Hi I’m new to punk subculture and I know pretty much nothing, how do u make ur own patches ? Also r most battle jackets washable? Anyways I love your blog and the platypus jacket

I make my patches using old jeans and micheals brand fabric paint, and then sew them on making sure to wrap the edges down so they don't fray! you can use embroidery thread (it's pretty cheap) or floss (also cheap) for sewing. YOu can pin them on with safety pins but they will fray in the meantime. Battle jackets tend to require care to wash, esp with things on them like pins. I've never washed most of my jackets but if you need to clean it, running a jacket under water or spounging around areas can be good, I can link things on cleaning. . I can make a tutorial on making patches maybe if ppl are interested?

A Message in a Bottle

My name is Saturn Everlast, I am 32 years old, I am queer and neurodivergent. I suffer from C-PTSD, type 2 bipolar disorder, autism and adhd.

After Roe V Wade was overturned, it started a domino effect through the Bible belt.

It was no longer safe for me, my tribal member partner and their children, so we filled my mini van with everything we could and drove from the southeast side of Oklahoma, accross 8 states and 2,009 miles to start over and plant new roots in the pacific northwest of Oregon.

We have been houseless and living in that mini van ever since.

It has been two months now, we are on every waiting list in Washington County that applies to us, we are two queer adults, a queer 11 year old and a 9 year old, and two dogs.

I am a licensed fortune teller and divinator, both my partner and I study astrology and would love to analyze charts. We live on tips and donations.

You donating directly to us helps to sustain our lives while the systems that failed us continue to push us back.

As of right now, the Cornelius police is pushing to move us out of the city limits which greatly impacts our ability to get our children back and forth to school.

The hotel nearby meets every need we have, beds to lay flat in, access to information, running water and a bathroom.

This is one I find so interesting. Looks at the sign over your second house. What I have come to notice is that often you will come to value these people who have personal planets there. Specifically rising, sun or moon.Your second house represents your values and assets, not only material but also your emotional and personal values. You can find that some of the people who become the most precious to you have placements here.

If you are getting married base your wedding preferences off of the planets/signs in your 5th and 7th house. The 7th house represents long term partnerships and marriage and the 5th house represents romance and fun. Its a really good way to find your wedding aesthetic. Another way you can do this is use the 5th/7th house in your composite charts.

When it comes to fashion two signs that will always get it right is Taurus and Libra. Of course, they are Venus ruled! However the way Venus presents itself is very different. Libra is an air sign, there is a quicker quality to it than Taurus, who us earthy. Because of this you can see Libras taking part in a lot more fashion trends that are quick to pass or be recycled. Taurus Venuses are more timeless with their fashion, they are classic and maybe more classy because of this. Although people will mostly consider Libras more high fashioned as they will be hot on seasonal Trends.

Having a mix of scorpio and sagittarius gives someone so much sex appeal! The mix of depth, mystery and intensity from scorpio along with the spontaneity and passion for the adventures and mysteries of life of sagittarius is such a magnetic mix. There is a darkness but also this luminosity about their aura. They can appreciate the profoundness of life and try to understand the meaning whilst also living life to the fullest.

Saturn prolongs and delays things so having it aspect a person planet influences it in this way. For example, having is aspecting your mars indicates you may take longer to get mad, depending on other factors in your chart, but when you are mad you stay mad and hold a grudge for a long time. Another example would be the moon, Saturn aspecting gives someone a sentimental personality, emotions may take longer to get over or may hit you long after the event occurred.
