you both by Cogita. Your brows pressed together as you listened to him carefully. In the end, he wondered what your opinion of the situation would be. You stopped dead in your tracks and hummed.
“If Giratina was unwanted, why would Arceus make it then?” you asked him curiously, “… You make it sound almost personal, actually. Do you sympathise with Giratina, Volo?” He froze, too. How astute were you? He supposed his bias was not hidden.
“I do,” he said plainly, “I believe Arceus should have taken more responsibility for its creation rather than banishing it. You should know all too well how cruel banishment is.” You were the stunned one this time. Your eyes went to the ground, but your hand grabbed his own.
“I do, Volo, I do know,” you told him, “But… I suppose I can understand why Kamado did, too… I don't know. Is Giratina still banished even after all this time?”
“… Yes,” he said simply, “I'm hoping it will make its appearance at the Temple of Sinnoh after we obtain all the plates.” You nodded but kept your hand locked with his. Stepping to his side, you leaned against him.
“Well, maybe after freeing Giratina from its banishment, it will understand why it happened,” you wondered aloud. Volo resisted the urge to roll his eyes. Still, the feeling of being so close to his goals, and you, made him elated.
~
The time came as Volo stood in his true form at the destroyed Temple of Sinnoh. Cold winds lashed at his skin as he stared intently at the sky where his portal once reigned. You were going to arrive soon. How would you react to this truth? Anger? Rage? Dare he even consider… Acceptance? Either way, you two were about to stand opposed. He could already tell that you would not support his urge to create his own, better world than this one.
As much as he had come to care and even… love you. He knew you could not support this, not as Arceus's chosen one. His brain had been a mess since that horrid portal spit you out and laid you before him.
“… Volo,” your voice was soft as he turned to face you. Your eyes were not wide but rather red and glossy. No words had to be said, you understood it all at a glance. “… You were behind it all, weren't you?” you decided to ask the question which held the weight of the world.
“Of course,” his eyes grew cold, but he would still try to have you see his side, “This world is cruel. Ruled by an apathetic deity who would rather banish a being she created rather than take responsibility for him. She is only intervening now as a means to preserve her power. I will create a new, better world.” His hand reached for the pokeball of the first being that had greeted him in this world. You shook your head and imitated his action.
The battle was intense. Volo had not shown you his true hand until now. Battling was something that came naturally to him, especially in a moment where everything lied upon his victory. You were no pushover, either, obviously experienced in your own way. Even after you defeated his last pokemon on his team, he refused to accept it.
If he…
If he lost, he would be banished again. Left in complete and utter isolation and only able to observe distantly.
He would lose you.
In his madness, Volo himself took to battle against you as Giratina, both of his forms employed. Still, even despite the harsh adversity of going against someone as physically strong as he was, you managed to rip victory from his hands.
He fell to his knees. Rage and terror brewing heavily with him. Sadness creeping in from the edges. You breathed heavily, watching him for any more unpredictable actions.
Nothing came.
A hand rested on his shoulder as light poured too brightly behind him.
“… Volo, that is enough,” Cogita's voice was harsh yet pitiful, “I do not hate nor do I consider you unwanted. I simply do not trust you to interact with humans and pokemon of this world without harming them.” You gasped at the sight of her, thoroughly different from the dark clothing she had worn in her human disguise.
You stood up tall.
“Please… Don't banish him alone,” you begged her, “Don't banish him at all… I'll watch him. So, please.”
She gave a curious glance at you and shook her head with a sigh. “Volo… You claim you love them, do you not? Why not protect the world they so love, then?” she questioned him. His head remained low.
You had been through so much pain, just as he had at the hand of Arceus. You were kindred spirits, but you had her favour while he did not.
“… Would you even allow me to come and go into this realm as I pleased,” he wondered? Cogita gazed down at him intensely.
“Of course, if you swear to quit causing problems,” she knelt down and softly brought a hand to comb through his hair, “I do care for you and want you to be happy despite what you believe me to be. Why do you think I even bothered to let you do all of this?” He froze from both her words and the unexpected affection.
You smiled down at him. He felt stuck. If he denied everything Cogita had said, he would be banished back into the Distortion World with no hope of ever escaping, and you would be let here alone. If he agreed, he did not know what to do.
“Fine,” he relented, “… Just don't expect me to be like those two.” Cogita laughed, unexpectedly.
“I never expected you to be like Palkia and Dialga in the first place,” she stood herself and him up. Her eyes, now glowing green, turned to you, “I will hold you to your words to watch him.” You nodded.
You walked over to carry him on your shoulder as you took him from her, his injuries from the battle still needing to be tended to. She watched you both with curious eyes.
Before she left, Cogita leaned into your ear and whispered that Volo was truly her favourite of the three before disappearing into the clouds above. You understood her feelings entirely as you watched the blond man barely keep himself on his feet.
“I love you, Volo,” you told him plainly as you headed back towards the nearest base camp, “I didn't want you to be alone again… I didn't want you to be banished from this world.”
He was silent for a moment after your confession. Closing his eyes, he soaked in the feelings that the words brought him.
“I love you, too,” he managed to get out.
Sadly, despite your love, he was still a wanted criminal in Hisui for the whole nearly destroying the world thing, so he had to return to his dimension for the most part. On the bright side, you could visit him and get away from the stresses of your Survey Corps duties.

A small pokemon brain rot
Because I have been playing pokemon again and I want some place to store some headcanons >.<
Dream is not very adept in the whole pokemon trainer thing, which is understandable as he only wants to spend his day with his pokemon.
Dream is however strong accidentally/unknowingly because his pokemon has maxed out friendship and hence very protective.
Dream's first pokemon is Patches the Eevee.
Dream gifted Eevee to his closest friends as Eevee of friendship!
Sapnap is very into competitive pokemon and aim to be the champion one day.
Dreamnap are childhood friends. Unbeknownst to Dream, Sapnap wants to be strong to protect Dream because he saw him getting bullied one time when they are young.
Sapnap's ace is his speed boosted Blaziken.
George doesn't care about battling but has considerably higher knowledge about pokemon than Dream so Sapnap likes to challenge him.
George is a menance and will utilise pokemon's ability to make your life difficult. He doesn't have any intention to be the champion however.
He is a nature in research. But he can be found sneaking off to sleep most of the times much to the annoyance of the professor.
Bad is the professor of the region and Sap's parent. Rumor said that he lost Skeppy in a mysterious crystal cave that vanished just as suddenly as it appeared. He has been working on finding the cave ever since.
Techno is the champion rumored to be blessed by Victini. Dream is an avid fan which irks Sapnap.
Techno is actually Dream's childhood friend before he moved away. He still remembers Dream fondly but social anxiety prevents him from initiating a conversation for fear that Dream has forgotten him.
Dream doesn't remember Techno due to a freak accident that lead to him moving away.
Phil owns a murder of crow pokemon, ranging from Corviknight to Mukrow. He is a bird whisperer.
This is getting long, I might add more when I feel up to it, but feel free to tell me what you think! What pokemon would fit them? Would you like to see Pokemon choice for Dream of other AU?

I will not stop posting about my pokemon au!! I'm making it everyone else's problem!!
Cellbit's pokedex screen is cracked. It's been like this for literal years now since he was a kid. The reason for the crack is Pac's Rotom haunted his pokedex and scared him, so he dropped it. He's never gotten it fixed because he's a huge sap like that!

There’s a lot of scenarios swimming in my head for Sada and Turo and in this little AU I like to imagine they were together until the end and were actually good parents to Arven ;-; (Because let me have this) But also Sada being the most chaotic unhinged gremlin of a mother lives rent free in my head.
Just imagining Arven’s first day at kindergarten and she’s waving him off like “Bye baby!! Have a good day! And remember what I told you about if anyone bullies you!”
“Hit them back twice as hard!” Arven waves back and she grins as Turo looks panicked.
“No no incorrect.”
“You’re no fun~”
---
Arven’s room being filled full of toys that consist of both prehistoric fossil pokemon plushies and also futuristic looking robot toys.
---
The family with baby Arven on Turo’s back while Sada’s driving Koraidon through a drivethrough, her in front, Turo holding onto her for dear life and hes looking around like “Why can’t we just go inside like normal people?”
“Because I have a meeting in 20 minutes. Do you wanna be late?”
And behind them this poor sap on a cyclizar is shook like “That’s a weird fucking dog.”

Does Mewtwo exist in the Tpiag au? And if so, are they a Legendary, or just an obscenely powerful mortal? (Or both?)
I hadn’t been able to decide whether lab-made pokemon like Mewtwo would be a thing in TPiaG for a while now— I don’t see “human” experimention being much of a thing among pokemon for a plethora of reasons, and humans have been separate from Pokemon for the bulk of history and therefore unable to do any experimentation themselves— but as I’ve considered it, I can see attempts at playing Arceus being made, with efforts to create artificial Legends taking place.
I feel like there might be some sort of seedy underground operation running that would manage to produce a few star specimens, with Mewtwo being their greatest attempt— though the poor sap isn’t anything more than an exceptional mortal despite being created entirely from Mew’s DNA. Maybe Null could offer some sympathy.

Dropping the pokemon au writing here for you!!!!
"Has anyone seen my pokedex?" Cellbit asked as he rummaged through his bag. They were cleaning up camp and getting ready to move on to the next town. Apparently, nobody else knew where it was either. He's sure he had it last night, so it couldn't have gotten far. After a few minutes, he spots his pokedex on one of the tree stumps around the campsites. He doesn't remember leaving it there last night, but it doesn't matter. He picks it up, and when the screen turns on, it glitches. The glitching is  immediately followed by the loud static cry of a Rotom. Cellbit drops his pokedex with a shriek. "Pac! Keep your weird ghost out of my pokedex!" He looks up to see Pac with a huge grin, clearly trying not to burst out into laughter. Bagi was covering her mouth with her hand, while Felps and Mike weren't trying to hide their laughter at all. "Aw, Rotom was just playing! Isn't that right?" The ghost was out of Cellbit's pokedex and was now zipping around Pac, with static-y chirps of agreement.
Fun fact: Cellbit's pokedex screen remains cracked to this day! He's never gotten it fixed because he's a sap like that, actually.

ay yo what if the mayor of the town in the hybrid! submas au was actually kamado. like, the mf want you dead because you give off bad vibes to him (acc it's his own stinky rat ass vibes but he doesn't know) and you're honestly just a pain in the backside to him (for a hella lotta reasons, all of them bc he's an ass in general).
If I'm being honest, I never really thought about Kamado being the mayor in the alpha hybrid AU. I thought of just a generic dude akfjksdjf I dunno if Kamado would really fit the mayor role?? I mean he could, but I dunno. In PLA, he does care about his village, and everyone in it. He even seems to like you at first in PLA, but is wary of you. That being said, he still sent a 15 year old to fight frenzied noble pokemon, and later tried to have you killed. *shrugs* Idk, like, i'm not a huge fan of the guy, but i dunno if he would be as bad as the mayor in the AU. But if he were the mayor... I feel if he were to be the mayor in this AU, you'd probably have to be from outside the town, or your family for him to not like you. He and his family had built that town from the ground up, and your family would put a wrench in his plans for the future. You could perhaps have land outside the town he wanted? And when he begins expanding, you refuse to give up your little shack and farmland. He needs to expand in that direction, you see! If he expands towards the forest, the deities, (if such things actually exist), could hurt the town! Yet, you still denied him. You didn't care if he was the leader of the town nearby. Your home was all you had, and had been here for years. He sighs, and refuses to expand into the forest. Even if he doesn't believe in the deities his father and grandfather had told him about. But hey, the legends have served his family well these past few generations. Even if he doesn't know what happens to those who are sacrificed. He can only assume they left the land, or a wild pokemon got the poor saps.
Eventually, he regrettably has to force his hand, and you are chosen as the next sacrifice. He hates to have blood spilled, but you refused to listen to reason. After you are gone, as tradition, your things are moved to your next of kin. If you don't have any family or friends left, well, that's rather unfortunate. Those things can go to the town. Your home however, he takes himself. No one lives there anymore, so no need for it to stay standing. He can finally begin expanding! So imagine his surprise when you show back up one day, with two humongous twin alpha hybrids. One is a Chandelure hybrid, and the other is a Galvantula hybrid. Yet they are unmistakably twins, or at least brothers, despite the different species they are. He feels sweat run down his neck when your eyes land on him, and you whisper in the ear of one of them. Those silver eyes turn to him, and he swears they stare into his soul.

in the dadventon au do you think akari tries to help laventon get with cyllene or do you think they were in a previously established marriage and are trying to figure out how to tell her about it?
My idea was that Laventon and Akari meet Cyllene about a year or so after Akari falls out of the sky, and she shows up initially as a bodyguard(as my HC for her job is being a mercenary/bodyguard?? basically getting paid to make sure travelers don't get dead) for the two of them bcs she was staying in the same town Lav dragged Akari to after she was injured in a pokemon attack and was immediately like "you guys need my help huh"
But!! I am a sap for Cyllene and Lav basically falling in love very quickly no matter the context, I'm sure Akari picks up on the vibes and is like "I have a dad now but...could also have...a mom?" and this starts bullying Lav a bit about it once her suspicions re: his feelings are proven correct. But ofc in a wholesome(yet slightly chaotic) eight-year-old sort of way.
Like she sees Lav staring at Cyllene and just goes "oh my god why haven't you told her you think she's pretty or given her a cool rock or something argh here, I'll tell her HEY CYLLENE-" and then Lav tackles her because he's twenty four and an idiot and Akari probably bites him and Cyllene is like "what a strange yet charming family if anything ever happened to them I would lay waste to this entire continent"
Truly, they were all made for each other.
I doubt Akari would actually have anything to do with them getting together tho, if only bcs I want a situation where like the next morning they are like "hey Akari guess what" and Akari says "FINALLY" and then proceeds to act like it's not even a big deal like just segways directly into asking what's for breakfast and reminding Cyllene that she promised to look at her "field notes" later(which are ofc just messy drawings of pokemon)

Pokemon AU: Everyone was excited about the Forever Fall assignment, especially Nora for two reasons; Red Tree Sap for pancakes and a snuggle of the Slakoth line was spotted in the area. However when they arrived a swarm of Bug-types was feeding off the trees. After clearing them out, they barely had enough sap for the assignment. Nora couldn't complain though; she caught a Heracross, Pyrrha got a Pineco and Blake found a Nincada. Now if only Weiss stopped screaming...
The assignment was a simple one. Of course, simple did not automatically mean easy. Nora, Pyrrha, and Blake were assigned to gather red honey from the Forever Fall woods near Beacon. Nora was especially ecstatic, as Red Honey was her absolute favorite sweet treat. The trio walked together with their Pokémon close by, while Professor Goodwitch stood by with Disciplinarian.
Nora excitedly skipped ahead of the group, holding a jar in her hapnds. Blake walked next to Pyrrha, looking around at the foliage of the trees and the Pokémon within. Pyrrha held Miló in her arms, humming a quiet tune to herself.
"I can't wait! I can't wait!" Nora squealed. "Red Honey is my absolute favorite! It's so sweet and goes great on everything! Pancakes, waffles, brick toast, chicken patties, beef stew..."
"She's joking, right?" Blake asked Pyrrha, making a disgusted face. Pyrrha anxiously chuckled.
"Sometimes, it's best not to question Nora and focus on more," Pyrrha curled her lips on each side, searching for the right word, "grounded aspects of our surroundings." A Yanma buzzed over her head, making her duck a few inches. "Like the Pokémon here."
"It is fascinating how variant the Pokémon are here." Blake looked to pair of Combee buzzing around a rock covered in Red Honey that dripping from above. "There are at least a dozen different Bug-type Pokémon in this specific area alone."
"Maybe more up ahead." Pyrrha nodded. They approached a small clearing where small Bug-types gathered around the Red Honey. Karablasts, Sheldins, Spinaraks, Caterpies, Weedles, Wurmples, and so many more huddled together to lap up the sweet, red good.
"Aw! It's like a buffet!" Nora cooed. "We'll just have to find our own table."
As she turned, however, she heard a crashing sound behind her, as if a wild Tauros or a mad Bouffalant was stampeding over trees. But that wasn't what she saw. Instead, it was a scarlet blur speeding passed and slamming into the tree. The Pokémon that didn't scatter away in time were either crushed or tossed out of the way.
"Hey! Whats the big idea?!" Nora roared. The Scolipede gave her a bored glance, then returned to eating his stolen treat. "Why you-!"
"Nora, stand back." Pyrrha stepped forward, Akóuo by her side. "Miló, help any of the Pokémon who are injured escape. We'll handle this." Her Bisharp took a combative stance beside her. The Scolipede wriggled and hissed as it glared at the Champion.
"Kick it's butt, Pyrrha!" Nora shouted. She was then tackled to the ground as Magnhild growled. Looking up, she noticed an angry Beedrill and Orbeetle hovering ahead of them. "A new challenger? Well, bring it on!"
"Wait, Nora." Blake said, Gambol's Shroud at her side. "It would be easier to do this one on one. I'll handle the Beedrill, you-"
"Magnhild! Thunderbolt!" Nora roared, joined soon by the Electabuzz and her electric discharge that struck to Beedrill. It fell instantly, leaving the Orbeetle ready to attack.
"Or not." Blake saw the psychic attack coming. "Gambol's Shroud, block it!" The Liepard lept forward, taking the full brunt of the attack, yet emerging unharmed. "Great! Now, use Night Slash!"
As Gambol's Shroud had bound after the hovering Orbeetle, Pyrrha and Akóuo were engaged in a challenging duel with the Scolipede. Every Slash was met with Iron Defense, and every Steamroller is challenged by his own Iron Defense. It was a veritable war of attrition, but Akóuo's higher defense as a Steel-type won out in the end.
Enraged and wounded, it made one final charge towards Pyrrha. Akóuo saw this and defended his trainer. As it barreled towatds her with Steamroller, the Bisharp stood between the two and lept forward, swinging his blade arms across. The rolling Pokémon veered off in a wobbling roll into the woods, far off course from Pyrrha. As she panted from the scare, coming down from her adrenaline, she noticed the deep purple color painting both Akóuo arms and the trail following the Scolipede's path.
Meanwhile, Nora successfully scared off the Beedrill with Magnhild's power. However, in her victory, she failed to notice a new challenger, who tackled her. She got to her feet and saw it was a fuschia-shelled Pokémon with a long horn. The shiny Heracross gave her a challenging look.
"Wait!" Nora held out her hand to her approaching Magnhild. "This one's mine!"
The two charged into each other. Nora swung her fist into the Heracross' tough carapace. The Pokémon reeled, but responded with it's own strike as a Counter. The pain made Nora reel, but she simply launched herself forward, grabbing the Pokémon from below and trowing it over head. It in turn, charged her and slid it's long, sharp horn beneath her. Before she could be thrown, Nora lept over the horn and gave it's head a Stomp.
The Heracross bowed in defeat, having failed to match throw for throw. Nora took out her Poke-Ball and tossed it at the Heracross. After a short struggle, the ball settled. Nora had caught her Heracross.
Blake and Gambol's Shroud had managed to swiftly defeat the Orbeetle, sending it crashing deep into the woods away. The Liepard cleaned his paws, relaxed now that the battle was officially over. There was a hiss, and the Liepard lept onto Blake's shoulders. She looked down and saw a Nincada had burrowed itself from the ground and surprised Gambol's Shroud.
"Hello there." Blake knelt down. "You certainly spooked my partner. We could use stealth like that. Would you like to join us?" The Nincada climbed closer to her, scatching at her boot. Blake smilled and tapped him with a Poké-Ball, catching the small Pokémon.
"Miló?" Pyrrha called. "Miló, where are you?" She saw her Shieldon was rolling a larger, pinecone-shaped Pokémon away, but it was rolling back around to behind him. She giggled at him. She tossed a Poké-Ball, catching the Pineco. When Miló looked back around, he saw Pyrrha picking up the Poké-Ball.
"Great job, Miló." She smiled. "You helped everyone. See?" She gestured to the much calmer open area where the other Pokémon gathered to resume eating. She picked him up and carried him back to the others.
"Well, then." Blake started. "Nothing left but to gather Red Honey and be on our way."
"Yeah!" Nora nodded. "Gonna eat so many pancakes when we get back!" She rubbed her empty jar. "Especially with my- huh?"
The jar had a drop of water in it suddenly. Then another. She then felt drops on her shoulder. She looked up. It was starting to rain.

Information and Realization
[Inspired by @monsoon-of-art's Pokerus AU.]
When the group returned to Jubilife Village, Lian had gone with the Medical Corps to check up on Lord Kleavor. The Pikachu looked like he wished he’d gone with the Warden, but his Dewott teammate was over the moon.
Kamado? He was considering getting something hard. “So... let me get this straight. You’re that girl’s superior?”
“No! I am Emmet. I help teach Link Moves. I also run the Illusion Express, however it is not at this station currently.” Sinnoh, what was with this guy? Out of the corner of his eye, the Snorlax saw the Water-type snicker. She... did say this Zoroark was eccentric, but apparently she had understated matters. Especially with that weird smile of his (Seriously, how could any ‘mon hold a grin that large for so long?) and the Illusion of dark fur. Well. At least he seemed less focused on stealth... honestly it was only the girl’s exuberance that convinced the Security Corps to let this “Emmutt” in. If Kamado had his way, this Zoroark would be barred entry. Ugh. Time to interrogate. “...Right. And do you have any experiences with these distortions?” The vulpine gave a confused head-tilt - and this guy was an expert?
Apparently, the otter thought so, enough that she had the gall to correct the Commander, saying “distortions” meant “Mystery Dungeons”. At least it seemed to help this guy get his thoughts straight. “OH! Yes! I am Emmet.” Why did he say that so darn often? “My brother and I were an exploration team before he...” Oh brother, he was choking up. The slumping and tearing up was a dead giveaway, even if the lack of words wasn’t.
“Can we cut the sap and keep moving here?!?”
The white-furred ‘mon shuddered and nodded, wiping away tears as he stood ramrod straight. “Ah. Yes. I was derailing...thank you, sir.” Well, at least the weirdo was grateful (twitch). “Re-railing now. Yes. I am Emmet. Whilst in a team, we delved many a Dungeon, oftentimes reaching the bottoms.” Twitchtwitch. “We would also set up Illusion Express stations. But you wish to know if I can assist with your current issue? Sadly my help will be limited.” What. “I am Emmet. I always delved...in a team. Delving outside my old team will inevitably result in catastrophic derailing.” Twitcha-twitch twitch. Ugh, this guy would NOT stay still...
...And he referred to his choking up earlier as “derailing” didn’t he? Oh Sinnoh, his “limiting” is a damn coping mechanism. “However, I will gladly provide advice and coaching. The Express cannot run without both cabs, however.” A blink and a nod (And some more twitching). “I am Emmet. I am an Express Master. I like Team Battles. I like combinations of multiple Pokemon working together. I like multiple moves in synchronicity with each other. I like winning more than anything else, other than my brother. But only winning a serious battle. If a battle is not serious, it is not fun.” ...so he’s a nutjob who takes things seriously. And twitches a lot. Joy. “I will establish my station wherever I am allowed to. Please visit me if you seek practice. Especially with Link Moves. Or if you would wish to battle me. Be warned, I am a verrry tough opponent.”
And with that, the Zoroark turned and marched out, moving with surprising regularity. One-two-one-two, almost like a military march - albeit with arms swinging past his chest. Well. He’s got SOME sort of decorum...”Erm, Sir? Where to next?” And the brat takes his focus from the one semi-decent point of that damn spectral vulpine.
“...Next? I don’t freaking know. I know the original plan was to get Sabi first, but with that ‘expert’ here I don’t want to be making any calls.”
And then the rat spoke up. “Sir, with all due respect? I don’t believe Mr. Emmet is...qualified, to make any decisions regarding where we go next. Outside of his coping mechanisms, we know very little about what the other Dungeons are like.” And now he’s using the wrong terminology...Kamado couldn’t help but let out the sigh of the long-suffering.
“Fine. I still don’t care where you go next, so... Just go do what you want to do.” The Commander waved the pair off, groaning as he looked over the paperwork. The...sloppily made paperwork. Ah, these transformations had just made things so much more annoying.
----
Lord Kleavor sighed, sitting cross-legged as he thought. Like his Warden, he remembered little since he had apparently gone insane. However, there were small flashes of memory - ones that were coincidentally connected to the scent of his favorite tangy plump beans. And in them he could recall, through a haze of rage, his Warden, alongside the two Survey Corps members, striking at him.
*skaaaa-ick!*
The Bug/Rock-type understood why they had done so. He was…not himself, at the time, and they were bringing him back from the depths of frenzy. And he was grateful for that.
*skaaaa-ick!* *skaaaa-ick!*
He was more concerned about how quickly he had fallen, though. It was as if his mind warped alongside the Fieldlands themselves, burying higher thought under rage and instinct as his home turned into a prison. *skaaaa-ick!* *thik* *thik* *thik* *thik*
There was no doubt his fellow Nobles had suffered the same fate, and the Lord was certain that if he left the village again, he would easily lose himself again. It was not safe out there. Not for any Noble.
*thikthikthikthik*
Their only hope was that the Survey Corps and his Warden could get through to his fellow Nobles, and their Wardens. After that, well…
That was the future. Not now.
*thik* *thik*
The Lord stood and backed away, smiling imperceptibly. On a table in front of him was a wooden statuette, depicting his Warden in his current state, hurling one of those distance offerings through the air. A fitting monument to Warden Lian’s actions.
He shook the wood chips off before gently picking his axe-work up, taking slow, measured steps to where he knew his Warden was resting. Hopefully he would appreciate this gift.

I Wish They’d Just Blast Off Like a Rocket and Never Return
Ao3 link: https://archiveofourown.org/works/42651441
-
Summary: Daisy is done with this job, but she can’t leave, not when Team Rocket is busy overrunning her town.
-
Note: Daisy angst because I love her. Also I’m counting this as Team Rocket AU lol.    Also now would be a good time to mention that none of these Team Rocket AUs are connected, they just are separate Team Rocket aus.
Cws and Tws: Animal death (it’s sorta a plant actually but you know how pokemon are)
Words: 1,085
Prompt: FIGHT, FLIGHT OR FREEZE | Blood Covered Hands | Catatonic | “I don’t want to do this anymore.”
-
Fic (under cut):
Daisy raced into her Pokemon Center, not even bothering to flick on the lights as she bolted towards the healing station. She didn’t have time. She was crying as she ran, legs aching and arms burning with some poison residue that dripped off of the Pokemon in her arms. It was a poor little Bellsprout, with wilted leaves and dried out roots. It had just hatched the other day, and now it just lay limply, sap leaking from a terrible cut just below its eyes.
Daisy hugged it to her chest with one arm as she forced open the door to the emergency wing (the place she went when injuries were too extreme or Pokeballs were too broken to put a Pokemon in the regular healing station). The lights clicked on automatically, and she was momentarily blinded by their horrible glare as she struggled to find the correct place to put the poor little Bellsprout.
There! In the corner. That was where the grass type station was, rested nicely under a bright window and some fake ‘natural’ lighting for night time. (Which it was.) Her heels clicked against the tiles as she walked, slowing down as she tried to catch her breath. She was here, she could do this.
She glanced down at the Bellsprout, and was immediately spurred into a run again. The poor thing’s sap (she was not naive to see it as anything other than blood) covered her hands, soaking the edges of her sleeves in a terrible sticky warmth. She had to get it better. It was so young, it had so much life ahead of it. She reached the bed, and immediately laid the struggling creature on it. It seemed to relax slightly in the touch of the ‘natural’ light, but still continued to shake with pain.
Daisy was freaking out, and she nearly dropped her hyper potion as she struggled to open it. The lid clicked reassuringly, but even so, she was not entirely sure that such an item could heal an injury like this. Normally Pokemon did not get this damaged, even in the worst of battles, because they were older when they fought. This Bellsprout, her hands shook as she applied the spray to its face, breaking her train of thought for a moment. This Pokemon had literally just hatched the other day, it was not ready for a battle.
But Team Rocket…
She felt the hair on the back of her neck raise as anger and fear gripped her, shaking her like a Growlithe’s chew toy. Team Rocket had known that, but they had fought it anyway. They had shoved it into a terrible battle against the strongest Charizard she had ever seen. Her hands shook as she laid layers of leaves over the Bellsprout’s wound.
Blue’s Charizard. Blue had done this.
She was crying openly now, but she still fought to save the Bellsprout at her hands. (It was getting weaker by the second, roots now nearly white with how close to death it was.) Her brother had done this. The same brother who never let someone kick out a Caterpi, the same brother who used to only eat non Pokemon animals.
Now…
She let out an involuntary yell of anger, but the Bellsprout did not even react. She was losing it. She hurried her work, having to forcefully yank her thoughts away from her brother and the others responsible for this Pokemon’s terrible injury. She had to focus on helping it before that, justice came second when lives were on the line.
The hours began to blur together, seconds ticking at a snail's pace as she tried her damn hardest to save the creature. But despite her best efforts, it only got worse and worse. Sap stained her coat as she worked, and blood began to mix with it as the injury only got worse. She cried and cried, but she did not let her tears distract her from her work.
Even so, at 3:42 AM, on that very next day, the green of the poor creature’s leaves was entirely gone. Her hands shook when she saw it, reaching to feel its tiny chest to check for any heartbeat, and her own heart shattered when she felt nothing. She collapsed to her knees, the sobs that had been silently shaking her for the past several hours now wracking her entire body as she kneeled on the tile floor.
Her skin was sticky with sap and her hands were shaking with anger. ‘Blue,’ she thought, unable to control herself as she cried, ‘He- he did this-’
She looked up at the small creature, lying limp and pathetic on the padded surface that had been meant to save it. ‘No,’ she refused to believe that her brother had been the cause of this, ‘It wasn’t Blue,’ she bit her tongue on purpose to keep away even further sobs, ‘It was Team Rocket those- those-’ Even though she was only thinking, she couldn’t find the proper insult to give to them. There was just nothing strong enough to say.
Daisy’s body shook in silent shivers of anger and grief. First Team Rocket had taken her brother, and now they were busy taking the creatures that she had sworn to protect. (She hadn’t forgotten the oath she had taken when she had taken over the Pokemon center, to save any animal, Pokemon or human no matter who they were or what they had done. Her priority was life, and Team Rocket seemed to be desperately fighting to keep it away from her.) She slammed her forearm into the legs of the operating table, and pain immediately bloomed there as the crash of the metal reached her ears.
She didn’t know how she could keep doing this. She had lost so much, first that Eevee, then a couple of Charmanders just a week later, and now this Bellsprout. She was now biting her tongue so hard that the taste of blood was beginning to burst into life in her mouth. Right when she and Bill had finally gotten a bit of hope, a hatched egg. (And one hatched without the help of an active Pokemon trainer!) And now… her eyes drifted to the body of the small creature again, its leaves near white and its roots were not any better, now that hope was dead.
She didn’t want to do this anymore.
Daisy shook her head, pure hatred replacing her sadness as she focused.
But she had to.
End of fic note: Not so sure how AU this is but yeah.

Okay let’s try this again for Pirate AU Anon:
I think it was like.. most of the demons were a fraction of their power as they would be in their universe proper; and some were trained up to actually have a very decent amount of their power for military purposes.
Something about not being in their realm sapped away a lot of their strength, but didn’t lose it entirely. So they were like... say a few tiers higher than pseudo-Legendary pokemon if trained for it.
Axel would have been relatively medium tier, eventually gaining access to some of his powers again because Captain B. actually took care of him, and he’d be strong enough to help conduct lightning storms for purpose of escape. I recall I had a whole scenario planned out but it just never got too far due to a mix of burnout and just being annoyed with the demands of the people Asking in the community.

Who is the weakest over baby Pokemon in the au? Like just melts into a puddle of goo weak
In Kakashi's generation? Iruka, by far.
No one is as weak for Baby Pokemon as Iruka. He loves them so much that enjoys giving out Pokemon eggs so that every trainer who win's a challenge against him can experience the brilliance of getting to see a new Pokemon open its eyes for the first time to see them.
Kakashi teases him about being a sap.
Gai thinks it's wonderful and often makes a big deal out of every new Pokemon born in his gym.
Naruto's Generation.
Choji. You can't tell me this boy doesn't see a Pokemon being born and cry. He loves it so much and is always so sweet with every new Pokemon.
Sakumo's generation: Sakumo.
He's actually insulted his son isn't more excited about Pokemon eggs hatching, but in all honesty Kakashi's just very good at keeping his emotions to himself.
While Sakumo's hugging the new Pokemon and telling it all about the things it'll do, Kakashi just smiles down at it and welcomes it into the world.
Sakumo sometimes wonders if his son is even his T.T

The SECOND part of my Pokemon AU series, meet teen Stony, their growing partners, and their new friends. First part, Babies.
You can blame @venusiaries for this one, because Tony and Kep absolutely make scientific use of free fire power.

boopy's dumb thoughts on a youtube! au
This literally begun as a shower thought. It’s super dumb, but kind of fun? Lemme know what you think
Steven Stone
Just a pretty guy with pretty fingers displaying pretty rocks and talking about them in detail with his pretty voice. He delves solely into the science/geology side of the rocks, so it’s not a crystal-healing channel. Vlogs occasionally about mining trips and his Pokemon. Initially unintentional ASMR, but he kind of leans into it when his fans start bringing it up his comments. Posts about once a week. Probably has a podcast with Wallace about battling. A healthy 212k subscribers, he doesn’t have a cute name for them. Not his main job/source of income, just a fun hobby. His channel name is something like Stones with Steven.
Leon
His channel is a mess of random things, vlogs, work-out vids, meal prep, charizard related content, battling, actually interesting story-times, frequent collabs with Nessa, Raihan and Sonia, gaming vids, Q&A livestreams. He’s never made a video without a snapback on. Gets sponsored by Manscaped a lot. Plenty of ugly merch. Known for his dazzling smile, chipper demeanour, fluffy purple mane and good looks. There are many cute Leon moment compilations. Has about 6 million subs, known as Youtube’s purple haired himbo, calls his subs the himbros. Posts a few times a week, full-time job. His channel is call Leon the Champion or something like that
Guzma
Former vine-star that migrated to the platform. Lots of original rap songs and a lot of petty beefs. Occasionally gets real and talks about his issues. Plays a lot of games and pranks too. Constant talk of how awesome bug pokemon are. Loved for his blunt, gruff nature and his fondness for bugs. Part of team skull, a collective of other youtubers, including Plumeria. About 2.3 million subs, calls them the grunts. Posts daily, except when he disappears for a few months once in a while. Channel name is yaboiguzma. Full-time youtuber
Silver
Starts off with angry gaming/battling videos but his content changes as he grows older and mellows out. He turns into well-researched commentator, discussing a variety of topics, but mainly to do with Pokemon and shady youtubers, although he still gets pissy now and then in videos. Has a sharp, dry, sarcastic delivery. Videos are often demonetized, but he has a pretty lucrative Patreon. Surprisingly posts hair tutorials. Fans love it when Gold joins him on editing livestreams. Posts once or twice a month since his videos are pretty long. 138k subscribers, he doesn’t have a name for them. His channel is called TheBrokenSneasel, or some edgy shit his 12 y/o self came up with. Full time youtuber
Professor Sycamore
Just a college professor who makes videos about his lab and his work on mega-evolution. He goes in depth about the science behind it, and does demonstrations, particularly with his Garchomp. Alain and his other assistants cameo frequently. His fans are mostly just people extremely thirsty for him. Not really that popular, about 13k subscribers. His channel name is literally just Professor Augustine Sycamore – University of Lumiose. Just a hobby, he doesn’t really get how youtube works.
N Harmonia
So many people, from young kids to college students owe N for his brilliant maths videos. Test scores have literally rested solely on N going through a certain problem on his channel. Comments are flooded with thanks and praise for him. Takes requests for what he should cover next. His demonstrations are easy to follow. He also does videos about proper Pokemon care and encourages people to donate to/volunteer at local Pokemon centres and shelters. 40k subs, but millions of views. His channel is name is just N Harmonia. Does it as a hobby
Blue Oak
Also a former vine-star, but definitely more of Cody Ko-type than a Logan Paul one. Also has devled into music. Often does videos where he tries weird, clearly falsely advertised products/hacks. Talks about battling a lot too, has done videos with his grandad about his research. Most requested video is about how he gpt his hair like that. Red and Green show up a lot on his channel, Green usually for added commentary and Red just for battling and the occasional hilarious facial expression. 5 million subscribers, known as the saps, his channel is just called Blue Oak. Full time youtuber
