Are we going to see anything more from, “As Long as I Have You”?

My apologies if you’ve already been asked but I’m new here👉🏽👈🏽🥺

Yes, I do have the most of it plotted out and it’s one of my favourite WIPs so I do plan on finishing it definitely. Currently I’m struggling with a massive writer’s block and it’s completely affected my ability to work on literally anything longer than a couple hundred words and all of my WIPs have completely stagnated because of that.

I’m really sorry that it’s taken so long to get out the next chapter, but yeah, I do hope to be able to put out the next chapter at some point this year.

Frazeleo with Omega!Leo in college and being paired with an Alpha!Frank as his roommate. Frank does not like the idea of a Omega in his dorm, especially since he has a girlfriend. Leo tries to be nice to him, but Frank being a skeptical cuddly guy curves him. Hazel visits and convinces a mopey Leo to go to a party(not knowing her boyfriend is the problem) and gets into a tight squeeze when some random alpha won’t back off of Leo, tries to claim him and sets off his heat, Hazel and Frank help.

I’ve mostly moved on from this ship, to be honest. ^^°

Like, there’s a reason I haven’t written it as a main pairing in five years, 500 word drabbles based on prompts aside. It’s a good side ship and I still use it as a side pairing in fics, but I am by far not attached enough to it anymore to write it as a main pairing.

It’s... kind of like with food, like when you get suuuper obsessed with a side dish and devour a lot of it even without a proper main course - I had that phase in 2015 - and then you’ve had your fill of it and are happy to go back to having it as the side dish.

Thanks for playing! Well, I generally don’t ship any ship with Peter. He proves to be Platonic Only for me. So I’ll take the other. ;)

Mmmmmmmh... why would you do this to me, this is very unfair.

Both ships have the plus of featuring my pretty, beloved, precious blonde protagonist fave. And while Jace may be my favorite fictional character of... all the things... Kara is actually not too far behind...

Jimon caters to my needs of fluff and comfort a lot, it is a bit of a comfort ship for me.

While SuperCat caters to... well, also comfort actually, I love the way Cat believed in Kara and their dynamic is a delight.

Both have amazing canon dynamics.

Jimon hits target on my love for the “rambling cute nerd completely dicks down the tough acting jock” ship dynamic.

SuperCat hits target on my love for the “older, strict, sophisticated woman and young, bubbly sunshine woman” ship dynamic.

Which, both are very beloved ship dynamics of mine.

If we factor in length of shipping... that wouldn’t do much either, because I’ve been shipping SuperCat since 2016-ish and Jimon since 2017-ish so that’s not much of a difference.

And at this point, I can’t even use the writing as a metric because thanks to Femslash February, I actually started writing SuperCat and it is so easy and delightful to write too!

In the end, SuperCat has a bit of an edge being the first ship I sailed in its own fandom, whereas Jimon was only the third Jace-ship I sailed, and the first always gets a very special place in my heart, even if I move on ship-wise and grow more attached to other ships.

Also the fact that I love this ship so much that I got into writing for it now, literally four years after Cat left the show, and despite that gap am still in love with it enough to start writing for it this late in the run? Speaks for it.

So, I suppose, SuperCat wins this one!

Jace. It is the best Simon ship for me, their banter is so freaking adorable *^*

Bat. Since you only came up to four, I figured I’d add at least one to make it five. I have built that whole headcanon friendship up between Bat-Maia-Simon and sadly the show never delivered on it but I think these two would be really cute

Raphael. I guess, though I do only ship these two if there is a Jace involved because it’s more a matter of “these two OTPs overlap by one person and the grand overall of fandom seems to ship the other two angles so maybe I can make that work for an OT3″ than actual shipping for me ^^°

I guess I gotta go Alec and Magnus then, but the thought of either of them with Simon is a huge NOTP for me

however, Luke is an even bigger NOTP for me because I see him as Simon’s father figure and that just causes error signs in my brain so this one has to go last xD”

(Alternate mlm Simon ships: Jordan with whom he had great chemistry until that whole Maia-reveal situation, and Meliorn, who had that flirty come-on with Simon. So if I could swap the two NOTPs out against these, Jordan would make second place, Bat third, Raphael fourth and Meliorn fifth)

But aaah. That is not even remotely a competition, they play in entirely different leagues.

Olicity all the freaking way, that takes away the crown by far. Olicity is one of my favorite overall ships, I adore them, I love them so much. The way they look at each other, how soft they are for each other (yet also how horny xD), the way they rely on each other, THEIR FAMILY, the team-dynamic, the on-screen chemistry, the flustered nerd babbling embarrassing things while the grumpy archer melts into pure HEART-EYES Whenever she nerd-babbles? Oh my gods, I love them so so much.
