Writing this after a good cry. We just came from a battle, wounded and restless. It ended in a loss but we gained more.
We are not new to Billboard voting but the recently concluded 2022 Billboard Fan Army Face Off is very important to us because winning it will not only be an international recognition for SB19 but for us A'TIN as well. But what we did not foresee is that even in defeat we did that.
Besting out 62 international and great artists with huge and dedicated fan bases is no small feat. Particularly, battling it out with the fans of Jack Harlow, Lizzo, Coldplay, Taylor Swift, and Seventeen to finally face off with Stray Kid's is definitely no joke when you are facing a fandom 4-50 times more than our number but we held up until the end. It was all tough but a healthy competition.
With this, I can't help but be prouder to A'TIN. I know Mahalima are. This activity did not only make A'TIN a stronger and more united fandom but it also reminded us how we are as a family. We lost, but this also showed the world who SB19 is and how dedicated its fandom is. We are A'TIN. We may be smaller in number but we are formidable. Stays will surely acknowledge that we also gave them a hard time up to the last minute. See you in the next events.
While not new to us, this was a fresh experience for the country so it was very nice and heartwarming for media outfits, brands, social groups, music labels, event organizers, producers, and the PPOP community to support us. Special shout out to other fandoms, local and international, who showed their support during this competition. And just to give emphasis, quoting a line from #SLMT, "tatanawin namin kayo sa aming paglipad". We hope to return the favor someday. Thank you for the help and support. We are grateful.
Thank you goes as well to core groups and big accounts within A'TIN across all platforms. Thank you for the endless support and the untiring hyping. Every individual A'TIN, your efforts are all acknowledged and treasured. Of course, to my GDM Eyt, you guys are awesome. We can now rest for a while. Relax, restore and regain.
This is just the beginning of an even greater journey. With the line up of events coming very soon, locally and possibly abroad, we are in for a treat. So be ready A'TIN. The Come Back is near. To greater heights for SB19xA'TIN.

SB19 stands for "Sound Break" to represent the group's purpose of redefining and elevating the contemporary Filipino pop music sound. The group recently announced that they are now self-managed and have established a company that aims to nurture other talents in the future as well.
fandom: A'tin pronounced as "18", SB19 says there is no (SB)19 without 18 - the fans come first. The name is also spelled like the Filipino word "atin" which means "ours" (inclusive), to mean that their group's success is their fan's success as well
